I had popped into Jo Malone with a friend to “top up” on some items. Upon arrival Valdi (please accept my apologies if I have written your name down wrong) offered a hand massage, beverage and chocolates.
I always receive a 5 star service from all SA’s at Jo Malone.
Everyone is so warm and welcoming and you certainly leave with a smile on your face.
A big Thank you as always.

I visited the Jo Malone corner of the store today and met with the amazing Sarah. Her and Candice made us feel so special and our experience was luxurious, relaxing and enlightening. Sarah’s knowledge was fantastic and she helped us to learn about layering and to appreciate combined fragrances. She is a huge asset to your team. We will look forward to visiting Jersey and the Jo Malone counter again.

Recently attended the gala evening and visited the underwear department, buying new underwear has never been an enjoyable experience but Rosa made it the most pleasant bra fitting and underwear purchasing experience I’ve ever had, charming, attentive and helpful, outstanding customer service.

Arrived in Jersey and first stop jomalone

Visited the store last year and the staff were amazing lainah was so helpful and curtious

This year it was the opposite! Took my perfume to the counter where what seemed like forever before the assistant took it from my hand. At no point did he look up or speak other than to bark the amount

My husband was with me he wanted me to leave the perfumes due to the rudeness of the staff member-waldemar e on my receipt

My mum spoke to staff the following day who kindly offered a complementary hand. Massage which was outstanding as were the staff Sarah and sanna.

I can't praise lainah Sarah and sanna enough an asset to the store all of them

The rude member of staff was present on this day and could not have been nicer
We returned the following day when he was on his own again and again he could not have been ruder
Very disappointing given the price of perfumes in this store
I can't see myself revisiting which is disappointing given the lovely staff this individual works with

Amazing lady on the 1st floor in the bra section, didn’t catch her name but think she was Portuguese, red hair, she couldn’t of been more helpful

Great Christmas launch event for Jo Malone. Staff very helpful about products and nice being able to browse new products/gifts at leisure with a glass of bubbles and also look at some of the other franchises where I may not usually shop e.g. I bought a lovely jacket from Hobbs as well as several Jo M products.

I wanted a sports bra and helping choosing the right one. I can find it a bit embrassing getting help for this but the girl who helped me was very nice and put me at ease and picked the right one for me.

Also when I got to paying I had forgotten my purse and she was very lovely about it and said no propblem putting it aside for next day

Sanna served me in the Jo Malone store and took her time to explain to me the different candle scents and really did go out of her way and above and beyond to explain things, she was also very polite. In the end i ended up buying two candles, she also wrapped everything perfectly and i would say she is an asset to the store.

They ordered a bra from CK as a replacement from a faulty one I initially received. I ideally wanted to order two, but the supplier only was able to send one. Overall happy with the service! Thank you

I visited the underwear and swimwear department again today. Both ladies Ana and Carole are really great, and couldn't do enough to help me find the right size that is comfortable and looks good too. I'll certainly return there for help again.

Myself and my sister had the bridal scent experience with Sarah in Jo Malone. Sarah was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to go through the different scents with us, making suggestions and answered all of our questions. She was so friendly and we both really enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be returning to make more purchases :)

I was in Les Lievres a few weeks ago and had a bit of a fainting episode. The staff could not have been any more helpful, getting me a chair and water and going as far as to drive myself and my mum home as we could not get a taxi.

It really was to say thank you and it has made me want to use the store more now. I have also told many people how great they were.

The lingerie department was extremely busy on Saturday 10th August 2019 and the member of staff who fitted me and then brought me a selection of bras didn’t make feel rushed and advised me on each bras fit. Unfortunately the size I required was out of stock so she has ordered me 3 and took my details. All the staff in that department are friendly, cheerful and professional and likely to be your ideal employees I would imagine. I am a regular customer of that particular department for the previously stated reasons.

I came in to get a bra fitting and expected that I would have to book in and come another day but I was offered a fitting on the spot. the lady (i think her name was Rosa V) that measured me was beyond helpful- I told her my experiences with previous bra fits and also the outcomes of those fittings and she helped and advised every step of the way. I was planning on only getting the one bra (if I liked the outcome of my fitting) and ended up walking away with 3 and will be going back to get the others soon! wonderful experience from start to finish.
