I found both Jill and Kim very patient, they clearly shared what was on offer and stayed with me even when I was looking at more than one cruise. They were kind in their responses and never made me feel that my questions were not perfectly relevant

I spoke to Jenny and she was very helpful in arranging our back to back cruises next year after the cancellations due to the virus. She was very pleasant and patient and ensured we had exactly what we wanted. She also rang P&O to check on a couple of details for us

Our cruise in July 2020 has been cancelled by P&O duevto thevongoing coronavirus situation. I phoned Vision Cruise and within 10 minutes we were re-booked on the same ship, in the same cabin and on the same cruise in 2021. Excellent service and I would definetly recommend them.

Danielle followed up our enquiry from the Cruise show in Liverpool the day before and dealt wwith the booking personally and promptly getting us the flights and package we wanted. We would be happy to recommend Vision cruise to others and use ourselves again

The first agent disappeared and I had to talk to another agent, Gina. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. As a result I booked a cruise. Well done Gina, Kim the first agent, you need to stay focused more.

Saw a cruise we wanted to do, had seen an offer on an advert so phoned up spoke to Gina , we had a couple of questions for her which was sorted and then she gave me a price I had seen it cheaper and I didn’t want two days in a hotel before the cruise only wanted the one night, as I was busy Gina said she would sort everything out and email me the results and she did, I then phoned back and booked my holiday with Tracy,all sorted we are happy

I called after work and luckily their sales and customer service was open for extended hours, Gina was my sales agent and she was extremely helpful, she listened attentively and went through all the options, the instructions very clear and the whole process made simple and hassle free. I personally feel like I got the best deal, location on the ship based on my personal preferences. All confirmations were received and the details accurate, I would highly recommend their booking service. I last booked 5 years ago when it was the Liverpool Cruise Club so I’m really looking forward to our trip.

Had previously booked a cruise, but wanted to change it for a different one. Wasnt sure if it was even possible, but Customer Services team were very helpful and managed to change without any problems at all.
They were very efficient in updating me on all the details and sending the confirmation through promptly.
This is the 3rd time I've booked our cruise with Vision Cruises and wouldnt think of booking with anyone else now.
Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I booked my cruise a few days ago with little to no knowledge as I’ve never booked one before. Gina was very helpful when booking over the phone. Jill was also a great help with the papers and putting my worries at ease. Thank you ever so much ladies am really looking forward to my cruise!

I attended the office in Waterloo and made my booking there. Heidi was extremely friendly and helpful making the experience very easy. The negative was the layout of the reception desks which were uncomfortable to sit at and made viewing the computer screens difficult.

Gina was excellent in trying to sort out the problems of Norwegian Cruise Lines staff. I only gave a 4 star as I have since had their confirmation and they appear to still have problems sorting things out.

I would recommend vision cruises the staff where excellent and got me a good price for my cruise.jenny explains everything at the cruise fair in Liverpool which made us confident in booking with vision cruises.

Booked a fly cruise with rci when she finally booked it my booking was not showing flights Inc but they are booked
