This was my first time buying a new car, after a string of bad experiences with second-hand and much older cars not worth more than £500! Patrick was very helpful, I felt he gave genuine, honest advice and guidance. I dealt with Rose during the handover, she was lovely, friendly and made the process quick and smooth!
I wanted to say a special thank you to Tim for his patience and understanding during the test drive as I do get nervous when driving with other people in the car, and I had never driven such a higher spec/bigger car before! He made me feel calm, reassured and at ease, and I would never have known he was new at the job! Thanks to the whole team, from a very happy customer!

I had a great experience at Unbeatablecar Crawley because the staff who helped me was very good at his job, by providing a lot of information that I needed to know. Friendly and good attitude on answering my questions. Always call back and very helpful. I couldn't ask for a better person therefore I also recommended a friend to him after I bright my Honda civic car. The staff name was Duncan. If in the future I do change my car I'll definitely go back to him again.

Unbeatablecar Portsmouth staff were good because I knew what car I wanted and they helped me achieve buying it even though someone else had already paid a deposit but they guy was so helpful and he helped me achieve the car of me dreams I went in to the dealership with only one car I wanted and it was all made possible with Luke's help and I am totally over the moon with my purchase. Thankyou so much for all your help.

Everything was dealt with very professionally but was a little disappointed that the car wasn't ready for delivery in the 7 to 10 days as specified!

It was a very slow process in handing over the car, some paperwork could not be found and took 35 hours which seems extreme

Better after sales - we requested a fast purchase as my partner is on crutches, but this was not passed on and did not happen - we were not told we could request a 24 hour turn round - and had to chase several times for return phone calls. Also handover and trade in took an hour and a half which seemed excessively long.

It was very easy buying a car from Unbeatable car Portsmouth and we were able to take the car the same day. The customer service, both on the day and since was very good. We have recommended Unbeatable car Portsmouth to friends.

Nice not being hassled by all the usual bull you get from car salesmen, cars open so you can browse without the need to call on a salesman but when you do need them to discuss things they are all very nice and helpful...are you sure they are car salesmen lol..best car purchase experience ever

I would have preferred continuity with one salesperson, rather than three different people. However, everybody was very polite and the area clean and welcoming although cold! The paperwork and sales talk took a long time!

First class service not hassled when you first walk in look at your leisure then approach a salesman when you see something that you like.
All the cars are unlocked a different and very pleasant way of car purchase.
