In less than 2 years since the purchase of the "Mobility " Scooter for my uncle, the item has all but quit working. We have replaced the battery twice, replaced fuses and purchased a new charger for the unit, as well as taken exceptional care of the scooter, parking it indoors and covering it on the occasions that it is outdoors. Sadly, my uncle has been left stranded many times. The scooter currently only holds a charge for 15 minutes, despite being fully charged. My uncle just called me a few minutes ago. It is cold and raining and he is stranded again. I am very disapointed with this purchase.

I would not order from this company again. The wait in receiving the order was weeks when I could have gone locally and had the same functional chair delivered and being used within three days. I had to keep contacting the company to find out where the chair was in delivery. The business model is not client friendly. They build a number of chairs before they are loaded on a truck and sent over a number of states before it is delivered nearby the buyer. FedEx Freight was going to charge extra for a lift truck for the driver to get the chair off the truck after I had already paid delivery charges.

Needed a very short chair and this one works. I still need a pillow behind my back as the shape of the curve is not quite correct. I have to figure out how to get the feet above heart level..ordered that feature and not seeing instructions as to make it do so. Shipping updates would have been helpful.I still need help transferring from chair to mobility scooter as I cannot walk/stand..but being closer to the chair and ground is easier on my family.

I found them in a google search looking for a reclining chair for my husband who fell and broke his hip. They answered immediately, discussed and explained the chairs and were still there after I asked my husband about it. Great price. Free shipping and so love the chair. It is exactly what he needed: well made, easy to use going up and back and is now his best sitting/resting place as he continues to recover. A godsend. Cannot praise them enough.

Ordered a non-customized lift chair on Feb. 7, 2017. Sales rep promised that it would be delivered by Feb. 19th. As I write this on Fe. 27th, no chair and NO return phone calls from ANY reps as to what's going on with our chair. I even left a message for the Vice-President.

I ordered a stair chair from these folks in September 2016. It didn't get installed until 11/16. Problem after problem. They finally sent some one 4/16 to have it checked out. It was determined that it had been installed incorrectly and had to be replaced. It is 6/16 - still waiting. Save your money and order equipment from a local vendor. Excuse after excuse - horrible customer service. They blame their problems on someone else. Don't waste your time with this company!

"Horrible service. No follow through and no service. I purchased a stair lift on May 5th and was told would ship next day via UPS. Called on May 8th to get tracking #, 2 different times, left messages with rep that answered they said sales agent would need to get tracking #. No response. Contacted the rep assigned on the invoice on May 12th after no responses via phone. No response. Called again May15th and got original sales rep ., she assured me item had shipped and she would get tracking #. Oops, item not shipped still in warehouse. Processing error by employee. She Said would ship on 15th, I would get on 21st. Item finally shipped on 18th for earliest delivery on 26th. She said item was shipping via Air due to delays, but no, it is actually shipping via ground. Unbelievable incompetence and poor business ethics. Asked for shipping refund as consideration for horrible service, misrepresentations, no responses, no refund. Obviously this item was needed quickly for elderly parent with health problems and the reps promises are why I purchased from them. Not a reputable firm. Still waiting for item."

I bought the AmeriGlide 325M 3 Position Lift Chair by phone and it arrived broken. Besides it being broken, it has only two real positions, not three. The third is the "lift" mode. What is missing which makes it truly inadequate for our needs, is the ability to sit up AND have one's legs elevated. Instead, one's legs can only be elevated when one is reclining far back. If only the sales person had explained that to me. Plus, the Operations Manual shows the chair in four distinct positions (the chair lift position is the fourth) including the one we need most of all: sitting up with legs straight out. Incredibly misleading. The chair comes with a one-year in-home repair guarantee but I have yet to be told when a repairmen will be out to fix this chair that arrived broken (one must snap the head/back into place along two tracks but only one track "clicked" as it was supposed to, indicating it is locked). So my poor mom is still slumped on the couch, we have this big chair in the living room of my small New York City apartment that is useless, and no repairman in sight. I was promised a call or email to tell me when this in-home repair visit would take place but nothing so far. Plus I now have to buy an ottoman to elevate mom's legs. I am trying to stay calm as, working full time and having just brought mom home to live with me, on hospice, I've got a tremendous amount on my plate. This chair was meant to bring my mom much-needed comfort and make it safer and easier for her aides to bring her in and out of the living room where the light from the windows comes in. Instead mom is stuck in bed or uncomfortably slumped on the couch with pillows bolstering her up, and I am ready to have US Medical pick up this chair and I will purchase one elsewhere and let AmEx know this purchase is now in dispute.

There was confusion on the exact delivery date. There needs to be a follow up e-mail to track the time and date of delivery. I wasn't told the 7-10 day window. My mother said the person who delivered the chair was not friendly.

It takes a long time to receive your product and then 3 weeks after you receive your product they finally decide how much they will charge you for shipping in addition to the $9.99 you pau at check out. And yes as customer service stated shipping is estimated....however their shipping is way over charged. I ordered two items they came separate and I got charged an additional $14.99 3 weeks after with no notice what so ever. taking in the extra charges, find a website with legit shipping or free shipping

Will not ship Libre Freestyle continuous glucose monitor sensors until 2nd day before current supply runs out. This has resulted in a gap between need and receipt. Unresponsive to questions regarding my purchase of sensor(s) apart from insurance in order to assure my having a sensor available when needed and/or when I will not be home for a few days around the time when they are willing to provide a prescription refill.

Excessive wait time on phone 35 - 55 minutes of hold time per call. Response to every inquiry is "we are waiting for authorization" Most recently, while on hold I contacted my insurance provider to get some answers and the insurance agent was put on hold for over 45 minutes !! and thats the provider line !! Don't waste time trying to order on line. you submit form and promised a call back. Still waiting !!

A horrendous company to deal with. My diabetes supplies are always delayed by weeks, sometimes month. Truly a disgrace when you consider I need these supplies to live. Every time I'd dealt with them I've had issues and in the past I even had to take the liberty to do their job for them. I'm having delays on my latest order because they are not proactive in asking my doctor for documents until I've already run out of product. Stay away from this company!

We love the chair, especially how it helps my husband get up. It is so comfortable to sit in and looks great in the brown fabric. The chair came early which surprised us. It was delivered when they said it would be. A neighbor helped us get it set up and ready. Have not had a problem since.

ordered diabetic supplies over a month ago. none yet. three weeks after the original order i called and they told me they couldn't fill it. all they do is push new glucometers. they are a horrible company!!! you can't get through to them. their employees have no medical knowledge. they must be hired off the street. i'm looking for a new company! if anyone suggests this company, run like hell!

Name was given to me by my insurance company Emblem and after waiting a week after placing an order for a cpap machine I called to see what was up and they said the order was cancelled because they no longer take Emblem. They should have called to let me know.

The lift chair we bought can be bought through many sources - while shopping for the best price I got a "coupon code" in an email from US Medical supplies. OK, that made it the best price, but the lead time was a month. Coupon code discount was not applied, charged for the full price and still it took a month to ship.

The salesman that assisted me was very polite and helpful. When I called him back to check on options and colors, he was prompt to return calls. The lift chair was delivered at the time promised and was exactly what I ordered. I really like the chair because it is made for a tall person of which I am. It lays back to a full reclined position. I am very well pleased with every aspect of my buying experience.

I could not find the product locally that I was interested in so I had to depend on the sales representative to give me an honest answer. I was interested in the LC 525L because of its rating for tall people. They offered a footrest extension for an extra fee. Three different times I asked the sales person if the extension came up parallel with the leg rest, or stayed down below it. Each time he assured me that it went out and up, extending the chair. It doesn't (confirmed by a call to the factory) and by observation of my chair. The chair is well built and comfortable, but I was charged for something I cannot use.. U.S. Medical is not interested in my problem. Returning it is not an option to me; I need the chair NOW, and I am totally disabled and could not package it up for return if I wanted to.

The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. My supplies not shipped on time because they say my insurance hasn't given them authorization, yet they sent me supplies the previous month...this is only my second order...insurance says they have, no idea why they aren't sending...now I'm without supplies. They notify me of this via email AFTER 3 weeks of placing my order. Just getting things set up with this company was such a cluster. Go elsewhere if you can!! Fair warning!!!
