Scam avoid at all costs, I ordered from them due to reviews. ordered engine 3 weeks ago, promised delivery 3 times! One guy who always answers phone and fobs you off. Wouldn’t provide tracking number told me sts transport limited delivered engine Friday. Engine has not arrived phoned sts transport whos phones are disconnected, gutted borrowed money for engine and still no engine and no use of car £1700 paid.

Provided untested gearbox, promised refund so we sent gearbox back and still NO refund. FSB advised to go through small claims as they have gearbox and dosh. Always fob you off with a different name when you call - disgusting company and FSB has told me to claim for everything - DO NOT TRUST & PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE... it's on your head you deal with these jokers

BE-CARFUL don't use this company !!!!! I ordered a gear box and they keep lying and giving me different excuse and no call backs will be getting in touch with the trading standards. I will never drop this till I take this company down. I have read all the reviews and all the good ones are FAKE. I know you are reading this VAUX SPARES LTD and you have now messed with the wrong guy I will be your worse nightmare. Give me my money BACK I will be calling tomorrow and every day till you pay me back !!!!

lot of anonymous people blasting them, we had superb service, items arrived quicker than expected and had been tested and reset which saved a fortune getting it fitted and programmed Would use again and recommend James & Laura in Cornwall

Never buy from this company. Awfull experenince, had to beg for my refund after 2 months. They make up stories that parts are stuck in that depot and this depot due to COVID-19. They never gave call back. I ordered 2 doors for my car on 1st June 2020 and received refund on 25th July. Very Poor cusomer services. They never repsonded to any of my email. They never provided any tracking. Never shipped. lied all the times. Time wasters!!! Be aware.

Watch out with these guys. We are just about to start legal proceedings to recover funds for an engine we purchased from them which was the wrong one so it was returned at our own cost. Its been a month and Vaux Spares Ltd have not refunded a penny despite many requests.

Paid £1600 for an engine to be fobbed off story after story and fake tracking numbers and companies. Every employee from this company is a liar, taught to blag poor people who handed lots of money over to get ripped off. It’s a disgusting this company is allowed to trade. I will be reporting to who ever I can to stop these CON MEN

They took £1050 from me for my car engine Everyone on phone lying and act arrogant. When I ask them where is my engine they were keep telling me they posted already but it never arrived. Luckily I paid by PayPal. I open case with them. My recommendation never trust on them. They are fraud and try to use peoples money. Very dangerous and unprofessional unreliable

I have used several breakers/spares companys over the years but can honestly say Vaux Spares Ltd have been a real joy to deal with ordered the parts paid for 48hrs delivery , next morning UK mail had deliverd even before I got in to work , parts were in perfect condition, but most of all they were the right parts !! so well done guys you're 1st on my list for future orders Steve (Woking)

Purchased a replacement door including window for my car as my window and door needed replacing. I was very quick to get a response from them to ensure it would 100% fit my car. It was delivered very quick and professionally and arrived just as pictured. Would recommend to anyone looking for car parts.

One star is generous. I purchased an engine from them in Feb 2020. They delivered wrong engine to my garage. They collected this and then never sent the correct engine. Court action ongoing. Their story is they never got the initial engine back. Hard to believe since their courier would be only people who knew where and what to collect. Impossible to speak to owner and always on voicemail or unavailable. My personal experience is bad and would not recommend.

Was after a spare alloy for my X-Trail and found Vaux had two in stock with a clear description and photos of the items and at a very competitive price. Ordered Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered the next day. The wheel was in near perfect condition with an excellent tyre too. Absolutely superb service from a company that I will definitely be using again.

Vaux spares are all con men . They took my money . 7 months to-date , no refund and goods not supply. All staff speak with arrogant and harass me and shout , bully while on phone.i regret having contact with them.

I only left a 1 as I couldn't leave none. Paid for an engine which never turned up, got fobbed off with excuses and delivery dates. Appalling customer service never one received a call back. After 6 weeks of no engine I asked for a refund which again I never got telling me the accountant is only ever in on weekends and bla bla bla. avoid this business its caused me nothing but stress

Avoid this company at all cost I placed an order with this company for a corsa Vxr engine costing £1200 pound they said it would be delivered 3 days later I waited then aloud another 2 days because it was a bank holiday I rang them back and it’s just excuses after excuses about 3 weeks later I asked for my refund then all of a sudden they didn’t want to be nice any more I kept ringing every day and they kept saying u have to wait about 3 days later I rang again and they said they put the wrong details in in the end I had to go threw my bank to get my refund so my bank will be getting it off of them the only thing they were quick at doing was taking my money

Amazing service Needed a wiring loom - would have taken 12 weeks from Vauxhall direct leaving me with a non starting car in the mean time! Instead these guys got me one the next day!!! Works perfectly, thank you - life saver!!! Recommend any day!!!
