The purchase of 4 patio heaters for my apartment building in Texas has been a nightmare! The phone order went smoothly, but the delivery was supposed to be 3 days ago. When I heard that the heaters had still not been delivered, I went online to track the delivery with UPS. It said that they attempted the delivery 2 times, and that I had moved! The address was given as a rental office for an apartment building. Somehow the name Shoppers Choice was added as the person receiving the delivery!

I called UPS and waited 20 minutes to speak to a rep. I thought it was all straightened out, and she told me that a UPS person would call me back to confirm the delivery address. I received a call, but it was from a UPS location in Berkeley, CA - not Texas!

Then I had to call UPS back (and wait another 20 minutes) to give them the correct address. They had no record that I had just talked to UPS 10 minutes earlier. Now I have to wait another 3 days for the delivery. I don't even know if the 4 patio heaters and covers are going to arrive or not!

I used shoppers choice to order patio set of 4 chairs and a bar height table. The chairs were fine with exception of two of plastic caps were cracked. The table top was the right size, but the legs and the wrap around bar was for a normal height table, so the legs did not fit onto the table top. I called SChoice customer service and explained the problem and sent many photos of the issues. They sent the correct legs within 2 weeks! and i didnt have to ship the wrong ones back either! They also sent the caps, but they were the wrong dimension...so again contacted support, they resent them -- but wrong again. So the 3rd time, they did get it right. I must say despite the issues with the manufacturer, the people at shoppers choice (KATIE) resolution specialists are amazing. It is so rare you get emails to ask if you are satisfied or need help! And- they absolutely deliver on their service to get what you need . I definitely recommend shopping with them as if there are any problems with the manufacturer, they will correct it, and timely. I wish all customer service was like this! thank you Katie!

I wanted to take a minute to thank Dominic from UltimatePatio for the informatiojn and assistance he provided me during my recent purchase of my outdoor patio furniture and firepit. He was extremely friendly, and helpfull and did not try to give me a "Salespitch," but rather assisted me in making the purchase as seamless as possible. Dominic was also very helpfull in explaining the company's delivery options, troubleshooting issues (should any arise), and in general, a pleasure to do business with. Other companies should strive to make their sales and customer service staff as professional as he was. I will recommend your company to all my friends and family.

I just purchased replacement cushions for 8 chairs and 2 chaise lounges from UltimatePatio and was very impressed with Paige who was extremely helpful and a delight to talk with. I can't rate the shipping process at this time as I have not received the merchandise yet, but certainly can add to this review once I receive the order. I didn't rate the return process for the same reason, but was told I had 90 days in which to return the product if I was not happy which I think is very generous. I have shopped online at several places now looking for replacement cushions and can say that UltimatePatio prices were very fair based on what looked to be excellent quality cushions.

My customer service representative was Nita, she worked with me for a total of 4 phone call. I kept putting different tables and chairs together, but was not sure which one to purchase. Nita had the patience of Jobe, She went above the call of duty to satisfy me. She is GREAT!!! Sure hope her boss know her true people skills, because she is a people person, in her job she is exactly what the Dr. Ordered. I will always ask for her when buying and I will tell everyone about her.

After placing my order for a patio set 5/26/2015, my payment was taken IN FULL and I received a confirmation email it would be shipping in 48 hours. When it became apparent after several days, that was not the case, I called and was given the new date of 6/11 then 6/15. Today is 6/15 I just called once again to check on my order status and was told the chairs now will not be in until August. I was lied to all along and will NEVER be ordering from ShoppoersChoice.com again. I was scammed and duped and lied to and you should be ashamed to call your selves a legitimate business.

I have been searching for the best teak outdoor dining table and seating arrangement--I found it on your site--the Royal Teak Miami collection. I spoke to Stephanie on Sunday and ask many questions about the products, i.e., the weight--I live in a high-wind area--the durability, the care, the colors--her thoughts and opinions. It was like to speaking to a very helpful and courteous friend. Stephanie phoned me back this morning as promised and researched my questions and provided all of the answers that the needed. I made the purchase this morning and look forward to a delivery date for some time next week. I am super excited!!

I am thrilled that the furniture will be coming so soon and am confident in shopping with Ultimate Patio. Stephanie was personable and professional in every way. I invited her to visit me should she ever travel to New York City. And, she invited me to phone her if I have any questions or concerns in the future. You generally don't find this quality of service in online shopping--so many thanks. I look forward to using my $300 in points very soon for summer accessories.

We ordered a 7 piece patio dining set from Amazon which was sold through Ultimate Patio (Shoppers Choice). Two days after placing the order, we received an email from Shoppers Choice stating the patio set is no longer in stock and the manufacture has discontinued this item. When we place the order there was three items left in stock. We called Shoppers Choice to see what was going on and they said it’s no longer available and wanted to sell us a more expensive item with less of a discount then the one we purchase on Amazon. They were not willing to work with us and didn’t seem very interested in keep our business. Do not do business with this company.

Purchased my Fire Sense fire pit table through UltimatePatio. Easy ordering and they answered all my questions. Table came quickly and was able to have it put together and running in under 30 minutes!
