The only thing that I wasn't pleased with was my rental car. Don't know if that was all that was offered through the insurance company or not. I drive a big car because I have an extremely bad back, my loaner was a Hyundai which was horrible to get in and out of. Oh well, I survived.

I have had my car repaired by you twice now and have told friends and family how great my experiences were and to use you for any repairs they may need! You had my car completed a week ahead of what the original quote was & it was perfect! Thank you! My family will continue to use you for any future repair needs!

Van Sant is my go to collision repair garage but this time I was a bit frustrated. The repairs were done in a timely manner, perhaps to timely. I was just ready to leave for a doctor appointment in Des Moines with the rental car and a representative called and said my car was ready for me to pick up. I asked it I could wait till later in the day and he strongly encouraged me to come before going to Des Moines. I argued a few minutes but finally agreed to come get the car. When I got there the representative was not there and front desk staff wasn't sure what the hurry was. I took the car and was a few minutes late for my appointment.

We had someone hit the rear qtr panel of our 2012 Cadillac. The work done was perfect and the vehicle was very clean when we picked it up. We will use Van Sant Collision anytime we have a collision problem R. Lynch

I have had many repairs done on different Vehicles by The Van Sant Collision team and have always been more than pleased. They do an excellent job, from explaining the estimate to very timely communication to excellent work. They have a great team and I enjoy talking with all of the employees. Their Team Work makes Van Sant an excellent company!

We were well satisfied with the service - the repairs were done expertly and in a timely manner. The personnel were both friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend Van Sant's to our friends and family.

Blake The only thing about the repair was the damage to the window frames that (was) indeed taken care of by your company to my complete satisfaction. But the denial of responsibility by the window sub contractor still irks me. And yes i will do business with you again and always recommend your company and its work to others. Jack E. Kilby

Great service and communication throughout the entire process. Really easy to work with and no hassles. They worked with the rental car company and the insurance companies and took care of everything.

We had a rear-end collision. We thought a full replacement of the tailgate might be needed, but Van Sant assured us they could repair it as good as new. Our van has a pearl coat white paint and we were worried that it would show where the repair was made. They were right on both counts - it looks as good as new!

Van Sant repaired my Terrain after I hit a deer with it. Our new SUV only had about 12,000 miles on it when we did nearly $13,000 in damage to it. Van Sant did a very professional job doing the repairs. I looked over closely upon completion and had a tough time finding any flaws. The staff was very polite, courteous, and professional and I would recommend them to anybody.

Had a wonderful experience with Van Sant. I was treated very respectfully and professionally and the work was perfect. I was surprised to find my truck was clean inside and out when I picked it up. Very highly recommend!!

Van Sant Collision did a great work on my vehicle, however it took longer than I expected. With that being said Blake was very good to work with and they did pay for my rental after my insurance stopped paying.

I will recommend VanSant over any other repair shop in our area. First class in every way possible. Hopefully I will not need their services again, but having the security of knowing who is the best is one more comfort in stressful situations which require good service and good communication with customer and insurance company.

We ran into some snags with our insurance company but Blake kept me in the loop with things. I appreciated him doing the leg work for me with the insurance company and for negotiating with them. The work done by the team was fantastic and I was pleased with our experience.

Since I do not live in the Pella area, being able to rent from Van Sant was very convenient. Otherwise I would have had to rent from one place, probably out of town, and have the car fixed at another. Repair work was done expertly and on time. The car was cleaner when I picked it up than it was when I brought it in. All transactions were handled very professionally. I told my insurance agent I would use Van Sant with no reservations if the need arose in the future.

From the first time I stopped in to ask for a price to have my Chrysler repaired was treated in a very professional way. Repair was done in a timely manner and they made sure I was satisfied. Would recommend them any time.

I contacted Van Sant the day our vehicle was in an accident. They got me right in to look over the vehicle and start the process. They worked with my insurance seamlessly and got the work schedule very quickly. Repair time was just over a week and we had our vehicle back. I was extremely satisfied with the work done and professionalism of the staff. I would recommend Van Sant Collision to anyone.

My experience was wonderful from the consultation to the finished job, and I was so thankful to have a great business to help make my process easier after the accident! When I stopped by for the estimate, Blake even made adjustments to my car to make it better or safer for the time being until the repair could be done - and he did those adjustments for free! (Bend back the door so it could seal shut properly? No problem. Removing a exterior dent from years ago? He showed just how easy it was to go inside the interior and pop it out.) Wow! The actual repair was on schedule and done very well! And talk about clean! The passenger side of interior was close to spotless, and my husband works at a printing facility. I was told by a detailing company that all of that probably wouldn't ever come off.....but Van Sant guys did it! After that great experience, I even took it back to replace my auto-dimming rear view mirror (very minimal cost compared to $800+ brand new from Toyota). The other part they ordered for me was discovered to have a crack after receiving it, and they told me not to worry about it since the part I had was better. Overall, this is a great honest business to work with!

Van Sant Collision, is without a doubt, hands down the most outstanding collision repair shop I have been to in the State of Iowa. From the courtesy extended to me on the phone when we were forced to meet by accident to the final pick-up of my now made like new vehicle, Van Sant Collision was top notch, first rate, top shelf, grade A extra large in the customer service and quality department!
