The customer service is rude and unhelpful. There were no updates about my order for several days, and I got no response by email. Then when I call the guy says they don't actually have it in stock. They have an authorization on Paypal for the amount and I asked him to remove it but he said they absolutely didn't charge me so I just hope the authorization will fall off in 30 days. I should have known looking at their website that there would be issues; seriously it looks like a site from 2005. They really should work on customer service as well, the guy answering seemed unprofessional at best.

After attempting to get a credit on a defective product, I was responded to by E-mail with unhelpful, brusque responses. When I called on the phone, "Mike" answered and was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back, he accused me of "yelling at him" and was abusive and, again, unhelpful. I will not buy from this company again. Now that I read all of these negative reviews with people with similar experiences, I'm surprised this company is still in business.

I ordered a simple hair care product for $7.19 with an estimated shipping cost of $2.75, which is reasonable. When I hit the CONFIRM sale button, it shot up to $10! I IMMEDIATELY called and was answered by "Vigo" who rudely interrupted me several times and stated he would drop it down to $5 that it was already processed. In the middle of my argument that I literally just hit the confirm button, he hung up on me. What? I called back. Same thing but this time RUDER. Called two more times and he hung up on me after he told me to stop calling him "sir". My jaw is still dropped and I had to call my Credit Union to dispute the transaction. I have NEVER had an experience like this by a company that is still in business. Please Please Please go elsewhere.

I did place an order, then send an email right after the order to exchange to products for one that will make the cost even. Next day, before 24 h from order, I call customer service to verify exchange was possible, the agent was rude and quick, said he saw email and he will take care of exchange without problem. However, it was not done. I email again and none of my emails got response. I just called and the agent said nothing could be done at this point. The carrier had terrible service, boxes outside and inside were smashed. I ask the agent that if then it was my problem and he said yes. This business doesn't care about customers. They think they do not need them. I wish I had read this reviews before. Shipping was fast and price was good all items arrived, except some in bad condition, however, I did not got all I want it. I don't think I will order anything from this company again. We need to look into other ways or more visible sites to alert other customers.

Do not order from this site! Most horrible customer service i have ever experienced before in my life! From what I can tell it is a self-owned business with a few people helping. Everyone is rude. They cancel orders without even telling you why. They don't even communicate to you why an order has not been shipped, they just say oh we will refund you. And do not give you a chance to get any questions asked. Yes the prices are good, but the hassle is terrible. Very rude!!

I ordered rose water from them and called to check on the order which I had no update on for about 4-5 days after ordering. They told me they would check. I called back hours later they never checked and or called and insisted on giving refund which I'm still waiting on and told me I didn't give them enough time to check when really it wasn't even in stock. Waste of time! I paid more and the new order got here before the refund which was allegedly done the same day. Terrible service. I should be compensated to the inconvenience.

I have purchased from VitaGlo 4 times. The first time I ordered, earlier this year, was a little rough as it took forever to get my order, even after calls and emails with a very rude person. Perhaps he was going through a bad time because all my subsequent orders have been delivered without any hitches. I now receive my merchandise exactly as ordered within 4 or 5 days, if it includes a weekend. My latest order in June even included a cold pack at no extra charge. I will definitely continue ordering from VitaGlo as long as the good service of good products continue. I complained loud and long when I didn't get good service but since I am now receiving consistent good service, I felt it only fair to give this good review.

I am from Portugal and I was a client for many years of VitaGlo. Last order the Customs here in Portugal ask for the certificate and origin of the supplements (EU rules) to enable me clear the order. They did not send anything although I ask them in several emails. Customs send back my order to VitaGlo. I ask them many times for the refund and they did not send me. They stayed with the vitamins and the money ...USD 371,83. I think it is unfair and illegal what they did to me.

I have read the reviews below and completely understood the sentiment of other customers. Service was trash, dude on phone was nasty. Order above $100 would qualify you for free shipping - HUGE SCAM, they will try to squeeze more money from you by asking for another $20 shipping payment (reason being the package is too heavy???!). It's been more than month without receiving what I have ordered. Legal actions must be taken: THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET SUED, put these people in jail after having them refund all the losses.

I'm in shock. I've never received such HORRIBLE customer service. Two of the supplements I received are about to expire, and they told me, "They're fine. Put them in the fridge." I said I could keep one, but would like a return label for the other. He said, "We don't do that." As I was responding, he just hung up on me. What a crappy way to treat a customer. I'd rather pay more and deal with civilized people than deal with Vitaglo again.

Terrible customer service. Terrible customer experience. The CS rep literally hung up on me when asking for a status on my order. This is because their tracking DOES NOT WORK on their site. Will not order through them again.

If I could give such a rating, this business would receive a -5 stars! I placed an online order for Bioray NDF, 4 oz bottle, on 5/20/20, and received order confirmation immediately. After not receiving my order after 11 days, I called, and Mike, the owner, told me that it had to be special ordered because it's a size they don't normally carry and said it should be in the beginning of the next week. On 6/11/20, I called again because I hadn't received my order, and I asked for a full refund to credit card, which Mike promised he would do. It never happened. I called again on 6/30/20, and he stated their shipment came in and he'd get it out right away. It's 7/10/20, and I've not seen my product, for which my credit card was billed $174.85 on the date of the order instead of at the time of shipment, nor has my credit card seen the promised refund. I made the mistake of not looking at reviews before placing my order so it's a hard lesson learned. It appears that Mike makes his profit from online orders which are never filled and never refunded. He wouldn't likely get away with such fraud by treating his store customers that way so those are the people that give him great reviews. I'll not order from VitaGlo again! I hope some day he'll become a man of integrity, truly desiring to help the people who purchase from him instead of loving the money he steals from them. ~Sheryl V.

I ordered several products made by a company that is no longer in business. They were hard to find and when I did find them, the sellers were asking about four times the price Vitaglo was selling them for. The inventory was not as up-to-date as it could have been but it looks like they updated their inventory after my order. To me, this means they realized there was a problem and took action to make an improvement. There was no communication with the company but they documented my invoice very well. They noted how many products of each item they had in stock to ship me. They noted each item that was sold out. They noted I was only charged for the items they shipped. I verified this. It looks as if they double checked the contents before they shipped the package. They provided an itemized list of the charges. I placed my order on a Monday. On Wednesday, I received a notification from UPS that the label was created and the 28 pound package had been shipped. I received my order on Friday. All 21 plastic bottles of liquids had tape on the lids and were in plastic bags. Packing material included peanuts and bubble wrap. All items were in perfect condition upon arrival. While this wasn't a perfect e-commerce experience because of the inventory discrepancies, I was extremely happy to obtain these hard to find products at a great price.

I have been ordering from VitaGlo for more than a decade! They used to the internet's secret place for amazingly cheap supplements. Now... they are no longer capable of fulfilling their orders. I am not expecting to receive my most recent and I will have to take action against them--unfortunately.

Let's hope the owner hear grows as a human being..I don't think I've ever encountered such disgusting rudeness in customer service..Mocking, derogatory after I called back after HE hung up on me after literally 30 seconds of asking what an expiration date was..He was super mocking, this person really has some deep issues and let's pray he grows to be a decent person..Great prices actually, some companies mark down prices bc they're expiration date is close..I work in the industry and know this, yet he was still super derogatory..

I was trying to find a product that I guess was discontinued but I really wanted it. So like many of the stories here I found it and thought I hit a jackpot. I was wrong, called up aaked a few questions about my order, was yelled at and hung up on! Never had that kind of experience before with any company on any level. Now I have call my bank and all of that up on. Pretty horrible, just trying to help someone else at this point!

The balance of my order was never sent, it has been 2 months since I placed my order, i was going to cancel it, but thought I'd leave it as a standing order just to see if they would ever follow thru, which they have NOT! WOW! Don't know how a business like this stays in business. Zero service, lack of follow follow up, rude. They are as bad as it can possibly get, maybe worse.

I ordered some stuff, got a confirmation and waited a while. Then I thought hmm I haven't recieved a shipping confirmation, so I went back to my order confirmation and clicked in and there it says my order was cancelled! Not even the decency to e mail me separately stating why. So I look at my online statement and it shows they took the money out. I call and start trying to ask about my order he rudely interrupts and says to hold. He comes back to tell me they cancelled because they are out of the product I ordered. Ok, so I asked then why was I charged? He proceeded to call me a liar and said it was illegal to lie lol. I told him he was a rude f*** so he also told me it was illegal to cuss! I dont know if this guy is the owner but he has NO customer service I dont even know how he's in business!!! With this attitude he wont be for long! Unbelievable! Buyer beware!

If I could give a negative star I would. Customer service was awful. I sent multiple requests for shipping updates & tracking. Finally after 12 business days I cancelled my order via email as no responses or tracking was provided. I finally received a very curt email back. No remorse for lack of service. Filing dispute with credit card company. Buyer beware.

I ordered 4 bottles of Zinc 50mg a week or so ago. I had to follow up with them to get tracking info. When the package arrived, there was only 1 bottle! So I called and the man was very short with me and said he was expecting more in (but offered no date). When I ordered online it showed that the 4 bottles were in stock! So I wrote back and asked for a refund. No reply. So the next day I called and again the man was very short with me and said he'd issue a refund. Days have gone by and no refund, so I started a Paypal dispute. This money should have been refunded immediately; moreover, they never should have partially filled the order without checking with me first. Stay away !!!
