I find it shocking that a company of this nature can make the customer feel as involved in the process. I was updated at every turn of where we were and through to the end, I knew that my satisfaction was a priority.

To me thinking of selling my watch is unpleasant, I like my watch. Unfortunately I had to sell. I have to say, working with the group at Watchpayer made the situation as positive as possible. The customer service was top notch and the result gave me the funds I needed. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The one on one customer service is honestly one of the best things about Watchpayer. I do not like being transferred from one rep to another. This way you build a comfort level with your rep and know they are working in your best interest.
