I fit wet rooms and have used your company to purchase heat mats for the last six or seven they have all been delivered on time with not a single problem.
I also like the fact that you call after every delivery to make sure that it arrived on time nice touch

I am living in Ireland & I ordered a part , I received the part within 2 days, as promised ,and got a text message telling me the time it would be delivered to my home. Excellent service .

Good service but i thought i should have been told that i would need 2 thermostat controls which meant i had to order another one and pay the electrician to come back and fit the second one. When I called the tech department they were very helpful and explained that the sales side were not technical people but maybe the sales people should be made aware when a large area is involved they should suggest that the customer speaks to the tech department.

They sold us three zones but only two thermostats. Therefore cannot control heat in one zone. The Devi Matt floor was fitted by an electrician and an experienced carpenter laid the floor. However as I write this the heat only works in 25% of the room. Will likely have to lift the newly laid floor and will be writing to their customer services

Fantastic service - needed urgently as proposed buyer of property visiting to check out the heating and at last minute one thermostat was not working - ordered one day delivered next day within 29 seconds of the time scheduled to arrive. Buyer viewed and was pleased to see all the heating working phew!! Don't get service like that these days. Well done!!!

Delivery was promised for Friday 6th. Nothing arrived. It was then promised for Monday 9th. I phoned the firm delivering and they had lost the parcel! It then arrived on the 10th. Not a major issue juts annoying.
