At short notice one of the partners, Alan Wood, met me at Kensington Pavilion. Later, his actions were as good as his words in that I received various documents (both by email and in hard copy) and a watch care kit. I was impressed by all the documents I received and would be surprised if any other watch dealer provides such a high level of service.
Furthermore, Alan agreed to take a watch of mine to seek best offers on.
The level of service goes hand in hand with the high class quality of the watches Vintage Gold Watches London have on offer and which are described with accuracy and in great detail on their website.

I tend to be rather hard to win all five stars from. But this was one of the best online purchase experiences I have ever had, for any product. Everyone I communicated with, whether by 'phone or email, was unfailingly courteous, helpful, and genuinely civilised, in a fashion so rarely encountered in daily life. Documentation (which is so important) was exemplary, delivery was rapid, packaging was just right, and communication was thorough and constructive throughout. After sales follow-up - again, not often seen these days - was thoughtful and welcome.

From the first contact with Alan the service has been first class. The quality of the Patek Philippe was exactly as described - very impressed. So much so, I recently purchased a second watch from Alan and when funds allow there will be more added to my collection.

This is the Second Vintage Omega Watch Purchase in the last 2 Weeks from Vintage Gold Watches; they must be doing something right. The New Watch is in Pristine Condition for it's Age & the Price was very Reasonable. The Director Alan Wood is very Approachable & Knowledgeable.

Alan from Vintage Gold Watches was very helpful and thorough in his correspondence with me, he kept me up to date on the status of my order while I was waiting for a specific strap that I had requested. Alan also provided me with additional information about my watch before and after the sale. I would recommend to anyone who is considering purchasing a vintage gold Swiss watch.
