The customer service of this company is excellent! They are very patience and go above and beyond to help. Amna, was simply the best! He/she was able to troubleshoot what the real problem was and now my service is working wonderfully!

Their GSM service didn't work for me, but their "Super LTE Network" worked great - luckily I had a phone that worked on Verizon networks, too. Customer service has been impeccable throughout the trial period and help with porting my old number over to their service. Hasaan was the last chat agent I talked with and they were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. I look forward to using US Mobile as my primary mobile service provider!

US Mobile's customer service has been amazing! My last encounter with Zurayz was awesome. He was able to get my phone number ported over to my new service. My experience with US Mobile so far has been great and I would totally recommend it to anyone looking not only great savings, but awesome customer service! US Mobile is a great service. Customer service is incredible and so is their 24/7 chat and phone - which I don't know of any other carrier service out there that does that. Their coverage is fantastic and uses Verizon. Despite most people thinking that their speeds may be slower - that's incorrect. They are an MNVO, but they do have an upgrade to their speed "Ludicruoius" for an extra $5/m that gives you uncapped Verizon speeds. Their website is incredible. I'm a web developer myself, so I appreciate companies that take time with their sites. It's aesthetically pleasing and very easy to navigate through much better than other carrier websites out there. Also if you're looking for family plans - there's is by far the best. 3 lines gets you netflix, apple music family, or HBO max for free, and if you get 4 lines, you get an additional one! Def check them out!

I contacted the online chat with questions prior to ordering. Haris was extremely helpful and rather than concentrating on making a sale, he looked into an issue that was likely to arise with using a dual line iPhone SE. He was honest in letting me know that the service would not work properly and made suggestions for getting my current phones to work better, so that I could save money with U.S. Mobile and not be disappointed after ordering. Excellent support.

They're great! Usman was my chat agent. He helped me apply a coupon code I forgot to apply when I added my plan to my new sim card. They are very friendly & helpful on chat (I've used the chat tool a few times for assistance with my order) and I was able to reach them by phone too. I received my sim card quickly and I saved money on the sim card as well as the monthly plan with coupon codes. Their plans are affordable and you can even customize your plan to fit your needs.

I upgraded my parents to new phones, but could not make calls after. And Mukesh Kumar was the agent that helped straighten out the system issues. He was pleasant to work with, professional, and super helpful! I'm very happy with the level of service that I received.

US mobile is the most transparent, flexible and clear network operator I have used. Their online dashboard is extremely intuitive and you can customize your plan as per your need and budget. The network performance overall is good but I did face some issues with calls and SMSs not being received in the Philadelphia (University City) region, therefore had to port out. What makes US Mobile stand out among the sea of MVNOs is that their online customer support is absolutely top notch, never did I face any issue with my queries not being resolved. All of the support people were extremely courteous and helpful and resolved any issues as quickly as possible. When the time came to port out I really appreciated the smooth process. I received the port out information within minutes of contacting the customer support online, the person assisting, Haroon S. was extremely professional and understanding. I have seen many people from different MVNOs struggling to get the port out information, in that sense US Mobile services are highly commendable. Thank you Haroon and US Mobile!
