I wish you would have a 'recent order' area where I could just click and reorder a product. I know I can see my past orders but then I have to go search your site vs being able to just click 'reorder'.

We're a small organization that sends out a bulk mail periodical to a membership list. USPS requires mailing seals to cover staples and bind the corners so as not to foul their equipment. Your product was excellent for our needs.

We're a small, nonprofit animal rescue group and we use sealing wafers for our newsletters. Originally we bought them from office supply stores and in those quantities they were really high-priced. Once I discovered the waferseals website and began ordering from them, our cost is greatly reduced for that piece of the mailing. The quantity ordered lasted us for three years but that's totally fine. They're easy to use doing work manually and conform to postal requirements.

Excellent product, quality that is not available from local office supply/mailing supply houses. Easy to order from, excellent service deliveriong product and customer follow-up throughout the process. Delivered as promised and timely.

Until I receive the products ordered and use them, I can't really say whether or not I would recommend your site or whether or not I'll buy from you again. If I have a good experience with the products ordered, I will definitely recommend your site and your products to others.

I am satisfied with everything except I did not see a way to update my e-mail address. I could only update my password which meant I had to create a new log-in account. I am very pleased with everything else.

Descriptions a bit confusing regarding perf & non-perf items. TransUltra says it will open easily without damaging mailer but it is also listed as a non-perf? These were definitely non-perf. Arrived on time and at a great price compared to other sources. Haven't tried "breaking into" our mail piece with these on yet - that will be the telling point

Love the updated site! It was much easier to find the wafers I needed. I really liked that you have a Small Rolls and Dispensers section now. I ordered the wrong size last time so the roll didn't fit into my dispenser. Great shopping experience!

Ordering again will depend mostly on how we like your wafers so hard to give an opinion yet. But your site was easy to use and certainly would make it easy to order again if we like the wafers. Addendum: haven't used it on a mailing so haven't had a chance to get feedback from our usual recipients but tried some on a leftover piece from last months mailing an very happy with how they look and how easy they are to tear.

After 2 phone calls to confirm measurements and label size compatibility, I still had to make a call to the manufacturer to get the info and product specs I needed. In the future, please ensure your reps know your products for better customer service.

In your shipping estimates you have cheaper rates for businesses. I am ordering for ECRS ( Eastern Cooperative Recreation School) which is a business and yet your shipping fees don't allow me the business rates.

You need a search box on your site. I had the product number but no place to search for it on your site. Your shipping rates are ridiculous for small orders. I like your product but shipping costs may make me shop elsewhere.

Order received as promised. Have used the product before as was satisfied. I am, however, still confused about different shipping rates for commercial vs. residential as I have not encountered this distinction with other online suppliers that I have used.

I always have trouble re-ordering. I order the same thing every time, but it's always 6 months or so apart. I don't see an option for "easy re-order," so I have to try and figure out again each time what kind of seals we use.

You did everything right -- product was good quality and prices are good. I ordered the wrong product for our needs. Because of the good experience the first time and ease of ordering, I submitted a second order for the correct product.

can't understand why Staples and Office Depot don't carry your Mailing Seals!! Staples wants over $11.00 for 480 miserable labels from Avery. But, somehow, I expected your actual seals to be on the black background to make them more visible.

Apparently, FedEx has various levels of delivery service. My order was shipped Friday 9/15 from the Midwest and was in Needles CA Monday 9/18 at 0700. Impressive. Yet it took until Thursday 9/21 afternoon to make it the remaining 300 mi to Camarillo. Not so impressive.....
