The suitcase was collected and delivered in time. The experience was that good that ever since, when I need to send something abroad, the only company that I contact is unibaggage. Even a week ago I sent presents abroad through them. Only once I had to contacted Customer Service and all the whole experience was brilliant. Even if I live in the UK, I am from Spain and have family living in different parts of the country. I am so glad that I found them. I highly recommend this company.
