True Hardwoods has beautiful hard wood flooring options for the home and office. They have many selections to fit any price point/budget and all of the brands are top notch quality. The prices are great too!

Our agent Colin has done a tremendous job to get us the rare maple we wanted. Colin is knowlegeable, tenecious and courteous. He kept communicating to us status and expectations and was "on our side" in all matters. A deserved Thank you! to Colin and his whole team at Truehardwoods.

DWF's Customer Service practices need to be focused on the client AFTER the sale & NOT only before & during the sale process! We dealt with Jose' Fraire, 'Sales Team Leader' during the purchasing process and were very happy with his attention to assisting us in selection of LVT planking and following through on buying 1400 SF of the product. After paying $4000+ in full to purchase the product & having the 2800 pounds of flooring delivered my house, our 'good professional relationship' ended! The delivery came as expected, BUT the shipment was partially damaged when the driver dropped it off the semi truck lift-gate damaging the boxes of planking. Seven (7) boxes of the 79 boxes shipped were ruined! I took 'photos' as instructed by Jose & I signed the delivery 'receipt' with 'shipment damaged when received and to be inspected' written on it which I was told was the right thing to do by Jose! I sent photos to Jose and the 'damage claim' was filed. It took a month to hear back after I sent many many emails & left many voicemails for Jose. His reply was that my 'claim' was 'DENIED'!.....What?? I do not understand how such a professional 'sales' person who told me he 'EARNS HIS COMMISSION' on his sales can just drop a customer after the money is received for the goods!!! Amazing! I'll NEVER PURCHASE FROM DWF AGAIN!!

I ordered hardwood floor and stair nosings from DWF a few weeks ago. The sales rep was very helpful and they got my order processed and shipped to Colorado really quickly, and within the range of days they had estimated. It's the first time I order such a large amount of home improvement material online, and I was very happy that everything went smooth. I will definitely use them again.

First they send my order to the wrong zipcode in another state and took 2 weeks to reroute. Second they sent the wrong trim pieces for engineered wood flooring and when contacted did as they requested with pictures of wrong trim. Never followed up.

I contacted Steven to get a better comfort level with Dalton Wholesales process once the order was placed. Steven went through this with me which gave me a better comfort level so we continued to work out the delivery location and date. Which was spot on.

The process was flawless.

Save over 50 % of cost on exact same floor from true hardwood vs local supplier. Sales person was very helpful and got flooring quicker than quoted.

This is the second time I ordered Coretec flooring from Dalton. Both times I got friendly service a great price and fast delivery. I would not hesitate to order again or recommend them to my friends.

Boxes contained over 3 square feet that was advertized (site says 19.72, when i got the boxes they are 23 sq feet apeice). As a result, i waisted money on five extra boxes and no one will call or email me back.

I checked all around and Dalton had the lowest prices for the same top quality products. I highly recommend Dalton Wholesale Floors they made the purchase and shipping of my flooring simple. I purchased the flooring and had it installed and saved over $3000.00 from the quote from a local flooring company!

Looked for this product for months online trying to cut out middle man I saved 3800 dollars it's even nicer than we imagined I paid a friend 2k to install took him and another guy 5 days ended up doing about 1500 sq ft mudrrom kitchen family room entry way and hall along with 3 bathrooms people are floored by how realistic it is and that's not the half I have kids from 6 to 17 and my daughter rides her toys on it durable as hell...

Never was told that there is an extra cost for home delivery even after asking if I was a home owner or contractor. Came to know in the day of deliver when Deiver called and asked for if I had a forklift !!! I told them that I will call my credit card company and complain. I was stuck as my floor was all out and crew was coming to work and sales person knew it so he threatened me that if that is the case he would ask the material. Ack and refund my amount. What good is that. Agreed to pay additional $75 and without even getting approval , they charged my card ( which they had for first payment ) without my approval. Dangerous if they are keeping your CC information and using it without your prior approval. I just cancelled that card before anything wrong happens. If I am a home owner , I would stay away. Otherwise okay to deal with.

I received my order today. The shipping company was right on time and customer service minded. I was sweating the delivery but no need to worry.

We are excited about our new flooring from DWF. I worked closely with John Holbert throughout our decision making process. He sent us samples that allowed us to make an informed decision that we know we will be satisfied with for years to come. It was not easy deciding to buy from a distributor that is 700 miles from our home in Mount Pleasant, TX, but Mr. Holbert made the process trouble free.

Your flooring will take more then the promised 10 days. Mine took about 24. Then they will give you a laughable $75 of the $360 you paid in shipping as a refund for the inconvenience. When the delays continue and you ask for all your money on shipping back they will agree but never deliver. I have talked to 2 different people and they promised my money back. After almost 2 months neither will respond and I still don't have my money. I am trying again, and really hope they can figure it out. Obviously I would recommend going somewhere else where they actually don't lie and stop communicating so you never get your issue resolved.

After waiting 8 days for my local flooring store to place my order, I decided to try DWF Hardwoods. I placed my order via phone with them on a Thursday and have been notified that my shipment will arrive this Friday! I am getting the same product at a lower price and even with shipping I am paying less! Speed and accuracy of processing my order has been wonderful. Most importantly for me is that the entire experience was quick and stress free!

I ordered engineered hardwood (Somerset) from DWF on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. The ordering process was easy through their online platform and when I called them up to answer a few questions they were more than helpful. The floors were delivered within a week through FedEx freight where the company called the day before to set up a time and the driver called thirty min before to confirm. He offloaded them for me directly into my garage (I had liftgate delivery option).

Overall very impressed with the company.
