Telephones unmanned all the time , addressing to wrong address , I drew there attention by heading the email help ! as no one was contactable to say you are sending to incomplete address... very poor plants , did get a refund for one lot but others really poor ...non arrival of some plants ?? waiting weeks for an order still not despatched ...feel lack of information and quality of plants really poor , very sad that this firm are Thompson and morgan as it rubs off on them ...still waiting for completion which I wonder if it will happen , tried everything but doesn't work … very sad to let themselves down so badly ..other firms are in just as much stress but helping customers to stay happy and informed , not here , expect the length of time my dispatched plants have been they will be dead , and still I have two lots more to come ! what condition will they be in , a big let down , sure you could do better and save your business ,folk will remember the service lacked and plants were poor or dead ...not nessessary to lose custom like this

The snowdrops were packaged well and have now been planted, I would have given 5 stars if there had been a few extra as was slightly less than the 50 I ordered and a couple were just bulbs .They have been planted around a tree in the war memorial garden where they can be admired by the community.

arrived on time and in perfect condition, there was even an extra one 21 instead of 20

One lot of plants were ok just second lot were shrivelled up and of no use

Plants arrived a bit battered about, probably in the post, probably three or four might not survive.

Took 6 days to arrive and plugs were very dry, only 5 appear to have survived.. should in hindsight taken a picture. Really disappointed.

well packed and labelled plants but i ordered 20 petunias and 5 are dead looked a bit withered when arrived but thought a bit of water and re planting into soil in greenhouse might revive them but no a little disappionted

Delivery was good but order came in two parts over 3 days. Unfortunately 20% of the plants are not in good condition will grow rest on and see how they mature.

If it was the hanging basket and plants offer earlier this year some plants survived the hanging basket was useless

My order was delivered in to parts, the packets of seeds were delivered a few days after placing my order and the plants came in March as advised. The plants are Strong and healthy and should give lovely display in the summer.

out of the 9 raspberry canes, only 2 have sprouted,

the petunias seem to be growing well

I have bought plants from Van Meuwen for many years and have never been disappointed. My geraniums arrived and were well packaged and all in good health. They have now been potted on into larger pots and are thriving. I am very pleased with my purchase and the price and service provided was excellent. Thank you

The service was excellent arrived at the day stated I bought 2 opal plum trees one is doing great the other one is struggling.

Out of the three plants purchased two have about six leaves on them one has no leaves at all this is as today they do not look healthy at all.

disappointed that one rose was only half as high as the other three

the red rose though labelled 70 cm only measured 32 cm

the magnolia although I paid for a 5/8 branch (others not available when ordered ) I received a 4 branch specimen which is very healthy but not really what was paid for

3 small roots, of which one was rotting, the other two are growing, but do not look very good & wont flower this year at least.
