The package was picked up a day late and I was advised the item was damaged before it was delivered. The excess for a claim was $100 - more than the value of the item. Very disappointed in the service and no explanat6ion about how the item was damaged, or an apology offered.

Staff cannot do their job. They have lost the package and continue to blame the contractor they use rather than take responsibility. It has take two weeks and me calling every three days and nothing has happened. I am told they will launch and investigation and get a response in three days this does not happen. I call again and get told the same thing. They have promised twice a manager would call me and discuss the issue with me. This has not happened. I was then told there is no way for a manager to call me and only an email could be sent. I am not convinced that this is not some kind of a scam. I fear my packages have been lost forever and they are just trying to cover until I give up.

Sorry - but if I could give less than 1 star I would. I booked and re-booked my freight delivery 8 times!! They kept just not showing up! What was to be a Christmas gift for my Mum (A 25kg bag of Espom Salts) was meant to be delivered mid Dec. I was still trying to book it in late January. When they finally DID pick it up - they lost the parcel within a day. Warranty then said as it was under $100.00 value - they would not cover me for the loss. (see screen shot below). HOW does a business operate like this? I never write bad reviews - but this experience was SO bad - I had to. The customer service woman is nice - but the rest of the process? Not showing up 8 times! Then loosing the item?? Terrible.

We use your service once a month to deliver boxes to Kennards in North Melbourne, from Sydney. Our last 2 deliveries have attracted charges at the Melbourne end for "hand unload" and "tail lift delivery" of $40 and $75 respectively. The latter is about a third of the total shipping bill. Just what is going on?

I've had two deliveries with Transdirect recently. Each time the package was picked up on time and delivered promptly in perfect condition. The tracking data was accurate and helpful. Highly recommended.

Late November, I bought a surf board from WA to be delivered to Newcastle NSW. I got the board weeks later than promised and was damaged all around. Fortunately the shop was able to compensate me by giving me credit for new items and again and so I did. Only this time, the subcontracted courier Courriers Please never delivered on the dates and finally just left the items in front of a building I am not living in anymore. Transidrect says they have no responsibility on what the subcontracted courier does and it is now up to the shop to compensate? What a joke

They have failed to pick up my parcels 4 times as of today, now a week after booking and rescheduled pick up 5 times! Money wasted and now left to organise an alternative solution. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

On Monday 18/5 I booked a parcel pickup with TransDirect. I received email confirmation that it would be collected the following day and that the ETA for delivery was 22/5. The item was not collected 19/5 so I rebooked for 20/5. The item was not collected so I rebooked for 21/5. Phoned Transdirect on the 21/5 and they confirmed that the item would definitely be collected that day. The item was not collected. I waited at home the whole day for 3 days. Phoned Transdirect on 22/5 and the person wasn't particularly helpful and had a 'take or leave it' kind of attitude but also then reassured it would be collected that day. Phoned the actual courier company to confirm they were aware of the picked up and to confirm they would be collecting the item. They didn't appear to be aware of the pickup but then said they would collect it. Someone did come collect the parcel on 22/5. The item was not showing as collected / tracked on Transdirect or the couriers system. Emailed both companies over the weekend. The courier company replied yesterday (26/5) to ask for a description of the box (which is very concerning). Transdirect emailed today with no empathy at all and said that it was collected by a regional agent and it will only be tracked once handed over to the carrier. Which means that after 5 days (after collection) and 9 days (from booking), my parcel is still not even with the carrier. It needs to go from regional Queensland to Victoria so my parcel might arrive next week sometime but I am not feeling confident at all that Transdirect/the courier company actually know where my parcel actually is. Really not worth the little saving going with Transdirect. Next time I will save myself time and stress by just going with Australia Post. Wish I had read these 1 * reviews before deciding to go with Transdirect - I should have cancelled once the item was not collected the first day.

I had a 40kg package that was awkward in size. Australian Post wouldn't accept it and courier companies like pack'n'send were overly priced. Transdirect was cost effective and easy to use with a lot of options from different courier in one portal. Will definitely use again.

i booked their service on 21/04 and my package should be collected on the next day, which is 22/04. However, until now my package is not yet picked and the tracking number didnt work at all. i would like to contact the transdirect but i couldn't even find an email on their website, dont know what could i to.

First time used - picked up on time and delivered extremely quickly - very happy Easy online system - fantastic price and was delivered in good condition - fantastic service from whole - team and used again this week too

I will not use or recommend to any of our customers or friends to use Transdirect services after been ripped off on the last delivery was quoted $50.19 for delivery of a box to our home based business only to be charged extra $69.48 4 weeks later only found out about the extra charge by checking our credit card statement still haven't received any invoice or paper for the $69.48, and then finally given the reason my home based business was not a commercial place, how can a charge go from $50 to $120 ??? Try to sort it out with them but they couldn't give a poo.

I booked a pick up for 21/05 but no one came. I had to reschedule for today, 22/05 and again, no collection. I called them asking for help since I’m leaving the city tomorrow and needed my stuff gone before it. The attendant kept saying that couldn’t help me, that he didn’t have any number from the courier to confirm my pick up and the only thing they could do is give a refund. The thing is, it wasn’t about money, it was about a service that they said they could do on time and they couldn’t. Now my stuff still here and I don’t know what to do with it!

I have recently started using Transdirect over another agent for some deliveries.
Initially, I thought this company is great as the ecommerce experience is good albeit the time it takes to generate labels much slower than the other company.

However, with one of my recent deliveries:

Where the receiver hasn't received their parcel

The customer experience has been poor and crappy and rated at 0.
I initially raised 3 cases over 2 days on their members portal and receive ZERO response!
I called the following day and the agent didn't seem to care or prioritise or empathize with me. I called the following day to follow up and the agent said they would get back in touch regarding the missing parcel. I never heard back from the agent within that business day.

So far, pathetic customer service, the customers are not important for this company.

I paid $195.26 to Transdirect for the express delivery (1-2 working days) of an order from Harvey Norman. 8 days later I have still not received my parcel. I called Transdirect and spoke to [Name Removed] who was rude and who could not tell me exactly where my item was (despite tracking). She lied to me about the driver trying to pick up my parcel (I know this because I spoke to my Harvey Norman sales representative). When I commented that it would have been quicker to send my 5kg item via Australia Post, she said that, "They probably wouldn't take an item with those dimensions," as if to say that I had no choice but to accept her shoddy customer service. She was not in the least bit concerned that I was dissatisfied with her service or the service of the company. Avoid Transdirect at all costs!!!!

still waiting on delivery from last 5 days , where the depot is 5 mnutes away from my delivery location, everyday some new excuse , what kind of service it is , rather shut it down , i will not recomend any one to use this rubbish serivce

I booked a courier on Thursday to collect on Monday, by tuesday afternoon I ended up dropping the package at the courier's depot (job was not dispatched in a timely manner)

packages have been picked up on time
info has been good as a sender we are having trouble with getting our bar codes and receivers information
printed it takes hours or not till the next day and makes it hard for us to drive 20 kms into town and then try to catch the delivery driver we live in Gellibrand 3239 and need to drop it off in colac 3250

The parcel has been picked on time, but since 6th of Feb, the parcel has not sent to my customer and I am charged twice and they said they will ask courier investigate, still didn't hear anything back since that day.

I rang one day picked up early the next day and delivered interstate the next dayj ust before a public holiday , checked tracking and the product was already delivered. All good
