Excellent The customer service team member was friendly, polite, and product aware. She handled my problem efficiently and courteously to my complete satisfaction, even though she had to call me back twice due to a communication problem.

I was pleased that the customer service representative had knowledge and was able to discuss the product I was needing a part for. The transaction was efficient and conducted very professionally. I had confidence that my expectations would be met.

I was well pleased with the service that I received. The associate that I talked to was very polite and well trained. I received My replacement parts very quickly. I will be a return customer because of this experience alone.

Had to wait 24 to 48 hours for call back initially . Set specific time to give a call back, and I was not given a call back during time frame. The voicemail that was left was said too fast for comprehension. Destinni was helpful.

I really did not like that he conducted the survey to rate him. He was a little curt with me and made me feel stupid. If you really want feedback, you need to not have your agents do their own surveys. I rated him all 5's on the call. He was definitely not all 5s. I didn't want him to screw up my order if I rated him low.

Excellent only problem is getting info for Canada. Switches are hard to get here, I think automotive or Hobbyshops carry rocker switches with lights in them.I can understand not having parts from China but certainly heater and blowers should be available. I bought a used unit and switched inserts. Could I just buy a 23 inch insert from you?

Great company. My problem was address with no issues. The rep was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them. Their customer service is great and there products are great. I had to replace the unit I bought but I was very pleasantly surprised at the level service I received from the company. Turned out the unit was still under warrantee and they replaced it free, Including the shipping. Just a great experience dealing with them. Thank You Twinstar for all of your help.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the furniture that we purchased. It was securely packaged, not a damage, scratch or dust on the unit. It shows what great pride that this company takes with its product. We will continue to look for Tresanti furniture in the future. JHNuara

Hi Kids, It was a real pleasure talking to Customer Service Specialist - Jasmine (All That Jazz) Jacobson. She is AWESOME! She is a true asset to Twin-Star. And she cares! About what, I don't know. Just kidding... Although I may send her a "I don't care, do you? Jacket similar to the one that the First Lady wore when she visited the migrant children at Boarder Detention Center. OK, I'll be honest. The jacket is a Chinese Knockoff from eBay. At Pre Trade War Price! Don't you know! But all seriousness aside... Pleas give Jasmine a Big Raise and Gift Certificate to Papa Johns. The best customer service I've had aside from my own service shop. Jasmine is one of the best customer service supporters I have ever encountered with appliance repairs. Excellent, I couldn't believe there was even a customer support for furniture I ordered on Amazon, no less one with excellent customer service. You made if very easy to replace the broken part. Well done!

Agent in customer service was great! Although, I received the missing parts due to the list in instructions. Nowhere in it stated that the parts were not needed because the 5 pieces of wood they attached to came already assembled. So, the instructions booklet is misprinted for the bottom section of media cabinet/fireplace.

Unbelievable product knowledge and genuine caring for my problem was my first impression . I spoke to four reps and they all had a good grasp of the product and solving my problem was important . The only draw back I would express is that is a little difficult finding my way through your website . Wait time was reasonable and service was actually stupendous . I'm very pleased with your interest in customer service . It's a non profit center in one way but makes future sales likely .

Satisfactory! We purchased the Duraflame fireplace log set with heater last year, October 2017 and happily used it all winter long. However, when I turned it in this season, we found that the heater was not working. I called customer service to report this problem and even though it was past the warranty date by several weeks they agreed to send me a replacement unit, which we have received.very happy with Duraflame and Twin Star Home!

Very Satisfied! I had a question and called the first day I received my fireplace. Someone actually answered the phone on the second ring and had all the information to walk me through my question. Awesome customer service and I love my little fireplace

When I initially called in for assistance, I was told to make sure my heater was plugged in and turned on. Once I spoke with someone who understood that I had a real issue (my heater of less than a year old was not producing heat, but did illuminate), she immediately told me what to do and got a new heater shipped to me. Calls were returned in a timely manner. Nice customer service reps. Very pleased!

disappointed. customer purchased unit 4 to 5 years ago and call for replacement part we provide the customer with the part and customer wait 2 years later stated he received a wrong color. We no longer carry part for that product any longer

The young man that assisted me was very helpful. He answered my questions, resolved my problem and shipped the replacement part right away. The package arrived 2 or 3 days before it's estimated time. 10/10 would recommend

I was unable to create my product registration online even though the product number was listed. I dreaded making the phone call for fear it would take forever and I would be connected to someone that barely spoke English. Neither of those things happened. I was assisted by a professional representative that answered my call and registered my product in under 10 minutes.
