Are initial meeting with Kitchen Connection was not pleasant, the designer was horrible she was rude and unpleasant, to the point she advised us we should go elsewhere. This nearly made us walk away, it was only when the manager of the Aspley store took over that put our minds at ease to continue. Final measure, installation and service was nothing short of brilliant.

Initially when we handed your designer (Jane Brockhouse) a drawing of our dream kitchen we were not sure how the build would turn out. She drew the kitchen in 3D and the layout plans and we were immediately excited about our new kitchen. All contact with KC was helpful and encouraging, we got delivery on time, the stone arrived as per their schedule as did the glass splash backs. As you can see the whole job is perfect. Thanks to the team at Kitchen Connection Sunshine Coast, Jane, Matthew and Guy for their professional service and giving us "Better than we expected". We will recommend KC to anyone!

These guys installed our robes in 2016 ($6k). We had the need to invoke our warranty. I contacted the MD on the Sunday via email providing a copy of our tax invoice for reference. On Monday I had received several calls from KC to follow up. An appointment was made for Wednesday morning at 10am. A text confirmation was sent to me by KC the day before. Stevie turned up promptly, assessed the situation and fixed it with no mess in just over an hour at no cost. For after sales service, it was textbook. Thank you Kitchen Connection. I was reluctant to contact you and am so pleased with the outcome.

Just dropped into Kitchen Connection to get a few ideas on updating a 30 year old kitchen. Well we were taken in by their friendly and professional advice and approach. Quick and helpful in house design planner, with a follow up check measure carried out by knowledgeable site manager. All trades involved electricians, plumbers, cabinet installer, bench top, and backsplash were all local tradespersons, and very professional at their workmanship. We are very pleased with the final finish and would recommend Kitchen Connection to anyone needing a new kitchen.

All the staff at West Gosford were fabulous, especially the first contact with Stephanie. The design specialist Tammy explained everything clearly with a very friendly and warm personality. Jason was great with the rest, so easy to deal with. A few hiccups were sorted quickly and the finished Kitchen is wonderful. I would certainly recommend you contact Kitchen Connection when considering a Kitchen Renovation. :)

From our first contact with the showroom staff to the final conversation with our Customer Support Manager every aspect of our new kitchen went without a hitch. All the tradesmen were onsite when they were supposed to be. Steve, our installer did a fantastic job. Everything is perfect. Thank you to everyone involved.

We walked in to the Kitchen Connection Windsor Homezone shopfront on the spur of the moment one day with no idea about the quality of the business or its services. We had a quick spin through the showroom and decided to visit again a few weeks later on a Sunday afternoon with our two young children for a more serious chat about our proposed kitchen renovation.
Glen (store manager), Toni and Tegan spoke to us extensively about the various ideas and products they had to help us; Desire’ spent about two hours entertaining our children as we did this and Glen even baked some savoury snacks for them! We were impressed with the genuine attention and enthusiasm the team showed us. Tegan then drove to our house and sat through two hours of Sunday afternoon tantrums conceptualising our dream kitchen. She was incredible and her visuals of our ideas were spot on. There was no obligation but we signed up on the spot.
Fast forward a few weeks and our project manager Mark made sure the project schedule ran to the minute. Mark was always very genuine and honest in his communications with us. He was very quick to respond to our requests, even getting on the tools on the first site visit to reveal we had an extra 200mm of space in a void behind the existing bench. Massive win.
Our installer, Steve, was a total pro and a delight to have around. He spent lots of time with the kids explaining how all his different tools worked and also helped cut some timber for me for another project in his own time.
From there it was such smooth sailing that we started to wonder if we’d stuffed up and were going to get a horrible result; everyone we knew had the most horrifying kitchen renovation stories! 12 months later we are very pleased to say that not only was the whole process a sinch, the finished product is better than we had hoped for in looks and functionality and was delivered on budget to the dollar.

We would have no hesitation recommending Glen, Mark and the team from Kitchen Connection Windsor Homezone to anyone considering a renovation project.

Scott, the Designer provided plenty of drawers and shelves and I am very happy with the final result. Jay, the Installer did a great job also. Living in a high rise made things difficult for him as it was a long walk with materials and equipment from the loading dock to the lift access but he very patient and understanding. Great job by all.

I want to thank Glenn and the Qld Windsor team at Kitchen Connection for their superb effort in designing and installing our new kitchen. Glen was understanding, patient and absolutely terrific with his support. Steve oversaw the install, was extremely thorough and always available for any questions. The end result was just what we were looking for in taking an old out-dated country style kitchen to a new modern look.

The recommendations on the kitchen plan, cabinets and colors worked out fantastic, all thanks to Glenn. The whole process from room measurement, disconnection of services, rip out of the old kitchen to the final installation and service re-connections were meticulously planned and executed. The cabinet quality and workmanship were second to none with the use of all top-quality components.

Thank you Glenn and the team, I cannot recommend you highly enough. The whole process was easy and a pleasure to work through.

The kitchen designer advised on the best design for available space and she worked within our budget. The install went smoothly and was a nice change from past bad experiences with tradies. Anton got back to me whenever I had questions and addressed concerns immediately. Everybody was friendly and today my kitchen is finished. It looks beautiful.

From the first meeting with the Rep here in Toowoomba to the completion of the job all the Staff in Toowoomba and the Fitter made the process painless. They were friendly, helpful and professional and kept us informed. Thanks for a job well done Kitchen Connection.

We were blessed to have a wonderful style consultant. Shaye came to our home several times (often at very short notice) and was patient, honest and understanding as we went through our first time time designing a kitchen. She had so many great ideas to solve the issues we had - being in an old Queenslander, there were a few quirks to deal with! Shaye went above and beyond what we expected.

I liked how KC offers to provide and co-ordinate the trades and that we could use our own if we liked. We used one of ours and the rest from KC. It was seamless.

Agree with KC's recommendation to protect floorboards during process.

Only issues we had were: one piece of bench top was cut to an incorrect size so there was a slight delay there replacing that; a small mark on one of the kitchen cupboard doors that we only noticed once it was up; a couple of plumbing leaks (that were subsequently fixed); and our sink tap is still slightly crooked.

Overall, we were happy with all the KC people we worked with. Very courteous. We'd definitely use KC again.

As I have aged it had become increasingly difficult for me to reach items in my 25 year old kitchen cupboards and drawers. Not only did I have to get down on my knees to get into the back of some cupboards but appliances and kitchen equipment were packed on top of each other so it was difficult to find select items. The new layout and modernised drawers and cupboards have given me easy and full access to everything - easy to see and easy to store and relocate.
Additionally I now have distinct work stations for the different kitchen activities such as coffee and drink making, meal preparation, and baking. Each has easy access to distinct large bench top areas and a small but very effective island allows me to serve and collect plates etc easily to the dining area.
This island was created by removing a very problematic angled corner sink to provide access to the dining area to facilitate movement between the kitchen and dining areas. The layout is now more ergonomic and much more efficient than my old kitchen. Lovely to work in.
I was especially pleased with the support for my upgraded oven from the project manager.
The tradesmen were timely, pleasant and professional.

I was extremely happy with the excellent job Richard did on installing my new kitchen. I am an perfectionist and could not fault his work. He was easy to deal with and worked extremely hard getting it done in a timely manner. Same experience with the tradies. I found the initial quote at my unit, taking 2 and half hours a bit full on, and even though I'm not the type of person to be talked into anything, there was pressure to book and pay immediately to get a discount. I was also told at the initial quote both my power points would be moved to a better area and neither Richard or the electrician knew anything about this, so it wasn't done. I understand now that the skirting boards were only replaced where the cabinets were and this left gaps with no skirting boards. This was not explained to me and I had to then hire a builder to come in and complete the kitchen. Kitchen Connections left my kitchen with an unfinished look so 95% was done and the rest was left for me to finish. I also wasn't happy with the appointment with Andrew regarding my glass splash back and why I couldn't have it. And I asked him a few times to let the people coming in about my buildings having no work before 10 am which he never did and I had to tell them all this myself. After that there was no communication from him about how the kitchen was going. I though that was poor service. Overall very happy - maybe a bit expensive.

I had previously had a kitchen install by this company and had the same excellent experience with the design and install of my wardrobes - all staff courteous and efficient - very happy :)

Kitchen connections designer, service personal, and installer delivered all outstanding service. Kane (installer) was professional, and took pride in his work. Very happy with service provided, unfortunately disappointed in the particular product we chose as its easily scratched, when information provided was that the product was very durable, like LEGO!
