I love the light switches I bought, one design fit great, but the second design did not fit so flush to the wall. I would buy from you again in a heartbeat, yr fast on delivery.

Both sets of wall plates (one I ordered a few weeks prior)were just what I wanted and they looked just like the online catalog. The delivery was well with in the parameters of a week which made it easier for me to do myself after my work was done!

I have use wallplates in the past....love them. They must have an elves that work 24 hours/ 7 days a week because as soon as you order, you get the product in about 2 days. I mean really!!!! That alone will keep me coming back!!

I found this web site in the middle of the night. I was obsessing about my kitchen and bath remodel. I had these 2 beautiful new rooms with ugly white "light switch things". I didn't even know what switch plates were called! So with Googling, I figured it out. Was sent to bigbox hardware store websites...boring! Then found you! What a joy! And when I ordered the purchase arrived quickly. The beauty is the poster-themed plates are metal and the image is 'baked' on (if you will). This image is going no where. Plus, the screws match perfectly with the image. Nice touch. I have ordered on plate not from here, and there is no comparrison. Really exceptional quality. I went bavk several times and have bought outlet covers and switch plates for the entire house! Great find! Mighty proud of myself!

Ordered 12 textured stone wallplates on Saturday and received them on Wednesday. Another ‘BIG’ plus was the wallplates were manufactured in Dallas, TX, which is extremely rare to find made in the USA products. Very happy with their quick service and would definitely order from them again.

I ordered four or five different times over a period of 3-4 months as I replenished my entire house with new switch and outlet plate covers. My items were always in stock, and always arrived faster than I expected. Their variety and easy ordering interface worked very well for me. I'm not a fan of giving five stars, but there was absolutely ZERO they could improve upon.

I need different shapes and sizes to match some of the other wall plates I already had purchased and no one had the correct configurations. I found this company on line and I am so ecstatic that I did. They have every configuration imaginable as well as colors, patterns, etc.

I have used Wallplates Online twice in the past year since starting a complete remodel of our house. Great selection, low prices and fast shipping were the reasons I used them twice. I received a ceramic triple toggle wallplate that was defective in the second order and without any problem it was replaced in a day. Now I can add great customer service to my list of pros for Wallplates Online. I will use them again and recommend you give them a try.

I have been completing a full house makeover and have placed 3 different orders with this company. Each time the order has been accurate, products are exactly as expected, and delivery is fast. Prices are very reasonable compared to other stores. One order did have a stone switch cover (very fragile but look awesome) that came in damaged. All it took was a quick email and pic to the store customer service and they had a replacement in the mail asap. I have been very pleased with my experience and would absolutely recommend this store. (Ordered wood stainable covers, black metal covers, white metal covers, grey stone covers, and charcoal stone covers)

I ordered 25 wallplates. The wall plates themselves are great. They were what I ordered and of great quality. I had a problem with the delivery of my order. I had to send them five e-mails requesting the status of my order. I received e-mails telling me my order had been shipped and that I had received them. I received one wallplate by US mail on Sept. 23 that the company told me had to come from a different supplier and that my order was being shipped in two parts. I had to e-mail them over and over asking for the status, still I was told the rest of the items had been shippe. My last e-mail asked them to charge me for the wallplate, cancel my order and credit my charge card and that I would not order from this company again, because I do not like the way they conduct business. I received an e-mail Monday October 11, 2011 that the rest of my wall plates were shipped from Dallas. I received the remainder of the items today October 12, 20ll. I would not recommend this company because of their customer service.
