I was so impressed by the incredible service provided by Walker & Hall. I was after the last piece available in store and messaged the team via Instagram who ensured that the item was put aside for me and placed on a urgent courier. I will definitely be back for more gems in future

i love shoppingfrom walker and hall they always ship on time. im not overally impressed with karen walker earrings i bought quality as ive only worn them a handfullof times and the metal piece that goes through your ear is already bent and hard to get back in place without ruining the earring but on walker and halls part they are only place i buy my jewlary from xoxo

I had bought a pair of silver earrings one day and when wearing a mask the next day, upon taking the mask off, one of my earrings went with it, never to be found again! I called up and then visited the store. I bought another pair of earrings the same, and now have one spare! They were so nice at the store. There is another pair of earrings I have spied - next time! Thanks heaps.

We have not opened this necklace as it is a 21st gift for our niece, but we are sure she will love her 'Runaway girl'. As requested it was beautifully giftwrapped and came complete with the receipt and exchange card. It arrived promptly so I would have no hesitation in recommending Walker & Hall to others.

During Covid19 Level 3 restrictions, I was stressing out trying to find a gift for Mothers Day that would be both meaningful, beautiful and guaranteed receipt before Mothers day arrived. Thank you Walker and Hall for not only offering your innovative drive-thru service during such pressing times, but for your wonderful service (shout out to the lovely Rima!) and great communication. It was the easiest shopping process I experienced during the lockdown. My mum and my sister absolutely the gifts which were beautifully wrapped. Priceless experience watching their faces light up upon opening their gifts. Thank you!

I have not yet received my purchase and tracking shows it was picked up on 5 May but there has been no progess on the tracking since then. I lodged an enquiry with NZ Post Couriers yesterday but have not received a reply. I am very disappointed as I ordered in plenty of time to make it a gift to my granddaughter whose birthday is tomorrow. Alas, she will not receive it in time but I hope to get a repy from NZ Post soon.
