Tried to place order on the day of the 10% discount (for M-B grill) on Saturday. The discount came up as 1%. Tried to re do a couple of times. Tried to call - website said "NOW OPEN SATURDAYS." No answer. Called Monday, associate said you were not open Saturday. Reordered with a new discount code. Thought the order went through. Credit card charged. Then was emailed that item was not in stock. No clue as to when it would be.

I ordered a cold air intake for my honda accord, turned out to be the wrong one. I contacted them through E-mail and asked if I could return it, they said "Sure, ship it to this address." It got to their address on Tuesday (05/13/14) and I have continued to contact them since. On Thursday of last week (05/19/14) I asked why I hadn't revieved my refund. One of the sales reps' I was talking to via E-mail told me it would be issued the next day. Big surprise, that did not happen. Here I am now, still waiting for my refund. Horrible company, do not buy from them.

I ordered lowering springs for my BMW 740i. That was a month ago. So far, I have not received it and have no notice of it being shipped. A customer service rep was supposed to look into it but no email or call back. I have called them 5 times and nobody has answered the phone. My only course of action is to email them and request a refund. I no longer need the springs.

was a good experience, one little problem could not reach some one by phone for some information on when my order will arrive. Finally got someone after calling for a few hours and they told me it was ship and I got it later that afternoon....

I purchased the X3 side mirrors for my 1998 Honda Accord EX 4DR. I really loved the look, especially the smoke lens for the outer marker lights of the mirrors and can't wait for them to arrive as the sales rep said they wanted to wait as the base plates for these mirrors were on back order. Ryan, the person who has been helping me was very helpful and patient with me as I wanted to make sure with multiple questions that these would indeed fit my car. Since they don't come with turn arrows for inside the mirror portion I found some off eBay and sent Ryan the link and he felt they would work as well. Again he was very helpful. I'm so glad I found this company as a previous company I found sucked really bad. So far good experiences except for the fact I have to wait till the base plates arrive, which hopefully will be soon. Want to mount on my car and see how they look.

Received my 2005 Honda CRV fog lights. It looks great with professional installation. The light switch did not fit perfectly. It was too big. I sent an email & requested for a new switch. Never receive a response from TunersDepot yet after more than a week. Good luck to get a reply from them.

Couldn't return an item I bought box was not opened and their web site does not say no return it took 10 days to get my item and I am very dissatisfied scam...the fitting was shown 98-01 a6 Quattro avant now why r u saying its a 98 fit

I ordered a Cold Air Intake system last year from this site for my 1994 Accord. My part came exactly as described, and arrived very quickly. It included step-by-step instructions, which made the installation very simple. I was done with the whole process in under an hour, quick and painless. The intake made my car sound great, nice and throaty at higher RPMs, and doesn't have an obnoxious idling sound which I was worried about. It also gives it a little extra pull that I can feel in the higher RPMs as well.

Like I said I purchased this last year and that transaction was great. Now it's come time for me to renew my registration and a smog check was required. This made me anxious, because in CA it is fairly strict and difficult to get a smog check with an aftermarket intake installed. Fortunately for my model, I was able to find the Executive Order number that allows my specific model to be exempt from the law prohibiting certain aftermarket intakes from legally being smogged. Unfortunately however, I noticed that my intake did not have the sticker to verify this Executive Order number, and without that CARB sticker I would not be allowed to get a smog check. I tried calling the manufacturer, and they were no help at all. I also tried contacting the maker of the intake piping itself, but they are located in Hong Kong, which was also no help. I finally found my receipt from where I purchased the part (tunersdepot), and went on their website to try and find an answer. I logged onto the "Live online chat" and explained my problem to Brian. He asked for the name on the order, which he used to immediately locate my file. He verified that my shipping address was still the same, and confirmed that the CARB sticker would be mailed out today and shipped to me in about 2 business days! He was quick, extremely helpful, and friendly! Excellent customer service, excellent quality product at an unbeatable price, and will definitely be buying from here again. Thanks again Brian!

Received order today, Monday, May 14, after placing the order and paying for it on the 27th of April. My only complain was the shipping delay, other than that I was satisfied with the the seller. Price was great, product quality was great and A+ for good seller to customer communication.

I ordered an intake for my scion and find out a week later that the part is not in stock. I email them and didn't get a response for a couple days. They aren't too great at responding to emails and now I'm waiting over a month for my part. Didn't give one star because prices are still low.

Ordered a cold air intake for my bmw it came here in 2 days even tho it said a week , had a couple problems during installation and reaching them wasn’t a problem or a wait, willing to make my cold air intake work , I can’t wait to shop some more for my car , price was great tooo!

It's been 8 days, I have still not seen my tail lights. I broke one of my tail lights, and that is the reason for ordering a new set. If they are like the last ones, I had to modify the hole, to get my connectors to go in. The price is pretty good I think for them. I have ordered a bunch of stuff for my truck, because the timing belt broke and I am rebuilding the whole top end, and these lights are the last thing, that is yet to arrive, that I have ordered. I have even gotten the heads back from the machine shop, and still no lights. So I guess I am dissatisfied with the time of shipping.

The product I recieved did not fit my truck and they did not seem to care they were supposed to email me a return label to get a refund it's been almost 3 days and I still haven't recieved it yet

1st time we bought some LED taillights from tuners depot the shipping was free and they arrived within 72hrs .

This time we purchased virtually the same thing (different vehicle) and it's due to arrive in 9 days.
