A defective and faulty phone was sent to me for $289. When I informed them quickly they refused to send me a return label and said they said it was my responsibility to pay for the return shipment costs as well as stocking fees. What cheap petty crooks is this company and the so-called customer support team of Esteban and Alexis, both of whom are born congenital liars and swindlers. They are highly unprofessional and don’t give a damn to customer satisfaction. Now I am stuck with a nearly $300 phone with no battery, and no functionality. Cheap company run by robbers and cheaters. Shame on you Uptradeit.

Sent them my iPhone 7plus. Quoted me 167 payout. Phone was like new. Had a screen protector in it. They came back saying it had a broke screen and offered me 0.00. Still trying to get me phone back from them.
Won’t answer the phone or email. Very bad company. Avoid like the plague!!!

They don’t answer their phones or emails , sold an iPhone XS Max 64gb they quoted me a price of 394 but then told me they were only giving me 310. I read the reviews they never pay what they say they’re going to give. But I still gave the benefit of the doubt . I’m disappointed in this company. We’re in a pandemic and they want to rip people off .

Poor service - this was my first time purchasing from this company. I chose a standard shipping as my preferred shipping option. The shipping method was offered at 7 business days. I placed the order Thursdays night and it is now Thursday of next week and I have not received a tracking number or cancellation email. Not even a notification via phone. Today i took the initiative to contact customer service regarding my order. Their response was " we contacted you via phone regarding your order"...well...ok...did you leave a message? They further placed blame on me saying I didn't respond back to them so they didn't ship it out....how am I suppose to responded if there is no voicemail or email left or sent to me???? In any case I'm pretty sure the phone I purchased wasn't available or they forgot to ship my order and they needed to justify why it was the customers fault and not theirs. As a new customer, this leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I would recommend that you stay away from sellers like these. Seems like their motto is "the customer is always wrong". In my experience, dealing with companies like these during issues such as warranties or exchanges will always be a hassle and not willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

Ordered an Iphone X for only around $400. It works perfectly, no visible scratches or any issues with it running, and I’ve had it for a while now. Their inspection process must be very good, they even send a video of your phone being sanitized and packaged.

I’m really pleased with the way the phone is working ? a lot better than my other one that’s for sure ! I understand the late delivery because of Covid . everything has been fine . now I’m gonna be looking for an iPad any ideas????

After mailing my iPhone XS to UpTradeIt, I was kept updated once they received it and a couple of days ago received my eCheck. I just deposited the check. I also got the best price for my iPhone! Great doing business with them!

Horrible customer support. Purchased an iphone X on 8/20. Received the phone but could not even setup the phone because the screen would jump around. At one point could put in a passcode, but then was unable to enter the passcode again because of the problems with the screen. Initiated return 8/27. They received the device by 9/1. Said they needed the passcode. Gave the passcode. Then they said they couldn't enter the passcode because of the screen. Said they would send the phone out for repair. Called multiple times, emailed multiple times. Still no refund and is now 10/5.

Are fast and responsive to me.... Give me a decent price for my phone....there was a little chip in the side that probably didn't make a big deal didn't touch the screen but they still deducted a couple dollars they deducted $20 for it..... Oh well not a big deal...they pay me by E-Check which is okay just takes a couple days to cash in your bank.... All in all Good Company..... I figure they're just a start up company trying to make a few dollars... but hey it get somebody a job in American!!!! That's what I like....Best of luck.... Anybody reading this they are trustful that's with my transaction...

I recently ordered a iPhone 7 plus days ago...and I wouldn't be so upset about it if I knew they would at least ship it already because it's been 9 days and all the reviews I have read have been fairly positive.So does it take this long for everyone? because i seriously ordered a phone case and some other stuff days after I ordered the phone and they got here yesterday ????

I admit I was nervous sending 2 iphones (flawless iphone 10 and an older iphone 7) worth a considerable amount of money to a company on the internet. Thankfully, they did exactly what they said. I was VERY satisfied! They are a legit and honest company that I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Not only were they the highest offer, they honor honest descriptions, they pay Very fast with an email check you can cash the same day they inspect it!! They had great automated emails keeping me informed throughout the process and included a phone number in the status emails provided to call with questions once the process started. This proved helpful as I did have a question. They quickly got me to a person that I could talk to about my "Flawless" description of my iphone 10, which I agree is a high bar to meet but they were very fair and in the end agreed that the very very minor micro scratches may not have initially been categorized as Flawless by the letter of the law but they are a fair and reasonable company and we agreed that upon appeal it was so close that they would allow the flawless description of my 2 yr old phone. They are fair and honest and will give you the value they say they will when you give them an honest description. Very impressed with this company. I will definitely use again!

I wrote a review earlier and now I'm updating it after I've received a second phone. I'll give the whole story. I first ordered an iPhone SE that was advertised as "Best" condition and having 85% battery capacity. The battery went from 100 to 1% in 1 hour of use. It also doesn't report battery life accurately, so it may die suddenly when it says 50%. Customer service was very bad too. First, the phone shipped out 1 week late. Secondly, I talked to 2 separate people about this issue and both times, they said they'll look into the issue and get right back to me, and then they forgot about it. So after 3 days of consecutive calls, I finally got a shipping label to return the phone and options to exchange it for a better one (same price, so not really a "deal"). This only occurred after I spoke with the Customer Service Manager, who argued with me for 20 minutes and insinuated they couldn't help me further because I wrote them a 1-star review that accurately described the situation. Now I have an iPhone 6S and yes, it's better, but still has battery issues. It says it's at 85% capacity, but I need to charge it at noon if I want to use it for the rest of the day. It actually just died when it reported 50% battery. It looks like the saga continues and I'll need to pay to have the battery replaced, which will cost me another $40. I give them 2 stars because at least they tried to remediate the first situation. However, the phones they sell kind of suck and so does their customer service.

I’m happy with my purchase, I was just a little disappointed that I paid extra for 3-4 day shipping but it took about a week and a half. I know that shipping is mostly out of the company’s control, but would have been nice to get it sooner. When the phone did come it worked well and I was quite pleased with the quality at the price I paid.

I ordered in time for Christmas. I paid extra for expidiated shipping. It said 1-3 days. They called to tell me that it didn't go out on time because of how busy they are. They said they sent me an email stating that processing can take up to 5 days. Of course 5 days doesn't equal 1-3 days and 5 days of processing wasn't stated when they advertised to me. Now, I won't get my daughter's Christmas present until after Christmas unless I pay an additional $71 for overnight shipping. Of course, they won't pay the difference for their error. No, I have to pay for their mistake if I want it on time. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOUR ON A DEADLINE!!

Shipping took a little long (in the age of one day prime shipping we are spoiled lol). But it’s really not a big deal for me. Phone was perfect, just as described. Would order again.
