I recently bought a new GE Cafe Dishwasher from Warehouse Discount Center and I cannot be more happy. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I believe I also got a great deal. I strongly recommend warehouse Discount Center to anyone who is considering buying a new kitchen appliance.

Needing a washing machine on short notice, WDC delivered within 2 days. The delivery was smooth and painless. The delivery persons were courteous and professional.

ive dealt with idc many times with no problem but this purchase is a nightmare upon purchasing a new washer and dryer and promised delivery in 10 days, on 9th day i called to see when delivery time and told they couldn't delivery until nov, dec and was offered a floor model a perfect set of the same ordered at a discount so i accepted. On delivery not perfect, different serial numbers, called wdc left message while delivery men still here, no response called next day at 10, 11. 12 . 1, spoke with customer service was told manager would call me back he was on the phone no call , called back manager out to lunch called back finally talking to him and he isn't helpful or really to concerned to resolve, said he calm back no such luck still in this mess. so called electrolux to fin d this pair was made in 2016 and have been in warehouse and damaged to which there not for sure can be fixed and if i return this pair i was told there will be no discount on new purchase so i believe this company has changed and not reliable

when I bought my dishwasher, I was told it would be to the store by the end of the week, I was not worried, since I was out of town for the weekend.. I received a phone call that Sunday, telling me he would be checking into why it hadn't been received yet, and would get back to me.. I didn't hear from him, so I called him on Thursday, to find out that he wasn't there, and neither was the dishwasher..I spoke to the manager to find out what was happening, he told me there was no way the dishwasher was to be in last week, it was shipping from somewhere else, it would maybe be in in another week or 2.. I explained that's not what the salesperson originally told me, he said I must be wrong, he couldn't tell me when it was going to be in.... Then the salesmen did call me back a few days later to ALSO tell me that I was wrong, and I must have thought it was in reference about another dishwasher that I didn't buy... I was very upset, and got off the phone.. Then I realized, I looked at my receipt and there it stated item due in 4 days after I purchased, and I remembered that the salesman also had called me about my item not yet being in yet, so I called back to state these points to him, and to also explain, YOU NEVER TELL THE CUSTOMER THEY ARE WRONG.... which is what he said when I reminded him of the conversations we had, it was not about another item that I didn't buy!! My time in the work force was spent as a customer service person, and I am aware of how to treat a customer, and NO ONE at that store knew how.....

Dishwasher was delivered and fully installed within one hour of purchase. Can't ask for a better and faster service.

I purchased a floor model of the specific LG range I wanted at a great price. It was in perfect condition. I received great service on the phone, in store and with the delivery. Thrilled with my purchase!

The WDC people were great with the delivery schedule, calling the day before and providing a 2 hour window, following up the day of the delivery with a 15 minute notice when the truck would arrive.

I ordered a large appliance on line on a Thursday night. Friday I got a friendly phone call asking if I could accept delivery the next day. I confirmed, and the next day the appliance was delivered as promised, in excellent condition, by two friendly guys. Can't ask for more. Oh, yea, the appliance was on sale too.

In the past year I have purchased almost 12,000 worth of appliances from these people. I didn't have any issues so I kept coming back. Until I purchased a Viking Stove and Dishwasher that was a nightmare!!!!! Their installer was some sorta trailer park irate trashy person that went bonkers in my home and I was forced and intimidated to keep the product and deal with warranty instead of refusing it upon delivery.

I would have liked to know that it would take month to receive the refrigerator I purchased. That might have given me pause before completing the transaction. Then again, maybe that's by design.

I ordered a Washer and Dryer on Saturday, and it was delivered on the following Wednesday. That is the quickest freight shipping I have ever seen. Washer and Dryer look great.

I was called the night before with a time frame of when my product would be delivered the next day. Delivery day I got a call 30 min before it would arrive. No sitting around for 4 hours for a delivery. The delivery guys were great. The sales associate that helped us was also great.

I purchased a dishwasher days ago and called to ask about delivery. The sales rep told me that what I had purchased was out of stock and offered me a higher priced model. My card was charged and the item was for sale and available on the website after I spoke with her, when I emailed back to show her my online pics the item was conveniently taken off the website. I am so upset ! No offer to match the price or work things out. I guess I’m getting a refund!! Horrible
