I would like to take some time and appreciate Bunny's effort to correct my flight. I was in a rush a booked a wrong flight for tomorrow, then I spoke to him and he calmed me down and corrected my mistake. He was very calm and patient, he also asked us to wear proper masks and take necessary PPE along with us which shows how caring he is for his customers. Thank you so much Bunny for all your help in such times.

Travis and Kevin provided the best customer service I have ever received. They were so pleasant and patient with me they made the whole experience less stressful especially when so much money is involved they did an outstanding job making sure I was happy with my flight selection. Very pleasant because of the Representative I talked too, Mr. Brock Smith. He spoke extremely well so you could comprehend what my options were. I was surprised at how easy he made the changes. And the calls were dropped 3 times and he immediately called me back each time. Excellent job on his part. I would love for him to help me again.

travis musk was one of the greatest customer service reps ive had the pleasure of speaking with good enough for me to take time out of my day to write this.....if all reps were as good as travis things in the world would be getting done hes a great example and should be training the rest of your reps hes calm very nice and gets rote to the bottom of the problem please give that man a raise or a promotion cause he understands good service it was a pleasure and if i can id choose travis musk everytime.

I had a very good experience with travelopod.. The executive name Mr JOHN .. One of the best concern person in travelopod.. He always help me to make a good decision to book a ticket specially from Canada to India .. and always supposed to call Mr JOHN to book a ticket not only for myself even I recommend my family and friends to book by travelopod.. 5 star for executive and for travelopod... highly Recommend

Alexander was very knowledgeable was courteous. He helped me booked my international tickets in a very efficient manner. Earlier I have spend hours researching different airlines and travel dates. He gave me options and worked with me to provide the best fare. He even helped with upgrading my booking class to flexible which gives me more options in case I have to make any changes. Very happy with the service. Will definitely come back for future travel needs.

They have the worst kind of employees . I was trying to book a ticket and an agent named Janet contacted me and gave an offer which is much higher than the online flight price and said that's the least available for now and spoke rudely. I happened to get in touch with other agent who offered me the same ticket for much lower and affordable price. I again received a call from that lady named Janet and she spoke as if she's warning me to take the deal only from her and i am not supposed to talk to any other person. Company should concentrate on hiring more humble employees so that customers feel comfortable while taking and not offended. I'm going to write this review everywhere possible to let everyone know what they might have to face if they contact Travleopod for booking tickets

I "stumbled" on your site when I was unable to submit a booking with SWA. Since I'm basically a Southwest customer, I so appreciated Neal's kind help in walking me through the steps and his patience as I stumbled. I'm glad to know about your service and will turn to it when SWA doesn't provide good choices. Thank you.

We travel the world, Never experienced a five star airline agent to completely take his time in a very pleasing voice and patience,wanting to help ,guide, and find the best accommodations for his client. He is the person we will call for our travels What a wonderful experience.This is our first with Travelopod .Kevin is a valued employee and represents Travelopod WITH PRIDE .THANKYOU FOR HIM.i have family and friends that are travelers and will call Kevin for sure.

Lucas help me out when I was having a lot of issues finding A plane ticket from three different cities in northern California. This was an emergency due to my dad passing away and Lucas help me through this tough time! He stood by me till we found a flight out of San Francisco that would work for me. I looked on every website for a decent fare For a plane ticket to the UK. All proxies were outrageous, but Leo from Travelopod was amazing! He stayed on the phone with me until we Figured out different dates - but a very reasonable price for the ticket. Thank you so much Leo for the time you took to help me out. Will use this service again...no doubt!

I love this travel agency ,people there are very helpful and patient. I worked with Amy Rose and she was great taking her time for 2 days to find the best tickets for us . Will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Mr.travis musk was very helpful getting me a good price for a non stop flight. From Houston to Milwaukee. ...Bunch of thugs with no dignity left in their souls ...they shamelessly lie and quote airline policy for siphoning off with your money ...I had this date change and they quoted hefty , almost double than what was on Delta airlines website, as fare difference applicable...had no choice as they had money from previous booking with them and they left all dignity in trying loot as much money in name of date change penalty ...other caution...if you go through these thug agents airlines wont be able to help as they don't have ability, rights to modify ,change tickets issued by these cheating agents who will quote some fake airlines policy to make more money...one review mentioned they said airlines charge for per alphabet change in Traveller name some money as penalty... really?? ...is humanity n ethics alive ...at least it not in Travelopod and it's agents (read scamsters) Sandra , Lenor ( pseudo names ) who lied blatantly with no regrets...shame on you ...

I didn't read the review. In my opinion even one star for these travel agent company is also too much. This company is not even worth to have the fraction of a percent ethics in their dealings. I booked of course in the last moment(within 24 hrs gap of travel) and since for the purpose of corona virus and travel restriction highly imposed in India- I decided to postpone. I purchased a economy flexible ticket. But while moving the date the agent said that the united airlines will won't refund the taxes and so we are charging more of $385.00 and he said that its only just $385.00(robbed my hard earned money). They think that they are too smart- but they are non other than thieves or robbers. I really condemn myself since I went over with travelopod. Please please don't even look at their website. I'm done.

I have been leveraging travelopod for over 4 years for my family's international travels. The usual happy path that prevailed for the last 4 years , let me live in an illusion that I am buying relatively cheaper tickets( 200 USD less for 4 tickets combined) and my travel to India and other international destination has been a breeze( the fool in me did not realize that it was the airlines being on-time and prompt). This time around with Covid-19 around is when the reality stuck me hard. My wife booked a non-refundable ticket for 4 people to and from( SFO--> Sing-->Bali-->India and India-->Sing-->SFO) through this imbecile bunch for May( booking was done early Dec) . With all this hullaballoo over COVID in the places I was about to travel to, i had my reservations on the travel, but still decided to wait instead of pressing the PANIC button. That was, until the airlines intimated me that they are preponing my flight and my wait time in Singapore( right in the centre of covid from another centre of COVID) just got extended by a day. This made me nervous and also thought this is an opportunity to potentially cancel my tickets. I tried alternatives like asking credit for future travel, they refused and quoted that Singapore airlines advisory does not let them to issue for future credit and my only option is to have an Open ticket( to the same destination(s) till March 31st 2021). I tried explaining that the March timeframe does not fit into my scheme of things considering my kids are in school and if it possible to extend the same till August 2021, although the right option should have been to refund me for the fact that the airlines preponed the date of the flight and respected the current condition that COVID has created , especially for the destination(s) I had in my route . I asked them if they checked with the airlines about the alternatives and the person on the phone said she put me on a 2 minute hold and got the confirmation from airlines :-), anyone who has called Singapore airlines would know the wait times and come to conclusion that she was either lying, plain lucky or has a special dedicated line to connect with Singapore airlines . This has been my most frustrating experience till date and i promise that I will not repeat the mistake that I have been doing for 4 years and lose a fortune trying to save a few hundred dollars. The fact that we also referred a few 'friends and family' to this inept bunch who faced the same situation actually makes this experience a tad worse , thankfully some of them got a refund( on a non-refundable ticket) after they contacted the airlines directly ( be ready for an hours wait on occasions with the airlines, but still worth/better then spending 2 minutes on the phone with these folks. The idea here is to be persistent with the airline customer service , as their first instinct is to shoo away to your agent . But from what i heard, the airline are ready to respect the situation, once you give a clear picture of the incompetency of your agent. The agents just don't try hard enough ) . The main intent of writing this review is to ensure that I can impart my 'lessons learnt' to a larger audience , rather than them learning the hard way ( by spending a fortune trying to save a few dollars). PS: Will you not buy medical insurance , with a view that it will save you a few hundred bucks per month on premiums, if your answer is 'Hell No' I will buy the medical insurance, then do not go with these bunch to save a few hundred dollars and potentially lose a fortune in case of any mini-emergency. Taking advantage of a calamity certainly does not do anyone , any favors in the long term

I had to book a last minute flight and had a chat and asked could they hold the flight for 2hrs until I got home that agent stated he would and he actually did call but at point I couldn't get the call he had given me his number and ext I called and couldn't get him left a voice mail at this point I panicked as I was to travel within 6hrs. I have no problems with that rep but I got a phone call from another rep stating he could book my flight was I interested he knew I didn't have long suddenly he's saying the price went up by nearly$450 I quizzed him he then said if I waited a other ten mins it would go up by another$450 being I trusted the first rep I said go ahead I didn't want it to go up anymore. Next thing he's telling me I need to hurry and sign the payment email and check off the insurance I always take insurance so asked why not he said can't take insurance on flight booked this late I didn't know better so I signed. Get to airport am told my flight needed to be changed as not enough times in plane changes then a problem came up with my passport apparently I have to go to consulate to get some chip so I'm not allowed to board and am out $1800 due to this rep saying I couldn't get insurance the passport thing not his error u had been told that I wouldn't be denied my home country and could get the chip there. So after all this please don't be stupid like me and believe I can't get insurance because I'd be flying in a few hrs. Get your insurance and don't let them harrass you putting the flight up so much money. This whole nightmare I'd hate anyone else to go through.butt
