I wanted to buy bags, I am in Ireland. I was treated with complete contempt by Alex on live chat at 21:05 4th August '21.
In this day and age to not ship to other countries is stupid. I ship flammable hazchem all over the world, so they have no excuse.
According to an agent I spoke to on the phone "the owner is just not interested in selling outside the US".

So I hope your business shuts it doors, your business and it's staff deserve nothing less.

I bet there is no other company is providing such a good quality Bags, i bought a pair of saddlebags Harley Road King, best part is I've got 25% discount and my shipping was also free, shipping time was 2 days. My order was well packed and safety measure for any tragedy was also taken. Bags are adorable i installed them at my first ease. My Road King looks more pretty with these bags. Saddlebags are of good quality and should be long lasting, i personally like the name vikingbags on it. i'll definitely recommend others and will buy more products from them soon.

All I want is my money refund. When I give them the RA number they tell me it is incorrect. I read it strait from the email they sent me. Because the RA is wrong from what they sent me I can't get a refund. I have proof from ups store of shipping and a copy of the report from what day and time received and who signed for it. these people are crooks. They have there bags and my money!

I have the Viking Dirtman Small Black Dirt Bike/Enduro Tank Bag. Based on the extremely robust materials used on this article, I suspect it will be in use for a very long time. I especially like the large clear pouch that is on the top of the bag. All the hook & loop fasteners used are industrial strength and seal very tight. Another feature I like is the key chain hook located on the inside of the large pouch. This provides a very safe and secure place to keep my keys while on a ride. This product has my highest recommendation.

I ordered saddlebags using their browse by bike feature. They came and did not fit the bike. They would not pay for return shipping, even though their website states you will receive a return label via email and retain the tracking number and use it for every correspondence with us. Even after calling and stating this argument, they refused to pay return shipping on an exchange.

This a nice well constructed bag. The snaps hidden behind the buckles make for easy access. Perfect size to hold a flashlight, tire gauge, extra shades, even a few tools. Really like the chrome accents goes well with my mostly blacked out bike. Sturdy straps to attach should last many miles. Viking makes a nice product and this is no exception. Joseph was excellent in helping me select correct bag for my bike and needs.

i got my pair of saddlebag from vikingbags.com for my SUZUKI INTRUDER, thank you for the excellent bags and service. I've got $40 discount on, ongoing sale. Bags are beautifully designed, small pocket in front of the bag looks very cool. Bags are easy to install on bike and doesn't need to read the user manual for the installation.

I actually bought this because I hated the way my backrest looked from the back - just a big lump from the bracket. I saw a friend that had the Harley Davidson one and after checking around this one was 1/3 the cost so I thought I'd give it a shot. So happy I did! I ride solo so the fact that it's a passenger organizer isn't always true... I am using it for anything I need easy access to from my clear glasses to proof of insurance, and any other little things. Looks great as well!

I bought Ultimate shape saddlebags for my '05 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100. I must say the bags are better than I was expecting. The are rigid and the round tear drop shape just looks perfect on my Sabre. I've been using these bags for more than 6 months and they still look good as new. I've rode through heavy rains without getting a single raindrop inside the bags thanks to velcro on sides of the lid. You cannot beat the price, at least I could find anything better than these. Last pair I bought from saddlemen only lasted for a couple of months, wish I had chosen Viking Bags before.

Love the saddlebags. Excellent quality. Got these bags last weekend and it really amazes me as a rider I have to make the trips off and on and really in need of some quality bags and these are the bags I can rely on. I had some problems in fitting and don't know how to fit that on my bike so I call the customer support and they guided me throughout the fitting process. I will say these are must-have bags for any cruiser riders.

Unbelievably bad experience. Had to return damaged hard bags, cracked. Took over 1 month to receive new ones. Opened quick disconnect hardware to find no instructions and missing parts. Read online pdf which I was told was outdated, but then told it's their only directions. Called manager, supposedly. He then finally told me all of the parts don't get used but he had nothing to offer as to what gets used where in the process. Just figure it out through trial and error!!! So they have nobody that can talk intelligently about their own product. No specific directions. And they call a regular nut a lock nut. Have no clue if I have all the required hardware to start attempting assembly. Pick up a bolt and install it. Which bolt? A bolt. Just put it all together. There. You're done. The video is just as lame. They skip ahead to midstream installation. No detail. Not step by step. Something that should be so easy for ANY COMPANY to do with today's technology.

We have a few things from Viking and we love every single one of them! The backpack(pictured) has so much storage room for all different occasions. Super durable and is like new after many uses. I've recommended to a few other riders and they love their products just as much!! #teamviking

I really like the back support, and the quality is just awesome. I have taken this backpack on a few rides, Its very comfortable even during long rides. Any serious rider should check this out for his bags collection, I use it nearly every day sometimes even when I am not using it for rides.

I have purchased two bags from Viking Bags and both were defective and the company would care less. No customer service. Check out their BBB rating (F) and the reviews...I am only 1 on a long list of upset former customers that has had this experience. I will never buy from this company again.

I ORDER A SET OF BAGS FOR MY 2019 HARLEY STREET .. THE SITE SAYS TO ORDER BY YOUR BIKE AND THEY ARE DIRECT FIT. WRONG!!!!! ALL THE HOLES ARE BORED WRONR DOES NOT FIT BIKE . I GOT THESE IN DECEMBER NOW ITS APRIL AND STILL NO FIX FOR THE PROBLEM, I FINLEY GOT SOMEONE LIVE TO TAK TO AND THEY SAID NOTING THEY CAN . IF I WANT TO SEND THEM BACK AT MY EXPENCE THEY WILL LOOK AT THEM AND DECIDE IF I GET A REFUND!!!! REALLY???? SO IF THEY DONT REFUND THEY KEEP THE BAGS? I HAVE CANCELLED THE PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT CARD . I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN

I submitted an order on Memorial Day. I called the company to confirm that I ordered the correct saddle bags and trunk to match the Honda Shadow 750. I was put on hold to wait for a customer service representative. After 5:30 minutes, I was then told there was no customer service representative available and that if I leave a message they would call me back. I left a message and received no call back. I repeated this attempt to contact them by phone over eight times during the first two days. I emailed the company and received a message back that they would respond within 48 hours or two business days. I have waited 10 days with no response. I went to the BBB and found this is normal behavior for this company. They do not send out their orders, they do not respond to their calls or emails. They take your money and have no ethical sense to complete the order or refund the funds. I placed an order totalling $744 and still waiting for a refund. The BBB has a rating of "F" for this company. I warn anyone NOT TO PURCHASE from this company.

I purchased Viking bags from their Australian distributor - which is just Viking bags, same support staff etc. it has been one month and still not shipped. No communication, have mentioned they will refund because they don't have the bags I ordered but have not confirmed - my first one star review. Avoid at all costs.

i bought saddlebag for my Harley Dyna Fat Bob, shipping took 3 weeks they have sent me an email why shipping got late. so the bag looks fine and durable straps is the main beauty of the bag.

Got the discount coupon from website and it worked when i was placing the order got 20% discount :P

lets come back to the quality of the bags, bags are well designed and well manufactured price for these bags totally worth it. installed easily took little help from the website and Youtube. My fat bob look awesome with these bags. i hope my review would help anyone who wants to buy from these people.

I called Viking Bags looking for some saddlebags for my 2016 Harley Sportster Iron 883 and was delighted with the quality of customer service I was provided. They helped me find the perfect bags that would fit my Sportster. The bags arrived in a timely manner and were in perfect condition. I had no trouble mounting the saddlebags and they look great. They are built very well and I get complimented on them all the time.
