Ordered a pair of shoes from this site, they came very quickly and update emails were sent with the deluvery status. The shoes didn't arrive in brand new condition, I contacted customer services and they were super helpful, immediately offering to replace the shoes. It was resolved quickly and I am now a very happy customer. Would have given 5 stars if shoes had been in perfect condition as they are really comfortable and excellent quality workout shoes.

They have really unique products. It is worth to buy directly from them, for several reasons. Join the tribe and you'll see! They have a great customer service! I've received a faulty product but they were very kind and sent another one and then another one again (one size larger) very quickly.

Vivobarefoot's shoes are really excellent. They allow your feet to move as nature intended, while still protecting them from urban or wild environments - this has improved my quality of life beyond description. I gave away nearly all of my old shoes because I hate wearing anything that doesn't let me feel connected to the ground and move my feet properly, and I haven't found any other shoes that compare to Vivobarefoot in this way. They are also well made and durable, making them a practical investment.

Vivobarefoot shoes and boots have allowed me to walk pain free again following spine complications. They have varied styles and all excellent quality. I've tested their very thin weatherproof Gobi 2 leather ankle boots in snow on a 5 mile walk and my socks were dry at the end!

I bought a pair of Vivo swim run shoes a year ago. I can honestly say they are the best shoes I aver owned! I have worn them almost everyday, walking, running, cycling. I wear them everywhere! Service is excellent...real people talk to and email you and with a free 100 day trial service you cant go wrong One minor design element could perhaps be improved, otherwise they are perfect.

Still getting used to them but they feel great and are definitely working different muscles and tendons from my other shoes (Btw I ordered the size 8 and it fits really well, I’m normally a 9)

Excellent product in all respects. Really well made. I do a lot of walking in the city and mountains and I really love these leather boots. My feet feel relaxed and walking feels more natural. There is a bit of adjustment but my feet are now in a better place. I already consider myself converted.

These shoes are wonderful, feel great, look amazing and so on. However, sole durability is a big problem. Within about 3 months I've almost worn a hole in multiple spots. Continuing to charge $120+ for a shoe that only last a quarter of the year is not monetarily feasible for a large portion of the population. However, a sole replacement addition to the company (and not just for the handcut shoes) would do wonders.

I’ve had these Shoes a couple of weeks now And they’re already my favourite. I used to get aches in my heel from wearing traditional smart shoes for work. That’s already gone. I almost feel like I need to learn to walk again getting used to a more natural stride. The space at the front of the shoe adds to the barefoot name. I’m very happy with the design, look and quality and happy to have something that’s environmentally friendly too

I am very pleased with my Obsidian Primus Lite II Recycled shoes. I have worn zero drop and foot-shaped trainers for several years now for my outdoor and trail walking but this is my first 'barefoot' shoe. I always need to leave room for my custom orthotics and the size guide helped me to find the right size. They are absolutely perfect for my home workouts and I am thrilled with the fact that they are made from recycled materials. I highly recommend these comfortable and lightweight shoes.

The change on my foot, mood, and freedom was noticeable instantly. After 2 months I did not want to wear any other shoe. I buy my second pair of shoes very soon. Just amazing. With the big trial period they have, there is no doubt it is worth trying to see if you like it. You will.!!

This is my 5th pair of viva barefoot shoes and I have loved my previous 4 pairs with the almost sock like feel to the ground. My only criticism of this design is the top toggle for the lace System is not smooth and I am unsure if they are defective. It will be interesting to see how the laces wear.

I purchased the primus trail FG shoes and have had them for about half a year now. They are breezy and feel like you are not even wearing shoes however, they provide no support (which I should of acknowledged sooner) and I personally need some shape and support when I trail and run. Be careful when using these shoes for exercise. The lack of support can lead to peroneal tendenosis (which I got after running with these) and be warned that if you have low foot arches, it is probably best to get shoes that are not 'barefoot'. I would now jsut consider these to be shoes to wear when I know I wont be moving much in them.

My daughter aged 9 really struggled to get shoes wide enough, I think she must have a high instep as well as wide feet. She also has one foot 1 1/2 sizes smaller than the other foot! She measures a size 2 - 2 1/2 but we have to have a size 3 G width in Clark’s when they fit her. I bought the Primas trail shoe in a 3. I am really pleased that width wise, these seem to be fitting her, so that’s great and a relief. I would of given it 5 stars but the down side is the pull lacing and adjuster is really hard for her to do on her own and it makes her fingers sore.
The second down side is the price. I had to buy from the adult range. She’s 9! Why don’t your children’s sizes go any higher.
I think the adult 3 slip ons will be a bit big for her until she’s grown a bit more. So please make some children’s slip on’s in her size.

Thank you .

#price(4/5)

This is really frustrating for me as I have over 8 pairs of shoes from Vivobarefoot, and have bought regularly from them in the past, and the shoes are incredible, they still are.

PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS NOT A RATING BASED ON THE SHOE, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I STILL THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND THE SHOE, DESPITE THE PRICE AND THE SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

What is shockingly bad now (and seems to have been getting worse recently) is the customer service. Nothing to do with manners or politeness. Bags of it.

This 2 star review is based purely on a frustratingly inept service, (2nd time for me this has happened) where an easily avoided issue arose despite me calling the moment Vivobarefoot caused the issue.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, and for some reason, the site defaulted back to my previous address - I was made aware moments after order was completed.

I immediately called up and explained the issue to the girl on the phone, who seemed confused initially, but then said she understood. She said she'd email the warehouse. I asked for confirmation of this in an email, however never received it.

I'd received an email earlier today saying they'd changed my account address, but again had not confirmed that my order was going to the correct address, so I called up again to confirm the correct delivery address, and I was given the impression that the Warehouse had not been given the message, but this would be immediately passed on and the matter would be resolved.

I then receive an email saying the order has already been sent out, and could I pick it up from my previous address??!!

Unbelievable audacity, especially when this is purely down to a shockingly inept level of customer service on Vivobarefoot's part!

I have since emailed them and told them that it's not for me to take responsibility for this! I am awaiting their response!

This is a shame, especially after how good their customer service was a couple of years ago, and how much I enjoy their products.

This is also frustrating as it's such a simple matter to resolve and shouldn't have lead to this!

Very disappointed Vivobarefoot, you've dropped the ball. Clearly someone needs lots of further training on common sense and basic communication skills.
