Thanks! Really easy, really speedy and brilliant customer service - even in tough times (COVID 19 related).
Nice, top spec van, which was perfect for what we needed. Price was really reasonable as well, I would highly recommend!

I kept changing my mind from 1to 2 days , then back to 1, then to 2, each time they dealt with my request very well. The van was clean and tidy, did the house move brilliantly, just what I needed.

Always have a great experience of using udrive. The lads at pokesdown are great and always helpful and efficient. I never use anyone else I need a van 4-5 times a yr and always go here. Thanks gents. Mr K Mc

Phoned the number online ( head office ) a week before my hire and I was told I didn’t need to book or pay in advance. On my day of hire at the Exter depot, the man asked If I had a booking ?. Was lucky there was one Luton Van available. Customer service at the depot was good and van hire .

Managed to get a van last minute to move house, they stayed open during the covid 19 lock down what really helped. Clean van drove nicely I'll definitely come back in the future.

Very nice vehicle and to specification.
Good information regarding process.

The only reason this is not 5 stars is because I was not shown some controls and how to unlock the fuel cap. Had to 'play' to work them out.
