I booked this service to have my 2 bedrooms cleaned. I was apprehensive at first because this was my first time using this company but they surprised me! They did an amazing job and made my home look immaculate! They also carpet steamed my floors and they’ve never looked this good until now. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely look to booking with them again in the future.

Thank you to Jamie and the team for fitting my clean in last minute and finding me a team at such short notice. The guys did a great job and I got my bond back which really is the only thing that matters. I am happy to review you and let everybody know that I would highly recommend your services.

We scheduled a bond clean, on the day of the clean it was getting late and I hadn’t heard from the cleaners so emailed Jamie at ultraclean for an estimated time, he replied advising the cleaners wouldn’t be arriving until 10pm! I thought this was a little strange and started to panic slightly, I then had a good look at the reviews online.. let’s just say I became very stressed out ! I decided to let it be and hoped for the best!

Viewed the unit the following day and everything was cleaned well! No issues or concerns at all.

My only feedback would be around the need for ultra clean to have a contact number however Jamie was fast with replying to all of my emails.

I used Ultra Clean for my end of lease clean recently and they did a fantastic job. Everything was cleaned to a very high standard in all aspects. They were also very time efficient and reaosnably priced. Highly reccommend.

Booked Ultra Clean for our exit clean last month and they did an amazing job, completely exceeding all expectations and had the place looking better than it was on the day we moved in.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They were on time, polite and took great attention to details, and what's more the price was extremely reasonable. Money well spent!

I employed Ultra-clean for an end of lease clean in Sydney, payment was made up front. They were booked on Tuesday, didnt show. I followed up and they promised Wednesday but again no show. They would not answer their phone and were not responding to emails, so I left a bad review here and got a speedy response and the job was done on Friday. In general the clean was good, with the agent only picking up one or two small items to be fixed. So again I went through the slow process of having Ultra-clean follow up on their guarantee. More emails to the company with little or no response as to when the job would be completed. Finally I have had confirmation from the agent that the cleaner had been and inspection has been passed, though still nothing from Ultra-clean. The cleaning was satisfactory, the timing slow (it took 2 weeks to get the job completed from when it was booked) and the communication almost non-existent. If you want to save $50 and have a 2 week window for the job to be done in then these guys would be great, but for the stress involved I would not recommend.

I paid $576 for a vacate and carpet clean. I paid the required $50 deposit straight away. I was then requested to pay the amount in full, which I did promptly the day before the service. I was told I would receive a text an hour before the cleaner was to arrive. It got to the afternoon and I had heard nothing. I contacted the agency and they told me that the clean wouldn’t happen until the evening, so I took a key over and left it out for the cleaner. In the evening I had still heard nothing and didn’t know if the cleaner had started, so contacted them again. I was told the cleaner had started but wouldn’t be finished until very late that night, so they would confirm in the morning. I heard nothing in the morning so my husband went over to check the property. The carpets had not been cleaned. Skirting boards had not been cleaned and were still dirty and dusty, the oven had spray left on it and the oven base tray hadn’t been touched and was still greasy, several light switches and power points were dusty and marked, and hadn’t been touched. These were meant to be done as per the agency’s cleaning checklist. There was no smell of cleaning products. When I contacted the agency, they said they had been told that the carpet cleaner had had to go to hospital. My Mum and I had to spend a further 3 hours cleaning the property to get it to a suitable point for my vacate inspection. I had to book and pay for another carpet cleaner at the very last minute (another company), who thankfully arrived promptly, was extremely professional and did an amazing job. After several emails, UltraClean refunded me $84 in leiu of the carpet cleaning they didn’t do. I will absolutely not be using this agency again. I found the whole process in dealing with them strange and very stressful.

The clean was meant to commence on Friday 7th February. But no cleaners turned up. We emailed and they said someone would be out later and that they work through the night so just leave the keys over night.

It was not started until 8am on the 8th February and we had to hand out keys back in to the letting agent at 12pm on the 8th February. Cleaner was still there after 12pm.

Never answer their phone.

Was meant to take the stress out of cleaning your house, but made it even more stressful.

Avoid at all costs, shocking company.

I am very happy with my bond clean from last month. Lee and the team did a great job and I got all my bond back. They were courteous and professional. The clean was completed on time as per my instructions. I will be recommending Ultra Clean to the other agents I know.

I had used their service less than a month ago and it went well. I was surprised to see a negative review about them, so here I give mine. I think they are very responsible and professional. They actively responds and follow up after service. Everything was also very clean n shiny, so I know they do their job thoroughly. Unfortunately I can't upload video files here but I put up some screenshoots out of the video results. Hope this helps you guys decide, as for me I trust & would recommend their service. :)

9 hours after agreed time.
5 year old could have done a better job. Shower not cleaned, oven not cleaned, windows not cleaned properly, walls not spot cleaned, toilet seat broken, damaged blind in kitchen.
Refused to accept it could possibly have been the cleaners who did it.
Broken blinds, plus a spare vertical blind that was stored in spare bedroom was laying in the back yard.
House was empty, neighbor informed me a day later that cleaner had slept in the house on the floor overnight.
No refund offered only to send them back...they didn't go back.
Absolute waste of money, beware of this company if using them in Tasmania.

I used Ultra Clean service yesterday and im super happy with their results. They were punctual and they completed their work on time.
They didn't miss any spot and my house looked fresh and clean. Their price was super competitive for the quality of their job as well.

Thank you for the cleaning job guys as I received my bond back easily!!

I made the mistake of booking "Ultra Clean" for end of lease bond clean + full carpet steam cleaning and it was nothing but a disaster.
After paying the the almost $500 upfront (first warning sign) I had to chase them up to get the confirmation. On the day, 1x cleaner (student who did not have any of the appropriate equipment, was obviously not trained / qualified) turned up and spent 5 hours at the property (a small 2x bedroom apartment) and didn't appear to do anything!! I was advised that the Steam Cleaner would be arriving separately but no one else arrived.

In the end, the property didn't look it was cleaned at all, Oven and range hood were not touched, windows weren't cleaned, carpet didn't even look like it was vacuumed, let alone steam cleaned, hard floors were not mopped, light fittings were not touched, all the things on their "checklist" that were promised were not done.

I ended up having to book another company (Fantastic Services - highly recommended) to come in 4 days later who thankfully did the promised job.

Contacting their customer is service is nothing short of a nightmare, their phone number is never answered (left 4 voicemails, no one ever responds) and you can only contact them via email but they will only choose to respond to every 3-4th email! After contacting them when the job was "done" and providing photos, Jamie said they would only be refunding the "Steam Cleaning" fee, it has now been more than a week since being promised this refund and have not received anything and have not received a response to my last 6 emails.

Currently in the process of lodging dispute with POLi Payments + Consumer Affairs VIC but I would strongly urge you to read all the 1 star reviews, this is not an isolated incident.
