I was charge additional $40 COD! for what? i paid all the fees including shipping when I submitted my ordered. i paid total $240! ridiculous!

I purchased the trilastin solution for my fiancé because she searched the Web for the best results from a stretch mark cream and stumbled across some great reviews about your products. Since the beginning of our pregnancy we have not used no other treatment. She has been fully satisfied with the outcome so far. We are in our 8th month of our 3rd trimester and she applies the treatment 3x a day in wishful hope she doesn't get a stretch. It's quite humorous how the thought of stretch marks get to her. I highly recommend this product and would surely purchase this treatment again in the future. Besides she would not settle for anything less.

I started using trilastin after I lost a lot of weight from having my second child. I got these deep dark purple stretch marks on my arms. I used the hydro formula and cream two times a day. After about 2 months I started seeing results. Now 9 months later you can barely see my stretch marks. This is a miracle cream. I am in love. I am going to continue to use this in hopes that one day, they will be completely unnoticeable. I definitely recommend!!!

I have been using Trilastin for over 6 months now and I can definitely see an improvement. Like anything else you have to be consistent and keep using the product. I showed my family members my progress and they were pretty surprised. I am now on my second bottle and plan to keep going.

I have been using it for a week now and I can tell it has made my skin softer. My stretch marks don't feel so deep. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

I ordered "2" TriLASTIN-SR Maximum Strength Stretch Mark Creams and TriLASTIN Hydro-Thermal Accelerators since there was a promotion of buy 2 get one free. I received 3 TriLASTIN-SR Maximum Strength Stretch Mark Creams and they have yet to ship the 3 TriLASTIN Hydro-Thermal Accelerators. I am "somewhat dissatisfied" because the TriLASTIN Hydro-Thermal Accelerator is a key component to faster result and it has yet to be shipped. I am currently on hold with customer service and have been for almost 15 minutes. I hope they can resolve this issue ASAP!

This is the first time I have ordered Trilastin, I have been using it daily and I love it. Still too early to see results but I like the consistency of it and the tingly sensation after applying it.

I am starting my 7th tube now, so after 6 tubes I see improvement, specially in color, they are less notorious than a year ago. The skin tone has improved also. The ones I had in my inner tights and lower back have dissapeared completely but those were more recent (10 years) than the the ones I have in my hips (20 years), those are taking longer to vanish. I got them when I was a teenager, honestly I thought I would die having them but the product really helped. I just bought 3 more tubes, and my plan is to stick to the product for another year, after that I will try a laser tratment. I only use the product once a day, after taking a hot shower, I massage the product for 10 minutes each side, until the product is completely absorbed. I dont use the thermal pre treatment honestly, even I have it, maybe I will start using it again. I will recommend other people to try it but I would say that to see real improvement you have to use it 6 months (6 tubes) I guess specially if they are old; saying you will see improvement after just one month is being too optimistic.

Only using for 1 week but seems to be raising the indented skin of the stretch marks so they are less noticeable.
Not sure of the time line but already seems to be helping

I got the order in 3 days not including weekends with just standard shipping, so really fast! It was also really straight forward with ordering it. So far I am very impressed with Trilastin. Now hopefully their product works as well as the testimonials say.

Ordered a tube of Trilastin on the 28th of February 2015. When I log into my account online, it says that the item is "Not Yet Shipped", however when I email customer service they say that the item was shipped. When I checked out, I chose FedEx but my package was apparently shipped with USPS with NO TRACKING NUMBER. They have to ship your package to your billing address, not sure why because a lot of people have different shipping and billing addresses. I am very dissatisfied with this whole experience and I haven't even tried the product yet. Not expecting much. It's been more than 2 weeks since I ordered the product, haven't received it yet and am not optimistic that I will actually receive it.

25/03/2015 - have RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER ALMOST A MONTH. ONLY RECEIEVD HALF THE ORDER. RECEIVED THE CREAM WITHOUT THE THERMAL ACCELERATOR. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INEFFCIIENT WEBSITE FOR ONLINE ORDERING.

I bought the cream and SR throttle, I noticed that pregnancy stretch marks were quite red and are now clearing and my skin is softer. I am happy and eager to 1 month of use and compare the before and after.
