WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I had an issue with receiving the wrong items and emailed them. They bluntly said it was basically my problem. I called customer support to talk about it. I told them I had an issue and my order number and got put on hold. They never got back on the line and now will not even answer my calls. They do not deserve the 1 star I have to give them. There is no way they have repeat customers. TERRIBLE

I tried to purchase some 357 magnum that was said to be available. 3 days after my purchase I was told that there wasvan error and that it was actually unavailable. The money did quickly go back into my account.

Just because you ordered it, doesn’t mean it’s actually in stock and you will be receiving your new gun. Apparently, the need help in keeping their inventory accurate, scary, actually. THOROUGHLY letdown. I THOUGHT I could tell my wife that I had finally found her pistol.....good thing I kept my mouth shut....I placed the order, received confirmation, credit card was charged, the following morning I receive an email stating sorry, inventory mistake, your order is cancelled, refund issued....but my card won’t be credited for several days....perfect !!! I’ll steer clear of this store.

If could give zero stars to the Vizard's guns ammo I would. This has been the start of a hellacious experience with these shysters. I canceled this order on 05Oct20, 6 hours after I ordered it. Far prior to the order ever being fullfilled. In fact the order email response continued to show NOT YET FULLFILLED for 4 days after the online purchase was made on October 5th. I called and left 3 messages on their voicemail on Oct. 5th. I had my FFL call and fax them saying that the order was canceled and he would not accept the delivery. And then on Oct 9th my Visa charge went from pending to billed 4 days after I cancelled the order on Oct. 5th. I then emailed them and got a response a couple hours back saying that this was the first time that they have had contact with me and there would be a restocking fee! Unbelievable! They don't answer their phones they obviously don't check their messages and they don't check their fax machines. Furthermore, they never shipped or delivered the firearm, but they're going to charge me and a restocking fee to boot. Now I have to go through a dispute process with my credit card company to recoup the charge and the bu$#$it restocking fee that they want to charge me. I don't know if they're working out of their basement or a trailer and they don't hear the phone but stay away from this company it's an internet scam.

As is common nowadays, one's preferred ammo is getting harder to find - but not at VizardsGunsAnd Ammo ! Vizards had the rounds I wanted in stock at a price I couldn't refuse. Ordering was simple, shipping charges were fair, and delivery far exceeded what I've become accustomed to from other retailers. I will purchase here again !!

Purchased Sig MCX, price was reflective of the market, shipped to my FFL quickly and with good communication on status. Sadly already lost it in a boating accident. Would use Vizards again for next purchase.

I know that a lot of ammo is hard to get right now. I have bought from several online sellers lately and am accustomed to waiting up to four weeks for items listed as in stock. I was looking for some 25acp in stock when I found Vizards. I ordered on 10/1 and it arrived on my doorstep in Texas 10/3. Wow! This will be the first place I look from now on. Thanks.

I actually never received what I purchased...I got an email stating that ammo was in stock and the web site said it was in stock listing the number available ...purchased 3 boxes...an hour later they cancelled my order and said the ammo wasn’t in stock

My ordfer came on Saturday when the expected delivery day was Monday, exceeding my expectations. My ammo came in great shape.

I ordered two cases of ammunition on a Monday afternoon,I received them Friday afternoon the same week. Very low shipping rate, I have absolutely nothing to complain about! Good work guys!

Ordered on Sunday evening & received my box of goodies on the following Wednesday. Great flat rate shipping cost & fast service.

Perhaps in the future you could ask your clients for ID verification during the check out process instead of sending an email the following day delaying the shipping.

Great price on the Golden bear 145 Gr 3006 ammo it worked great in my M1 garand and 03 Springfield accurate and minimal fouling very pleased I will definitely order this ammo again through vizards thank you guys .

Did not receive 14 boxes of 22 wmr and had to call them they acknowledged that it was damaged before shipping and have yet to receive the refund I was promised.... very unhappy with transaction

Payed $76 for 200 rounds of 230gr fmj from federals American eagle. Not enough packing paper so all the bullets spilled out into the shipping box haha. No biggie

Don't believe the "In-stock" quantity listed. It's not real-time or accurate. When I placed a recent ordered it showed (5) available. Even though I received an order confirmation email, & a credit card charge authorization email, (48) hours later I got an email form Vizard's saying the order was cancelled. They didn't respond to my email requesting further explanation. A great price is useless if there's now product to go with it.
