Usd is a good deal. You pay a lot less than what you get. At least in the cleaning services field. I got a lot of new clients during COVID times.

My business has been with USD since 2011. I run a Sanitation business business out of Lemont Furnace, PA and, although I'm fully aware of plenty alternatives to be listed online, these guys don't try to sell me pooled leads for hundreds of dollars like Angi or HomeAdvisor but they still give me enough exposure and features to communicate with my customers and pick up some new ones. I was on the variable rate plan in the beginning and switched to a fixed monthly fee and am happy with it.

I tested the US Directory service out thinking that I would pay $5 for the first month. Then I saw them take $90 out of my account just a few days later. I never did get any business from their service. I specifically asked about their fees and was told that all I would be charged is $5 the first month, then $40 per month thereafter. How did $40 turn into $90? And, I didn't even have the service for a month yet, so why was I even charged in the first place?

When you open your account and create your listing, they will send you an email with links to billing and a dashboard. You will sign an agreement. READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. You might have been led to believe that you will be charged $5/month for your listing. You will not see anywhere else in the setup that you will also be charged 25 cents per click which will be charged to your card each month. They will charge you successively more each month. This is a scam. You've been warned. Train your office staff to know the difference and not be duped by this company.

was told it was free or very affordable, the third month in im told my $99 charge was for $90 min. then 25 cents per view-thats 16 views for $99! I quickly called them and explained what was wrong and they kept putting me off saying someone would call to clear things up. They never did and after a week and three calls they stopped answering my phone. My bank says they are scammers who change their name frequently. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

I started with $5 but cancelled same day when i saw reviews, then a month later they charge me again $5 and now this time $90 . I called and told them $#*! and now they said the account was never cancelled and now they cancelled but cant give me my money back . Ohh yes you are !!!i had told the bank the same day i cancelled so they have it on record. And making a report ! You can get in trouble or sued for scamming people over!!

Impressive Service with excellent support . Thank U USDirectory... My experience with USDirectory and account rep Sam was great. Their product is easy to use (in fact I didnt have to anything really) and delivered results that I could see online. With Robert's help I added a coupon to my site/profile and actually got a few customers ask me about it. The services received were as promised, and any questions I had their customer service helped me with.thank u

I got a phone call for them on July 15, 2019. They want to help my business get moved up by multiple search engines. They say it is month to month. You can cancel any time you want. Initially I say yes. Then I decide the same day about 1 hour later to cancel. And I was met with resistance and that I had made a contract with them. Also that I owed them $1500. 00 for cancelling the contract. I am in dispute with them NOW!!!. Don't even talk to US Directoroty or US Local Director. They both called me.

I made a post on Cragslist and after minutes Local Directory called me asking me to confirm my information because it would be the last step to get started with CRAGSLIST. I asked them more then one time if they were from Cragslist and they said they were my account manager. It happened yesterday 10/18/2019 today I woke up and checked my credit card and they charged me 4 times already. I will definitely put them on their spot! (Lawsuit is the way to stop it)

Scammer misrepresented himself as an employee of Google, then told me I had to pay $49.95 to place my biz on Google search results. I'm working with my CC company to remove this charge and any future charges. Also; The other scam operators at this company called me 6 times within 3 hours! STAY AWAY! LIARS!

I received a phone call from this company stating they were from google. No big deal as google is a reputable company. I was then told I would be charged $9.95 to have my business listed on google, and would receive an email confirmation via email. come to find out I was in fact charged $49.95 from a company I never heard of and never received an email confirmation! Please stay away!!!!!

They are very discreet about how they will charge you. In a month a receive no clients, however U.S directory said over 200 people view my page. Every view is .25 cents. Plus a 5.99 monthly payment. Which ended up to be over $150 dollar charge plus the monthly fee. Do not do it! It's a scam and won't help your business grow. Oh furthermore, the company had the audacity to call me again to see if I wanted a 4.99 deal (sounds like 5 dollars). However the lady lower her voice...which was actually 499.99. Thank god I listened closely and sent them away. Do Not Do It I repeat.

Read some reviews. Had the same experience where they called me before my company even opened and said about $5 per month to list and improve listing on google and other sites. When I was charged $90 less than 2 months after signing up, I called to find out the charge and try to cancel service. They will not refund and said I already signed to agree on the $0.25 per "reference" with daily cap of $5. My site "traffic report" on US directory shows there are more than 10 thousand "reference" from Sep 7 to Oct 7. Who knows what reference means. The number is fake for a few reasons. First my company just opened on Oct 3 and second I use google search console to keep track of clicks and impressions. The number is way out. Furthermore, there is no detail analysis such as daily report to support the amount charged. She refuse to explain further and repeated the same thing: we cannot refund for services already provided. Will dispute the amount with my credit card company

Found out after receiving a bill for $118.00 that usdirectory.com charges you for being on the internet. It advertises that any reference you receive from their advertisements charges you $0.25. In fact, any time i was searching or "googling" on the internet it charged me $0.25. I went with them for advertisement and my company's doors aren't even open yet. No one knows the company name so they are unable to look it up. I found out they use your wifi address and anyone who uses your internet will cause you a charge each time it's used.

When I signed up for USDirectory, the support person stated that I would only be charged .25 cents per hit for individuals who directly opened my business homepage through the USDirectory site. The charge would max out at $3 per day. Google already provides me a monthly report on the number of people that open my homepage each month, so I thought the charge would be low and, if not, my business revenue would greatly increase, making the cost worth it. My business provides is a very specific service for select clients seeking my expertise, so on average I just don't get that many website hits per month. For each of the first three months of USDirectory service, USDirectory stated that I had so many hits on my website through its directory that the hit charge cost maxed out each and every single day, based on what I was charged at the end of each month. However, my monthly Google reports over the same period reflected no where close to the number of hits stated by USDirectory, and no increase over the months prior to using USDirectory. And I saw no additional business calls while using USDirectory. I learned my lesson. Learn from my mistake as a business owner. USDirectory is a total scam to take your money.

I was going to sign up with this company. Someone called back and said I need to pay for something else when I was told the price was $5 a month. I told them to cancel everything. They just went into my account and took out 155 dollars. I did not agree to this. I am reporting it to the better business and my bank. People is always scamming and trying to get over.

you get a call and they say you'll be listed for "AONE TIME FEE OF $5" this was in February of 2018. they've taken $50 from my bank every month ever since! I have tried to call, email, write to cancel.... well guess what thers's no way to reach them!! they will not respond and won't quit taking my money!!! if you can.. SUE THEM!!

They tried to convince me that I have only today as a deadline to get listed and when I said I would like to take some time to review the package, they said "We will remove your listing right away!" and hung up. Totally unprofessional and an outsourced scam
