This the second order for shelving. When I had put the First ones together I realised that I needed another lot. They are so easy to put together. When you get into the rythem we found you can erect a set of shelves in about 20 - 25 minutes. So for the 3 about 1.5 hours total.
Great. Would recommend to any one.

Excellent delivery with great communication. I was kept well informed of the arrival time of the order, and the driver was incredibly helpful in bringing the items to the rear of the house (via the outside and fully socially distanced) with a trolley.

So far we have assembled one out of the 8 identical items I ordered and it's great - easy to assemble once you know what you're doing, very robust and exactly what I wanted. Superb.

Really impressed with how sturdy these were, the choice of sizes made it a perfect fit for the garage. The instructions were very straightforward and I was able to put them up on my own. Lovely to have a tidy garage!

A really quick poor customer experience with Tufferman. Ordered some racking, delivery was cancelled at 4pm. Kaja provided absolutely appalling service. Lied to me via email that pallet company will not deliver to me and when I contacted them they said no problem at all. I have noticed Kaja and other colleagues justify their actions and lack of customer service due to ‘customer behaviour’. Make no mistake, if I am replied to in this same manner I will be escalating the matter. Improve your customer service or lose customers. STAY AWAY. Try Big Dug instead, the service I received from them is night and day.

I purchased 3 number 600mm deep shelve units. It was easy to assemble and has seriously transformed our garage. I would recommend buying some wall fixing connections as well to ensure it stays stable around children.

Ordered a pack of 3 shelf units after seeing advert in newspaper. Delivered a day earlier than scheduled but no problem. Packed product in 2 boxes which looked thinner than expected. When opened, everything looked a bit lightweight. However, when fixed together, the units were surprisingly sturdy. Struggled a bit at first with pictorial instructions, but everything literally clicked into place once first part was understood. Put units together single-handed and found easier if I tweaked the sequence a bit, though would be useful to have another pair of hands for first couple of stages. If erecting full height, definitely need securing to wall but used plugs and screws for this using pre-formed holes in the supports. Bought units with 450mm deep shelves and they provide loads of room. Bottom shelf need not be fixed at floor level if you want to use space under and I learnt this during chat with rep prior to purchase. For the price, no complaints.

Ordered industrial shelving units. Delivered promptly, no missing bits and no damage. Only negative is that the shelves seem a bit wobbly and I expected them to be sturdier. Fast response from customer services when I had a query.

Edit: thanks for the reply but I have definitely built them correctly. All the little tabs slotted through the metal ‘loops’ and none sticking out. All sections tapped with rubber mallet to ensure fully seated. I will contact you as suggested for advice.

Ordered a 3 bay pack of shelves and 12 storage boxes. Was advised that boxes were out of stock and I could have 2 deliveries 5 days apart which I accepted and Tufferman duly honoured to the letter. Good storage racking solution, easy to assemble, very good service

Ordered goods on Wednesday 20 Jan at 1130 and arrived 0930 next morning, absolutely brilliant delivery. The shelves again are good and with the help of my brother who had received the same shelves the week before we had put them together in next to no time. Excellent service and goods, keep it going

The shelving packages were delivered on time with no damage. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and the shelving looks great in my garage.

Amazing service. Ordered 8 garage shelves which arrived the next day (we didn’t pay next day delivery either). The shelves were as described and fantastic quality for the price to use in our garage. Would not hesitate to order again and have recommended company to family and friends.

I was given a delivery date of Wednesday 20th January 2021 by text and email . Then when I logged on to the carriers website ( DHL ) , it said my delivery would be Thursday . Nothing arrived on Thursday and nothing arrived on Friday .
I decided to try to contact DHL on Saturday , and after a lengthy wait I was told that delivery would now take place on Monday 25th January .
On the morning of 25th January I received a text from DHL informing me that delivery would be between 18.19 and 19.19 . However , at approx 10.00am I heard a van at the front of our house and doors opening and closing . But by the time I got to our front door ( I’m disabled and consequently it takes me a little longer to walk and open the front door ) , the white van was driving away . There had been no ringing of our door bell and no knocking on the front door . The van drivers had just left all 6 boxes on our door step and driven off .
The shelving was for the garage internal walls , and I intended DHL to drive up to our garage and leave the boxes at the garage doors or maybe put them inside the garage for me .
These boxes are too heavy for me to carry and so I had to phone friend of mine to ask if he could call round and carry the boxes in to the garage for me . Unfortunately before my friend called round it started to rain and so the boxes got very wet .
To say that I’m disappointed with this delivery is a big understatement !

Excellent delivery time and efficient delivery process. Easy to follow instructions (but change the black type on a grey background) and clever design giving best performance for the cost.

Wow expected delivery was 3/5 days, but came the day after so excellent delivery service. Not put my item together yet, but it’s all arrived and the packaging is undamaged so I don’t foresee any issues.. Overall very happy so far ?

The buying experience was incredibly straight forward and the cost of the items were competively priced. The speed of delivery was exceptional I did not expect a next day delivery!
Really easy to install and the three shelving unit have transformed my garage space.

The competitively priced workbench arrived very quickly after order being placed. Unfortunately there was damage to one of the shelves, caused by the courier, I contacted the sales line and a replacement was sent immediately and arrived a day later.
I have assembled the workbench and it has exceeded my expectations.
Despite the minor issue, Tufferman’s support was excellent.

Delighted with the heavy duty shelving and straightforward to assemble. Much easier to have someone else help with final assembly of shelf levels after pre-preparing the ‘H’ sections. Prompt delivery and good prices. Thank you.

I purchased a four shelf storage rack with eight lidded storage boxes to try and organise our cellar.
The goods arrived promptly when promised. Constructing the rack was a bit fiddly but fine once we got the knack- it is a two person job.
Unfortunately one of the boxes, despite being well packaged was smashed. It had clearly been dropped on its corner in carriage. I reported it to Tufferman by email, received a swift response and a further box was immediately despatched.

Excellent easily assembled product delivered within 2 days of ordering on standard service. Website gave clear and full information for me to order. The price was good for the product I recieved. The 3 bay racking system took me just under 2 hours to fully assemble and fix to the wall.
