Customer services do not seem to know much about the products and was showing me items I did not ask about. Tried to be helpful but ended up telling me to ask the manufacturer for the details I required without giving me the contact detail or even the name of the manufacturer.

Some great unique designs. Never thought it would be so difficult finding the right size and shape of bathroom sink but VP had the right one at the right price.
Might want to shop around for the optional extras though!

Excellent service however the delivery charges are a bit of a mystery. You charge one price for normal delivery i.e. 5-7 working days and extra for anything sooner.
I paid for normal delivery and my item arrived the next day anyway. I would have been really angry if I'd paid extra and still got the same service.
I am obviously not complaining about receiving my item earlier than anticipated but I think you should review your delivery price options.

Ordered a shower enclosure and tray with riser kit. We had a faulty issue with the riser kit and tray, it was an Incompatible model (Not suppliers fault).
Customer services were fantastic and helpful in assisting our complaint and resolving the issue. All other products have been great quality and great customer service!

Easy ordering, good prices and a phone call from their delivery providers regarding a suitable delivery. Only reason I didn't give 5* was because one of the boxes was badly damaged (tap wasn't affected) and the other 2 boxes were wet so their storage facilities probably aren't the best. It came on a pallet which was, in my opinion, unnecessary so meant a trip to the tip!

Good site that enables detailed search to find a good selection of products. Good price and brand ranges. Detailed dimensions which are useful (though not sure the tap dimensions diagrams always equals the words in the description!).
Cannot say about the quality of the tap as not used as yet.

Excellent service, quick delivery, and item as described. I was not sure I’d ordered the right thing, so used this supplier as had good returns policy. The price point however was high, and I have since ordered three of the same items from elsewhere at half the price.

The products are good quality and a good price but the necessary additions (like the valves we needed for the radiator) weren't included and only mentioned in the small print. and this added an extra 1/3 onto the price then.
Also £12.95 for delivery is insane... if it wasn't a 2 hour drive away I'd pick it up.

bought original bathroom some years ago from this company, as with all things wear and tear factors in, the shower head had become less effective so ordered a new on arrived quickly problem solved thanks would recommend to all for quality and service Thanks John Povey.

Have now bought two separate taps on two different occasions from Victorian Plumbing and amazed at how rapid the service is. In one case it arrived the next day and the other in two days. Both orders were packaged very securely. They seem to have a larger stock than other retailers and so I haven't suffered the delays waiting for stock that has occurred with orders made elsewhere.

As a single Mum, i have been doing our house up mainly by myself so that i can afford those special touches that give my house the wow factor that i like. The black anthracite radiator with a mirror attached looks gorgeous in my new bathroom. The black bath taps stand out in the new white bath. Love them! Both items plus where easy to order on line, if an item was out of stock i was kept up to date as to when the item would be available for delivery. I shall be purchasing more items when i am ready to do up another room in the house. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends needing a new bathroom etc.

Returns are not free/arranged for customers (except if damaged/faulty items). Been ordering many times and usually find great products for decent prices. Wish the returns would be easily arranged incase unhappy with the product for any reason.

Searched web sites for a bathroom towel holder. Victoria Plumbing had exactly what I wanted. Ordered on line and received within 48 hours. Now that is what you call service. This included being given time of delivery.

I have used Victorian plumbing a lot over the last few years. They are cheap and have a good range of products. However items have often arrived damaged or not working. There customer service is good and they always refund/replace but it can be a pain!

Overall great service. Quick delivery and was informed along the way. Just let down by small things such as ordered a rain fall shower and there was no piping between the shower head and the taps. So I had to get my own plastic pipe. Not an issue but would have been nice to know in advance

An easy to use web-site with prompt service...……… It was easy from start to finish although my only purchase was tiles, the website was easy to work through and ordering was a doddle. The only comment I would make was the delivery - through a 3rd party - was a little alarming.
This was because the tiles, worth over £400, were left on the kerbside - which we were advised would be done - but I would have thought a knock on the door or a signature would be required. Definitely not - luckily our builders were still on-site so could move them to safety.
