Several efforts were made to purchase seed corn from UF. Their website states that my payment was denied. My bank states they show no record of any effort was made by UF to submit payment request and my account is in good standing. Made a call to UF's "service" line only to find out that it is a recording directing people back to their website.

Seems like a runaround. Do they want to sell their product or not?

They got me for $30. Said they'd issue refund. Never received. Then stopped replying. Then claimed they'd send a check. I didn't pay with a check. Don't let them take your money like they did mine. Total scammers. Surprised they're still in business.

The 1st package arrived and sat in my open mailbox for several days. The package was open and many of the roots were dried to the point where they were breaking like spaghetti. I contacted UF and they immediately replaced the entire order even though many of them were still viable. I have also ordered many other seeds from this company, all of them have had a very high germination rate. My business goes to this company first from now on.

I ordered sweet potato slips at the turn of the year. They were scheduled for delivery in June. Then in May I got a notice that there was a backup and orders may be delayed. I went to the farm where I buy whole raw milk yogurt today and they had some sweet potato seedlings for sale. I was tempted. But I decided to wait. When I got home the package was in my mailbox. And they are MUCH better looking than the ones at the farm.

I've purchased organic chicken feed, beekeeping equipment and homesteading supplies from Urban Farmer's brick and mortar location in the past. I've always had a great experience and excellent customer service. I just placed my first online seed order. I appreciate that they do not cary anything genetically modified so I can order seeds without worry. I had a few questions and they responded to my email within minutes.

After checking every available site on the web, I came to Urban Farmers who not only had the seed I wanted but got it to me in less than 2 days. Yay!

I too am one of the customers who experienced delays, which is SO very understandable these days, but I was very disappointed to find out the the specific variety of cucumber seeds I ordered was out of stock, and I had been issued a refund. I emailed Urban Farmer to tell them how disappointed I was, and let them know had they only told me that I would have found them somewhere else. By the time it happened, the seeds appeared to be completely sold out at other websites.
Laura from Urban Farmer emailed me back right away, apologized deeply, and explained that their distributor did not communicate the out of stock information to to them, but if I was interested in ordering a different variety, that she would personally put the order in the envelope and ship them out the next morning. And that is exactly what happened, except she also included two packs of my original order cucumber seeds along with the new order, and they were delivered in about two days!! At no charge to me whatsoever!
This is the very definition of great customer service, exceeding all expectations. I too will be a lifetime customer and recommend Urban Farmer to everyone. High quality products at a great price and amazing customer service. Thank you!!

Ordered on March 30, received notification that shipping label had been created on April 8, reviewed order and it’s status was “completed”, tried tracking the shipment and it had never left the warehouse. Reached out to customer service twice before I ever received a response. Was told that shipping labels are printed and orders are set to completed then put on the manufacturing line to be hand packed but due to covid they were overwhelmed and it was taking longer (April 15 and 18). Asked several times to get my order expedited since it had taken so long and kept getting the encouragement to cancel the order because they would be glad to do that. I received an email saying I had been refunded on April 20, but no details as to what I was being refunded for. Order finally ships on April 22 and is received on April 24. Once the package was opened and seed packets were inspected, I discovered I was missing 3/4 pound of seeds I had ordered but also had one small packet of seeds not on the order. When I reached out through email, I was told there was supposed to be a refund check within the package because the missing seeds were out of stock; there was no refund check. I had to list out what was in the package before they would refund me the seeds missing. I will Not he ordering from here again.

I found one of my brand-labeled photos cropping out my brand name in a photo from Urban Farmer seeds. It was listed with a picture of a different Armenian cucumber variety. I contacted them multiple times to request that they take my photo off of their site. I take pictures of my products because I actually grow them. Since they don't grow their own product, what they are really selling is hard to tell. I have a friend who is a lawyer. I'll be asking him how to proceed next.

While both your site and your service was excellent, your Music garlic bulbs are about 1/3 the size
I'm used to--- and grew, until my crop failure last year. I'd be ashamed of such wimpy stuff and it's going to take several years to develop them to the size I demand of Music-- if that's even possible!

About 1/4 of my $60.00 order of elephant garlic had no peels on them. Garlic was good, except you cannot plant garlic without wraps on them they will rot. Last year order was perfect, so I was surprised at this year's order. Will still try again next year one more time.

For the past 5 years I've sowed my 1 acre garden using Urban Farmer products with only great reward. I have only positive things to say about this company, this year being no different. I accidentally charged my credit card 3 times for the same purchase when I was doing my annual seed order. I called them as soon as I suspected something needed to be checked. To my surprise, they had already refunded two of the charges to my account before I had called. I was so thankful for that. In my past experience with situations such as this, I had to call the company and often had to wait 24 hours to be credited back my funds. I will only order with ufseeds.com for my seed needs.

I completely understand them being behind on shipping given the COVID-19 situation. Anytime I followed up I always got a response the same day. Only thing I was disappointed in is that the pots that I was sent were a different color than what was pictured online. Not a huge deal just disappointed.

I am a first time customer and placed an order for a couple pounds of seed this morning. Immediately I received a confirmation email for my order and within two hours, an email that my order had shipped! WTG guys!

It's been over six weeks since I place this order for one small packet of seeds and STILL HAVE NOT received the seeds. They even said it was shipped out over a week and half ago - maybe packaged but not shipped, it very rarely takes the post office a week and a half to ship a packet of seeds. A company as quick as this should go out of business because it is NOT providing as service acceptable to anyone. I've sent three e-mails and all they respond with is that they are behind on orders. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My father used to raise Golden Bantam corn for Germaine seed company in the 1930s ,1940s , it was his favorite table corn . I found your site on line and was so happy to see you sold Golden Bantam seed , my family is looking forward to the harvest thanks for all your help and great service Dan Garmon ( Garmon Ranch Santa Paula Ca ) .
