I tried to park after making a reservation on Way.com. The lot rejected me and when I called Way.com multiple times no one answered. What a scam.

They have an F rating with the BBB and their business manager, Matt Skinner, is under investigation for insurance fraud of $4 million and facing 34 counts of felony.

I booked parking for JFK many months in advance. We showed up at out parking lot to find the office empty with a sign stating that they were no longer accepting reservations and there was no shuttle running. There was a couple standing there who had just returned from vacation. No one picked them up so they had to take a cab and they had been waiting for over an hour at that point for someone to show up with the keys to their car (they were still there waiting when we left...).
I was on hold forever without getting through to way.com, no one was answering the number for the parking lot and we were going to miss our flight so we had no choice but to park at JFK's long term parking and had to pay another $282 on top of the $110 I had already paid Way.com.
Originally, way.com told me to submit my receipt and they would refund me the difference but then decided that they were not going to do that but if I sent them my info. on what I already paid them many months ago, they'd refund me that amount (how f'ing kind of them!!!).
Never using them again.

Booked parking (EZ Toronto Airport Park and Fly Parking, 3356 Elmbank Rd, Mississauga, ON, Canada) with Way.com - parking attendant refused to honor Way.com booking in full and requested to pay extra at the car checkout time. Parking attendant advised to contact Way.com to resolve issue and request refund. Did that - Way.com "regretfully" refused to refund parking. Keep away from Way.com

My credit card company has given me a refund as I have all the needed documentation to proof way.com cheated on the refund. I encourage everyone to file a complaint with both the BBB and the Ca. Attorney General's office. way.com changed their T&C on March 25 and thought they could just make the changes retroactive to Feb 25 but that goes against their own T&C that clearly state each customer is under the T&C when they made or modified a reservation. So up until March 25, the policy was a refund. In a recent email exchange (see below) between way.com, myself and the Ca. AG, way.com tried to say that they changed the T&C on Feb 23. Again, this is a lie but that is to be expected. Sadly, the poor staff at way.com don't realize how easy it to proof claims like this false. Here is the latest email exchange between way.com and I

I’m forced to give 1 star but I’m giving 0 stars for BOTH way.com and Wally parking. First of all, I initially signed up for a different parking company, way.com automatically changed my order and sent me a notice via email without consulting me first. AND THEN, when I get to Wally (near SeaTac International Airport in WA), the gates are blocked off with a sign that said “lot full.” I assumed they took into account/included the number of reservations as well. So I parked at retail visitor parking and I walked inside to the main office and mentioned my reservation, the parking attendant cut me off and said JUST WAIT MAAM. I waited patiently and then asked 10 minutes later, “hi, I have a flight to catch. Could you just open the gate so I can park? Or point me where to go?” And she said, “you’re going to have to park somewhere else. Don’t you see the lot is full?” I said, “what?? Park where? I made a reservation way in advance. And why didn’t you tell me when I first got here.” And she said, “don’t worry you’ll get your refund.” I told her that’s not the point, and I asked to speak to the manager. She said he’s busy. What is the point of reservations then??? The attendant and manager were not apologetic for the situation, and could care less that I had a reservation. Good thing I’m an early traveler.. if I was running late, I would have missed my flight because of you all. Unbelievable. The parking attendant told me, “you better hurry up and go find parking at other lots, because EVERY lot around here is booked completely.” So she knew that she was possibly sending me out there with nowhere to go, and not even a single sorry or F given. THANKS GUYS ! Go to other websites, they will tell you if reservations have been overbooked.. or just arrive way earlier than usual and drive around the area to look for open lots. There are cheap lots, cheaper than this site is charging anyway. I learned for next time and will be driving around without making an online reservation. It’s safe and cheaper that way. There was another family that went through the same thing, and we helped each other find parking and realized we got a better deal.

We booked airport parking 1month in advance. I chat with Way.com couple days before my flight to make sure everything is good. The morning of my flight when I went to park my car I called that place-Schiller park few times-no answer, few minutes later I called again and the guy told me that they are having technical issues, parking lot is not available. I was so upset! I was traveling with 2 little children, it was 6am, flight was at 7.45am, I had to go to a nearby parking lot and pay overprice. Why nobody did contact Me in advance to inform about the issue??? The guy who I talk to from Schiller park said that he will issue a refund, and did not even apologize for all that!

I paid Way.com in advance for 2+ weeks of airport parking, but when returning from our trip discovered our car had been stolen. My vandalized car was recovered by the police and in addition to refusing to pay for one cent of the $1,000 in damages, Way.com still wants me to pay them for the full two weeks of parking. Way.com asked for the police report and pictures of damage, but after I submitted that information they have ignored my request and have done nothing to refund my parking fee -- hoping, I'm sure, that I will just go away.

My advice: STAY AWAY FROM WAY

I live in Calgary booked parking in Calgary. Charges started at $26, when booked it became $40. My credit card was billed $54 because they charge in USD. nowhere on their site is this declared. Now after many emails they still have not provided any receipt showing their billing is in USD. And the real kicker is I should have booked parking at the same hotel for $20 less.

They are a rip-off! Do not use this service.

I reserved parking with way on March 1 for an upcoming trip. I used Way due to the flexible cancellation policy, and even called to verify that the reservation was fully refundable if cancelled prior to the date. We didn't know if we'd be driving our own car from Indy to Chicago, or renting a car to drive. On March 11 when we found out our flights were cancelled, I immediately tried to cancel parking, but the option was no longer there for cancellation. The number provided for customer service rang and rang with no answer. I emailed Way, and again, no response. I dialed their number weekly, and finally got through. The rep authorized my refund and sent a confirmation email stating the same. When I didn't get the refund I phoned back and was told the policy changed and I would get Way bucks!!! $108.00. how scandalous! I disputed with my cc company and WAY is so fraudulent that they created a new refund policy and dated it to make it look like it was implemented in February. I filed a second dispute (my cc sided with WAY,) and will also be filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General. Recommending others that have had the same experience do the same.

Had to delete old card to add a new one. Selecting dates is a bit of a pain as pick up date starts at today's date not drop off date. So when booking months in advance you have to advance through the months again. Most sites advance to pick up date automatically after drop off date is selected, start at that date and displays 2 months at a time. this also highlights all your dates as well. But I did find the cheapest price here. You also have to add to cart and go to checkout to get total fees. Found a cheaper total price with a higher daily rate. Daily rates posted are not what you actually pay. Had a listed price of FROM 2.50 and got a total of 24.00 for 8 days and no itemization of daily rates or "fees". No offence, I like to know what I'm actually paying for and where the money is going.

Confusing to find discount codes/coupons. Even though there was a notice of a 7% discount on the actual Way.com site when I first logged on, I could not find again as my order process continued. Eventually I had to go to an outside site and get a 5% off code, which worked. jso

Have used them about 5 times, never an issue. Wait time at the airport on return is usually within 10 minutes. Very acceptable. Very short distance to lot. Parking lot is huge, usually driver will drop you near your car.

I spent a lot of time researching different ways to get to Dulles from Central PA; metro, bus, rental car... but then I found this, the most cost effective way, not arm-and-a-leg expensive parking, close to the airport with a shuttle, and able to reserve in advance. I'm happy!

Parking my own car is best, knowing it will not be moved. Over the years, I have seen other lots move the cars and get damaged. This website is easy and affordable. Hope the shuttle is just as great, and checking with front desk is also easy...

Very easy to set up on the Internet. Let's see how it goes with traffic, airline schedules, etc.
We have used this facility previously and we were very happy with the location, sufficient spaces and service.
We looik forward to leaving our vehicle here again.

You need to include the taxes and fees in your individual listings. It's ok to put them in as a separate value, but clicking on a box at 9.95/day only to have an extra 11 added in fees is disturbing.
