Ordered this front splitter, finally got around to putting it on and after a month noticed both left and right sides are warped or pushing up instead of laying flat. Contacted customer service because it did not come with instructions or hardware and it was like pulling teeth to help from Mary M in the CS department. I asked for basic help and recommended mounting instructions and if they have sold this kit to anybody. Mary M responded that all lips are fairly easy and is standard across the board to mount to all vehicles, the lip mounts between the bumper and the under guard and the lip uses the under guard hardware. WTH?? If you have ever pulled off the front of the refreshed Tesla you will know mounting this lip between the bumper and lip is not possible because the bumper has teeth that slide into pockets for the under guard. having the lip between them would make the underguard and lip sag. Cleary their was no R&D done for the Telsa Refresh front end. I was also told numerous pics and Instagram post of customers rocking this kit are available, however, searching has pulled nothing and when asked for them to point me to these post its radio silence.

Again some basic help and quality customer service could have prevented an unhappy customer and I could have been an advocate for the Tesla community.

Vicrez should stick to making Dodge products! If you own a Tesla go with Maxton Designs, they have done the R&D for our cars.

First of all, everything I state in this review is from my personal experience with Vicrez, and my opinion of their Dodge Challenger Redeye Spoiler, as a paying customer. I purchased a Dodge Challenger Redeye Spoiler from Vicrez.com. When I unpackaged it, the spoiler had defects, rust, and paint chips/scratches. I returned this defective product and was charged a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping FOR A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM. Are they restocking this item to sell to another customer? In my opinion, Vicrez advertises this item as "OEM" quality, but it is literally junk. Don't waste your money nor time because they don't care about their customers, from my personal experience. This is what they emailed me when I complained about them charging me a restocking fee and for a return shipping label. "You requested a return shipping label and agreed to the 15% restock fee in exchange for the label sir. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Our returns policy and instructions were sent with information and links provided this as well". I never agreed to a restocking fee, nor paying for return shipping. I had to haggle with their Customer Service Representative just to get a return shipping label. Can you image buying something that cost several hundreds dollars or over one thousand dollars, and have the same experience as I have had with Vicrez trying to return it if you receive it defective or damaged? Ouch! At this point, I simply do not care about the money. I just hope potential customers will see my review and read about my experience. I have all the emails and pictures regarding my awful experience with Vicrez.

best company ever! This company is very customer oriented and always tries their best to ensure customer satisfaction. This is the only company that will answer my twenty calls a day because I have so many questions and they answer them all. This company will even help you place your order and keep you updated on your order constantly. Laura at Vicrez is so sweet and goes out of her way to make each customer feeling special important and like their orders are the most important. Ever yt I'm I order from Vicrez I feel so good knowing I'm getting a high end product thats so awesome along with great customer service to match.

I love the wicker bill that I received from Them. It came in a timely fashion and was well packaged. It came with all pieces and instructions that were needed to make the process easier. I give the install four out of 10 wrenches if your mechanically Incline. Will be ordering from them again in the future thanks.

Vicrez.com offers the best high quality parts for an affordable price! I bought my 370z 2016 front bumper a while back and I decided to go with their front splitters as well. Every product comes out nice and it's very affordable when you compare them to other products with that quality on the market.

I was looking for a spoiler for my boyfriends car. I looked online for the best prices. After a few days I finally found something that I knew Michael would like at avoid price. I gave vicrez a call and their customer service people were extremely helpful and helped me place the order through their site. I woul totally recommend them.

I bought the Mustang side splitters from Vicrez. They are tapered and have a different look. They also offer winglets that I thought were awesome. You can pick different ones to suit your needs. Nobody else is doing that.

Two different orders go through them had hardware problems no 3M tape for anything instructions for lacking.Do not buy any diffuser from this company they are junk I spent over $1000 and was lied to and miss lead about product quality and they're shipping department is a joke!!!!!

Let me start off by saying the people over at Vicrez have helped me out so much from figuring out fitment to helping me with my constant questions! The team over at Vicrez have helped me out so much and have been there every step of the way. When it came down to helping me out fit my bumper to my car they told me everything I needed to do and gave me detailed instructions on what needed to be done to properly fit my front bumper along with the rear diffuser I purchased from them too! Plus they always have sweet deals when it comes to products they sell! I honestly can't wait to purchase the AMS good they have! If you are skeptical about them.. DONT BE! They are really kind and considerate about your questions and needs!

We have ordered twice from them. Reasonable prices compared to other brands. I was pretty surprise with their Vicrez's quality for only a fraction of the cost. I bought a carbon fiber rear diffuser, spoiler and front lip for my 2015 BMW m4. Fitment was on point. Out of the 3 items only the front lip took a little longer since it had to made. Will be return customer for sure.

I ordered a front and side splitter for my 2016 charger scat pack. I love the quality and the aggressive look it adds to my car. Its super durable. I have my charger lowered so i'm always scrapping on speed bumps, this has protected my front end for sure. To my surprise, everything showed up as it should and fit correctly. Overall though, good people, they care and they have has bent over backwards for me in the past.

I ordered the Carbon Fiber kidney grills for an E91 BMW. It took a month to get them and when I finally did, it turns out these are not real carbon fiber but some printed/applied fake carbon fiber pattern. The fake "carbon look" grills go for $50 - $75 from online suppliers, not the $198 that this cost. Fortunately, I ordered through Amazon so I can rely on Amazon for a return and refund.

I ordered the the Vicrez wide body kit for my 2016 Challenger. They shipped within 24 hours and i got it the same week. I called prior to placing my order since i had a few questions in regards installation. Rachel was pretty helpful and knowledgeable.

1st time around ive spent nearly a grand on the m1 style front bumper and black diamond mesh for the grills.. they totally forgot the grills and sent me a sample of them even though i paid.. they corrected and shipped me the mesh afterwards, np 2nd time around i bought a carbon fiber lip for the front bumper i purchased a few months back. i paid 500 and ever sense then they've sent me a incorrect shipping label, and after weeks of phone calls and emails now they just completely ignore my emails and phone calls.. all I wanted was a correct shipping label. almost a month goes by and still i have no item, no shipping label and im down 500 dollars... NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!

Ordered a rear diffuser for my C7 Extremely satisfied these guys went completely out of their way in order for me to have this diffuser before the Holidays. Product looks amazing very durable and has a very aggressive look. Will be purchasing again.

At first I was very skeptical as everyone is with ordering any high dollar product online, but let me tell you this was the best purchase ever!!! I had a million questions and called multiple times in regards to my order and every time I was spoken to it was with respect and understanding. The Vicrez team broke everything down for me in regards to how the ordering and shipping process goes as well as painting and prepping the product properly. The product also arrived pretty quick too, initially I was concerned because they do come shipped folded but after leaving it in the sun for about 15 minutes it was ready for prep and installation. It looks great on my 370z!!! I would definitely rate the experience 10/10 Customer service 10/10 Product 10/10 Shipping 9/10 the folded bumper did concern me

I was a bit skeptical since i buy a lot online and have bought several equipment parts for both my car and my wife and to be honest after trying and testing Vicrez pieces i have to say thats all ive got now. I have replaced everything from bumper to others on both my own vehicle and my wife due to the strength, and high quality of their products. I cant recommend it enough. Want to feel and know youre getting your money's worth? Dont hesitate to try their products.

Ordered a Nismo style front bumper and it took 2 weeks to deliver and upon delivery From a freight truck it came UNBOXED and shrink wrapped and broken in two places beyond repair. I called immediately and sent pictures and was told 2 days later they'd "look into my claim". Huh?!! First tell me they will send me a replacement then 2 days later tell me they're out of that bumper and said for me to "fix it myself". I paid $800 with $100 shipping and they want me to fix it myself! Unreal. I demand a refund and they say I have to ship the part back before getting a refund and I would have to pay to ship. When I dispute the order with PayPal and email three times, they send me a USPS shipping label knowing very well that UPS not USPS will ship a huge car bumper let alone WITHOUT A BOX! Two days to find a bumper box and try to ship back then was rejected due to the size. All they had to do was have Pilot Freight, who they originally shipped with to pickup from me on their expense but they are in the business of taking money and not delivering quality parts or even quality! It's been 2 weeks and the "refund" they claim they refunded with PayPal has been held up because PayPal hasn't received the funds from the Vicrez payment account so I am without my $800 and was unable to get a replacement build in time for my show. Horrible company and they are very good at deceiving customers. For all the truthful negative reviews, they have random employees in their business post positive reviews that are lies. BUYERS BEWARE AND IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE BUY USING A CREDIT CARD THAT GIVES PURCHASE PROTECTION SO YOU WILL BE REFUNDED WHILE THE CREDIT ISSUER SEEKS REPAYMENT. I learned a lesson to not buy from anyone using PayPal. I use my credit card now

We order wrong front bumper for our mustang and customer service was super helpful to solve this issue. Customer services at Vicrez.com is awesome and we have since ordered the right urethane bumper. The quality is superb. I had previously dealt with fiberglass bumpers and it was pain in the a@#.I bought a fiberglass bumper off of ebay and the seller did not want to accept my return. Vicrez mustang polyurethane bumper fitment was as good as OEM, if not better. Thanks for all your help!

I ordered an N3-R polyurethane front bumper for my nissan 350z im absolutely in love with it. The fitment is excellent and the material (polyurethane) is the best! As well as great products I called to inquiry such great customer service! I cant wait to order more with vicrez.
