Tuscany Now and More were always willing and able to answer all our queries swiftly and to provide us with assistance on any and all matters pertaining to our trip.

It was very easy working with Tuscany Now and More - they promptly answered any questions that I had and directed me to the owner of the villa to answer any further questions.

This summer we spent a week at Villa Zambonina with our closest family and friends to celebrate our wedding. The villa was beautiful and truly made our wedding unique. Our biggest complaint was not knowing ahead of time that we needed a cash safety deposit on the villa. Of course we know a safety deposit is needed, but we were not informed to have that many Euros. The pictures and room descriptions were not necessarily accurate either. It was not made clear which bedrooms shared a bathroom and which rooms in the villa had air conditioning. Finally, the garden was not properly cleaned for the day of the wedding even though we were told there was a higher rate for weddings because it would be maintained for us.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Tuscany Now and More when planning for our week at the gorgeous villa, Villa Visentium. I reserved the villa with a down payment more than a year ahead of time, knowing that it would be the only way to ensure that the many members of my family, who live all over the U.S., would commit to the dates. The financial team immediately sent me a very thorough contract, so I knew exactly what to expect. A few months before the week in August that we rented, I shared many many emails back and forth with the "concierge" staff at TN&M, who were always responsive--e.g., to the needs of six family members who required special diets, and to the various sleeping arrangements, etc, when we had some last-minute changes as to the composition of our group and needs of two children age 3 and under.
Upon arriving, I found that the villa was exactly as advertised by TN&M; there are extensive photos on their website, showing all the bedrooms, common rooms, and grounds, that made it clear to us that we preferred the style and layout of Villa Visentium to others of their beautiful villas, particularly the fact the pool is right next to the villa, which made it easy to keep an eye on the children. The website listing also had every possible detail about what was available at the villa, e.g. laundry facility, grill, various games, etc, and what was and wasn't included (in our case, maid service and electricity )in the rental price. Giulia, our "concierge", was very patient with our many requests, which we communicated in bits and pieces because of several busy family members who were traveling for work and were hard to pin down. Their recommendations for nearby restaurants, visits to neighboring towns worth seeing, necessities (markets, bank, pharmacies, etc) were very useful. I highly recommend Tuscany Now and More!

The staff at Tuscany Now & More were very helpful and well organized. We had most everything we needed for our trip - the only thing that I would have loved to have would be a large local map of the area around Rignano sull'Arno either mailed to us or available at the villa. We finally hunted one down in the town of Rignano sull'Arno and once we had a paper copy in our hands getting around became so much easier. Prior to the trip we printed one off of the internet but it wasn't helpful because it was so small while the one we got from a travel agent in Rignano was about 36"x36". We really struggled with understanding driving in the area but once we got the large map it made all the difference. Our rental car GPS wasn't working that well because you had to put in an address so (for example) to find the Rignano train station we needed an address.

We have rented 4 villas through Tuscany Now, and have had wonderful experiences with them. They help you find the right villa for your needs, and assist you with any additional services you might want. I would highly recommend Tuscany Now and More if you are planning a visit to Tuscany.

We had a great experience with Tuscany Now & More. Their service was excellent. We stayed at Valla Fattorria. It was absolutely perfect. There were 8 adults. Renata, the house manager was lovely and helpful. She also served as our chef 3 nights of our stay. We all agreed that our meals were some of the best we had during our two week stay in Italy!! The bedrooms in the villa were all air conditioned. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas with the breezes in the evening as well. During our stay at the villa we had a private driver pick us up each day for our daily adventure and return us early to mid afternoon where we all relaxed by the pool until the dinner hour. It was truly wonderful!!

Excellent service and when the villa we had booked through Tuscany Now & More was withdrawn by the owner due to personal reasons at very short notice , they worked extremely hard to arrange a further choice of villas in roughly the same location .

Tuscany Now was great at making sure our questions were answered upfront. We felt super comfortable planning a vacation/wedding on the property from afar.

Very responsive however we would have liked to understand better that caretaker speaks absolutely no English. We had her contact info. When we called to give her our arrival time she obviously did not understand. That resulted in the person waiting for us stuck at the villa for hours! She never passed the message to him. Better contact info should be provided,

The property itself is a true hidden gem, 
Poggio Alto was a home for us for the whole month of August, allowing the whole family to join under the same household as our Mother requested for her 75th birthday wish.
We enjoyed much needed family time with with loved ones in a relaxing atmosphere immersed in the middle of nature.
The beautiful hills and green valleys are a priceless view when waking up with morning coffee, while the pool is a real gift, allowing private moments of peace and quiet while cooling off in the clear waters day or night.
The many different fruits and flowers provide a feeling of Eden. The main house had a lovely room division and was furnished in good taste. The kitchen was big enough to allow the family cooking of meals and had large dinner tables for big family meals. in other words the estate is perfect for families of 10/16 people who are looking to stay in Tuscany/Umbria and wishing to leave the city hassle for a few days. 

The Team of Tuscany and Now was very helpful, super professional and did a great job in arranging all our different family needs.
The Team of Taos provided excellent transport, a lovely wine tour and a few meals by a private chef Luciana who made us her yummy family recipes.
The caretakers of the property Mr Marsilio and Mrs Mirella ware absolutely amazing, very gentle with their care of all of our family tribe of various ages, always available and helping us in every need with kindness and very much appreciated patience, and yes also freshly made beds each day.
Matteo the gardener kept the beautiful estate and gardens in perfect condition.

All in all it was the best family holiday ever and I hope you enjoy your holidays in Poggio Alto as much as we did.
