Cheri Ozimac has consistently provided excellent service to us over the course of several years. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful. Even after booking a cruise she is great at answering questions if they arise or providing more info if needed. She is also interested, after the trip, in knowing how our experience was. Highly recommend!

I experienced a last minute change of plans that required quick action to "undo" a cruise cancellation and the "team" of Halina and Melissa jumped into action and saved our cruise.

Not until your VP and Executive VP got involved did Holland America give us our deserved discount in credits, on a big cruise, when prices went down.

We have used the services of Tully Luxury Travel for many bookings over the past decade. Our specific Tully agents, Jackie Grittani and Monika Koch, are exceptional in every regard. They are very experienced and knowledgable regarding travel options and they provide excellent travel arrangements in a very friendly, efficient and professional manner. We are particularly impressed with the speed with which they respond to requests for information or for specific arrangements in itineraries.

I have been a customer of Cruise/Tully for about 30 years!! I guess that says it all!!
Chelsea has been a wonderful young lady to work with. Over the years, I mostly worked with Gerri, but her assistants have all been delightful.

We've only just moved to Tully Luxury Travel within the last year, after using a local agency in the past. We find Diana to be prompt, efficient and professional. Her knowledge of, and experience with, booking cruises makes our travel adventures much more pleasurable. We'll definitely be staying with Tullys.
