I bought a mini watch 20 days ago from vkamobi,today I received it and gave it to my children.He loves it a lot,,and it only cost me $4.5,increditable.Before I received it,I pushed a lot to their service and they keep inquiring me to wait,,,I thought I would not receive it in my life...but finally I got it,,thanks a lot to vkamobi and hope to buy more from them.

I bought two cellphones to my mother in 31 March, and we are almost in June and it didn't arrived yet. I tried to work things out, but I don't like the way the seller talked to me, as she is bored and always saying thank you in the finish, in a go way mode, no more questions, and in the last question she sends in CAPS, said something about the item returned because of the package they made wrong. I think I lost my money!

well i made my order on 20th september.. i bued one phone to gift for my girlfriend birthday on 2 october it was a cheap and i kinda of cool one.. i add then on msn saked a few questions they said they got stock to send it in the same day and i buyed the express delevery 7-10 days delevery so the phone was delevery until 2nd october.. but today i was checking the track and it says.. waiting shipment when i wasked about that in the costumer service they said that they got many costumers and i lot of work.. and it will be a 3 day chinese holiday and only in 3 days they will send it.. "maybe"... well it will be the same as the other review... they will send it in 1 month... when i paid 25 USD FOR A EXPRESS DELEVERY and maybe the phone will be not broken.. and ofc.. they dont do refunds.... so... DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEN! if i dont receive it in 10 days i'll report then to my bank as internet scamers.

UPDATE 1-10-2010 : still no delevery.. no tracking number at all... they gave me 1 first it has more digits than it would have,.. 14 digits when the ems number only have 13... then they sent me another one with 13 digits but ems says that it doesnt exist at all.... when i asked why the company said they got another holiday... and bla bla bla same thig as always excuses... i paid 25 usd for a express delevery 7 to 10 days .. so i can give the phone tomorow 2nd october to my girlfrind as a birthday gift and no phone at all.. i spend more money buy otherthing to gave her.. so 190 usd wasted.... i already spoke to my bank they said that if i dont receive the order till october 20 "1month" i can alert the portuguese banks for an internet scam.. so i dont care anymore i wont edit this review anymore.. STAY AWAY FROM VKAMOBI if they're not scamers... they're a really bad service btw.. they're live support is always offline.. but if u mail then in "leave message" they answer instantly.. with the same excuses...

12 days ago I bought an Android tablet PC Hyundai A7 in this site. Today I received it. No problem at all! It is nice and the whole process is very easy to handle.

Don't buy from them, they don't honour warranty and use fraud methods
On April 4th 2011, I bought from them android A5000 phone for $148.87 USD.

I received it with almost three months delay, due to their error in my address first and then due to Chinesse and Czech custom delays, but that can happen, no problem. Package number was RA037941449CN for the case you would want to check it. I staretd using phone in July 2011 and after two months of use, front speaker stopped working. It also showed that their specifications were not truth, saying that it has light sensor while it has not - this can be still found in their chat under the product on page linked above. I communicated with vkmobi.com, they sent me RMA to fill and asked for sending back whole package for possibility of replacement. I did so, the shipping was approx. $40 and the package was delivered to them in October 2011. Later they agreed to not repair that one and send me new one - that was what I aksed them for from the very beginning anyway.

But when I received the package in November 2011, it was the worst surprise. They did not sent a new one, they sent back the same phone I delivered to them for repair and even unrepaired. I started to sort this out with them immedieately and for over two months I tried to explain them what they did wrong. But they pretended they don't understand, or sent me answer on questions that were never asked, or leaving the chat as I entered, and forced me to repaed again and again what is wrong and what I want to sort out. From my point of view situation is very simple, they promised to send me new package, they did not so, so they must refund the purchase, as I am now with unusable phone, minus $40 for useless shipping instead. Don't buy from them as:
- they do not honour the warranty
- did not what they promised (send a new phone as a replacement)
- did not repaired the delivered phone at all
- lie about specifications *
- use unacceptable methods like leaving chat when a claim is made, delaying asnwers upon many urgencies, etc.

They also did a thing preventing me to open paypal dispute, the phone arrived more than 60 days after paypal's charge, they were saying it got back to them due to mistake in address after 1 month on Hong-Kong customs but this is obviously a lie and intentional playing for time to deny the possibility of opening effective paypal dispute due to not-brand-new (used) / specifications not corresponding goods / etc. Same thing repeated when they delivered not new and even unrepaired phone from warranty claim, they were postponing all the replies by pretending they don't undestand English well, or by talks about 1 month china's new year festival, etc.

* explanation: in chat under the product on their website, they state that phone has light sensor ; but it has none, has only gravity sensor, no light sensor - tested with more applications

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order with them paid for express service but the package did not live one week after. I also specified what I wanted but the wrong items was sent to me. When I contacted them about it they said that I should send back but I would have to pay for the service which I think is unfair because it was their mistake but the do not want to take the rwsponsibility for it. So I have lost $90us. Please for your comfort and peace of mind DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed my order on may 6th. Paid by may 7th through Western Union. And received first message on same 7th stating "Your phone will be send today". then on 9th "Yes, we will send it next week". on 15th they said they were out of stock on S900 and model was no longer produced(If you check their site it is still available) and I had to exchange my phone model. So i exchange models on 16th. on 17th they said "We will send today". they finnally send phone on 29th. I cleared from My country's Customs yesterday june 11th. AND THE PHONE IS BROKEN. Now they say "Just send it back". And I'm supposed to wait again??.
I am a Paying customer, and should not be scammed like that. This is not a serius company. Think twice before ordering something from them.

I purchased a Sciphone i68 4G on the 12 August and it didn't arrive until 4 weeks later. It was well packed and new, but did not read any SIM card, so the issue was raised with VKAmobi Support. I was told to return the unit and is would be replace with a new unit, but it cost me a further US$36.00 for the registered postage. I received a unit back after another 3 weeks which was not packed properly, it was obviously not new and the screen was cracked. At the moment i am not getting any replies to my Emails. Because of the delay's I cannot now raise a dispute with Paypal, but I feel that Ebay should be made aware of this merchant - BEWARE and don't get caught the same way!!!

Paid for a Tablet PC on 9tgh nov 2010, received tablet on 1st April 2011.
Tablet received showed signs of being prised open with chips around screen and scuff marks. The tablet worked intermittantly for several hours and has now gone toes up. Consider Vkamobi to be thieves and con men do not expect any response or support.

We searched online and found that this business has an active Facebook page with 195 followers. From our experience this can indicate that the business is either not actively engaged with online communication or is new and growing. We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
