I have been ordering vaping products online from Vapor Authority for years and of all the other websites out there they have the most extensive selection of everything. I never need to look elsewhere for all of my vaping needs. All of their products are authentic and customer service is second to none. In addition to great pricing, super fast shipping and friendly customer support, Vapor Authority boasts the most detailed description of any vaping product. No other website has this kind of information. I love to browse through all of the different categories just to learn about the latest devices and read the descriptions of the E-juice and tanks, and coils. I appreciate the wealth of information and helpful support of the Vapor Authority team. It has been the most positive and pleasurable experience to shop Vapor Authority and they remain my favorite go-to site!

I’ve been truly impressed by the level of great customer service extended by every person I’ve had contact with at VA. Whether it was the chat rep who went the extra mile to help me solve a problem I was having, the person who helped me fix an order I’d already placed (and messed up!), to the amazing guy who answered my email (which included several questions) with a phone call(!?!) saying “rather than a long, drawn out back and forth by email, he just call and answer all my questions at once.” WOW!!
When is the last time you’ve had service like that?!? Okay, maybe when you paid cash for that new Tesla Roadster or dropped $100K at Tiffany’s on some trinket. But to someone whose orders are usually under $lOO.............I highly doubt it.
I would recommend this group wholeheartedly and without reservation!

I have been a customer for over 4 years. I have never had an issue. They are fast and reliable. Even though this is all done online, they still are able to make the experience personable. Great customer service!!!

I have been buying my vape supplies from VA for about 2 years now. They have great products, timely shipping, and great prices. But most of all - their customer service is the absolute BEST in the whole world! They are all so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else!

I ordered eleaf iwu replacement cartridges for the 1st time from Vapor Authority and I am extremely satisfied with their company. A little note came in my package along with a nice little candy cane. I really appreciated that!

coils wrong one and they don’t care and want their customer who already sent you 35.00 and now I have to send them back on my own dime. Bad business practices and they won’t last against Amazon who would just send you out other ones just to make sure your happy. I will not be purchasing anything from these companies who don’t have a better response than you need to send them back, wait and then get them bye the time I’m out of coils.

I have shopped at all the major online vape retailers at one point or another and I can honestly say that none of them come close to the experience I have shopping at Vapor Authority. Truly a class act from start to finish - the speed of shipping, the ease of use on site, extended warranty periods & the great selection and prices all help to set them apart. But the customer service is genuinely heads and shoulders above anyone else in the industry. I have talked to a number of different customer service reps at VA at various times and every single one of them was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care. Never pushy or "salesy", just awesome people who want to help you find what you need and ensure you are happy. Cant say enough good things about this company.

I've been shopping with Vapor Authority for a few years now. They have great customer service when I have questions, as well as speedy delivery. They also offer a great selection of e-juices, as well as other products.

I had just received a battery that I thought had a charging problem. The green light on the charger was not showing up as green but as a greenish/yellow. Sent an email to Vapor Authority explaining the problem. Cameron quickly responded, asked a few questions, and then said to run a test. After running the test, it seemed to me that the battery was functioning properly. Cameron was very helpful and said if anything changed to get back to him. Very happy with the customer service as well as their fast shipping and the products. Have been shopping with Vapor Authority for a few years, mainly for Kanger batteries. They seem to be about the only place to get the eGo I prefer.

I have worked in the service industry for several years and value exceptional customer service very much. I have never had an experience as amazing as I do with vapor authority. I would like to point out more specifically that Caroline has been absolutely amazing in helping me with some issues I was having recently and she has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I've now ordered from vapor authority 4 times and I'm happy with the product selection, but they sure take their sweet time shipping things out. Always takes at least 3 days to say shipped and 1-2 more days to actually ship.

I have never waited longer than 8-10 minutes for a reply from Vapor Authority! They are SO responsive and helpful on product information, trying new things, suggestions. They go above and beyond, right down to the personalized note they send with your order. These days, good customer service is hard to come by, let alone AMAZING Customer Service! Hats off to you Vapor Authority and Merry, MERRY Christmas!!

I recently found Vapor Authority, and I wish I would have found them sooner! I got so many clones at other places that always ended in tears. After reading so many wonderful reviews and their guarantee of genuine products I decided to try them. I am so glad I did, because they are excellent!
My Smok Mag Grip mod has an issue so I contacted them. Instantly Cameron started the process to swap mine out for a new one. I still cannot believe the process went so fast! Thank you so much for being a great vendor, and for a wonderful experience!!

I recently had an issue with a product that was purchased a couple of months ago. I reached out to customer service in the hope that they might have some troubleshooting advice. To my surprise they quickly offered to replace it for me for free!

I ordered a battery and it was defective after charging for 8 hrs. I requested a new one and spoke with Cameron R by email. He said no problem only I threw away the box it came in. I did have the receipt so after checking he did allow me to return the defective one once I gave him a tracking # . Once he received the tracking # he sent me a new one and I will continue being a loyal customer due to this exceptional customer service. Judy
