I ordered the Special Tomato E10 rain-cover on 21st December 2018 and it was delivered on 30th January 2019.
I was not informed delivery would take 41 days.
I contacted UK Mobility three times regarding non delivery of this item, only to be told the same phrase, we are awaiting delivery tomorrow and that I would have it by the end of that week. Obviously following the first two phone calls this did not happen. However, third time lucky!

I placed an order for three items on 16 Jan there website said all was in stock but one item was missing,have phoned and emailed, but nothing it appears the warehouse did not tell the office what a cowboy company this is,i will try to get a refund, if not this will go to small claims.will NOT use this **** company again.

I had an email straight after my order to say the item would be delayed in being sent, and was that OK? And it arrived a few days earlier than the delayed date! All good!

They tried after not sending one of the items paid for then they sent the one I already had again instead of the one they didn’t send. So I ended up paying for an item I didn’t receive and gave up. Very poor and I would not buy from them again

We required the grab rail quite quickly, so the young lad]y at UK mobility contacted the company where it was coming from and it arrived within a few days. It's a great help for my husband who is nearly 88 and frail with dementia.

Shocking service took 2 weeks to be delivered from 3 miles away, had to contact them twice, the lady on the phone told me that she will ring me back in 10 mins after talking to dispatch , over 1 hour later I had to ring back to be told that they were struggling with the order , no email to say item out of stock

Ordered back brace for my brother 3rd May. Delivery within 5 days. No response until I emailed. Money taken from my account at time of order. I found out only after email, there were none in stock. Not disclosed at time of order. It is now 27th May, still no delivery.

Item brought was great, but took over 2 weeks to deliver by their chosen courier and the box it was in looked like road kill when received. Suggest either use an appropriate size box for goods or void filled.
Fortunately the goods weren't damaged, but box dented,which was disappointing as it was a gift.
