A repeat purchase after having first encountered VideoPro's service a few week prior. Both experiences to date have been excellent (why I went back so soon) - on price, customer service, ease of doing business. Speed of delivery has been ok, wishing I could items sooner but have been hampered by National holidays on both occasions (i.e. not their fault). All up am impressed with VideoPro and happy to go back again in the near future.

I knew the product that I wanted and had been price watching for a month but had not checked Video Pro. I should have checked them first, lowest price without any haggling and delivery that came when it said it would. I’ll certainly buy from Video Pro again. Faultless.

Cheapest price in Australia: $150 less than retail!
On-line ordering was straight forward. I ordered on a Thursday night. It was at Australia Post in QLD at lunchtime Friday. It was delivered to NSW at Lunchtime the following Monday.
Absolutely seamless. Fast. Efficient. No hassles.Brilliant!
I would recommend Videopro to everyone.

Ordered the produt through phone and collected from warehouse which was two hour drive.when i got the box seal was broken and a tape was applied over it.i was suspicious. When i got home opened the product there was lots of scrubbing mark over the top.phoned the store, next day the replaced it with another one.it was two more hour drive to replace.the warehouse person apologize for the incident and told might be a technical issue..when i got the next one,the same seal was opened and tape applied over it. I asked him and he told its comming from the company like that.i reached home..again i could see one mark over the top.i didnt want to waste my time and energy..thats the only reason why i didnt call them and replaced it..i got the product 300 dollars cheaper than the other store..now i know why its cheaper

The dispatch of goods took longer than I thought it should, and arrived in three separate shipments over 4 days. One came by Australia Post. It was first. The other two came later by TNT. It would have been so much better if Australia Post had been used for all of the shipment because TNT will not deliver parcels to the Australia Post Parcel Pickup address!

The service was great, we in to purchase one item and came out with two. The young salesman was great, very professional and I enjoyed his sense of humour along with explanation of how to get the best out of the products I purchased.... well done VideoPro

Good home was offered at half the normal price, shipping took 1 day from gold coast. Best online shopping experience i've had over quarantine

Generally very good - great price for the item and easy process etc to place order - a little disappointing that it took almost two weeks for the item to be sourced from the supplier and delivered.

The TV we purchased online was an open box sale and two days after we purchased this, we received a call advising that the TV was accidentally oversold. We then had to select a new TV from a handful of similar options and the one we chose was sent out without the power cord which had to be separately express posted. We then received somebody else's parcel a few days later that was mistakenly sent to us. The promt contact regarding needing to select a new device was appreciated, however the overall experience was not very satisfactory.

It came within just 2 days with free shipping, and I was really impressed. Good product and quick delivery. One of the cheapest price out there.

Firstly I got tv which one I wanted, I am thankful to Videopro. They did everything what they had to do. Different story with delivery. Nobody sent any notice, that tv comming, good that I was at home! Tv is oversizsd item , I paid as a furniture delivery , but is not about the price. I was surprised that did come only one person, I got in my house stairs and drive didn't wanted to bring a tv inside ! Thankfully my frienf also women help to bring a tv inside! I don't understend why items as a oversized delivering only one person? To Videopro ThankYou again, if I willneed something I will be happy to buy from You again.

I purchased a 65" Hisense TV from Videopro. The TV was delivered to my home in NSW within a day of ordering. The TV had a fault with the screen and Videopro organised a replacement which was again delivered quickly. Many companies fail when it comes to after sales service but Videopro's service was exceptional. I will recommend Videopro to my family and friends.

They really knew their stuff, and the sales assistant had a great pitch that bagged me a TV within 5 minutes.
He was right though, it was a very good deal and I'm thrilled with the features and the price.
