A little dissatisfied with the service, the goods arrived later than paid for which meant builder was hanging around.

Unfortunately the courier damaged the first shipment but I did receive a call. This was inconvenient because my neighbour had to take it in.

After paying for next day delivery amd then waiting three days for our delivery we weren’t impressed. I spoke to someone on the phone who apologised and said they’d refund me the money for the delivery charge as it was very expensive and he couldn’t see any valid reason as to why it wasn’t sent to us. The refund never happened. I don’t have time to be sat on the phone on hold trying to get my money back when I have already spoken to a man about exactly that. He was friendly and professional but just didn’t do what he said he was going to do. Very frustrating.

Followed the instruction , but it did not work as described, it supposed to become smooth after mixing, still didn't become smooth or grey even after 20 minute of good mixing . .

Delivered on time and it only took a couple of days to arrive I have used their products over a number of years and found them easy to use with no fuss.

The product was great; however delivery of the item took 7 days despite express shipping. I did get a Watco initiated rebate from Watco. In addition, emails of credit note and invoice was very useful and professional.

I made a large order 50% of which I was told weeks later once I enquired was out of stock. The whole order had been put on hold without my being told. When the first half of the order finally arrived it was ridiculously over packaged and delivered on a wooden pallet. Not sure I would use them again.

Never have a full stock anymore and often send incomplete orders, I have used watco for many years unfortunately over the last year they have got progressively worst. I now have found other suppliers which are more reliable.

first of all, I ordered two different products...the first arrived in a speedy time, the second product didn't arrive until several days later ?.

It turned out that the courier driver had not bothered to hand the item to anybody and it subsequently got lost in the ether!.

Watco's help desk could not have been more helpful, they quickly organised a replacement...and to my surprise, the replacement item was delivered inside of 24hrs??!.

The products themselves did exactly what it said on the label...in my opinion a first class outfit and I will definitely use them in the future for sure!!.

Its a shame that some courier services let these suppliers down ?.

Had to wait almost 2 weeks for the order, even though it said 3-4 days. When it eventually arrived, the wrong colour paint was delivered (I ordered sandstone, I got light grey). There wasn’t enough time to send it back and get a replacement (because it longer to arrive than expected), so I had to use it.

In the last 2 orders placed i have been declined next day delivery on orders over £800 due to being situated on the Isle of Wight.
this in its self is fair enough and fully understood.
i was then quoted a maximum of 5 working days from placement of order for delivery of parts.
Order 1 took 7 days from date of order placement.
Order 2 took 9 days from date of order placement
in this time we were having to pay a contractor a daily rate with no materials to carry out his work.

I was provided with excellent service by your rep Michael Cross he has helped me look at the options open to the client. we are planning to use a number of the products he recommended for repair work to the unit we are refurbishing.

I ordered some concrete hardener for my garage floor on the advise of one of sales team. The product was delivered faster than expected and it was so easy to apply and did exactly what I wanted it to do. Excellent service, Excellent product.
