The product they sent does not match the description on their website.
They refuse to replace it or take it back. Went back and forth with help@webstaurantstore for 10 days now... getting nowhere. Case 202009083226

They "graciously" said they'd refund the delivery cost of $250 and said that the ice machine should be functional since it was only cosmetic damage. How do they know it hasn't lost functionality? Can they guarantee that it's only cosmetic? If so, I'd gladly take the 250$ and use it, but what if the lifespan of the ice machine has decreased due to being bumped around?
Overall, I'd rather not go through the hassle of ordering shiet from there ever again. Zero stars if I could.

They were busy making EXCUSES.
If your company can't do professional business, selling goods to consumers should be morally stopped.

I ordered a cereal dispenser and after 15-20 minutes I realized that they way too expensive - double the price! I called and told them to cancel and they told me they give 15 minutes window to cancel - really? I was on hold for over 10 minutes. They said that their order system goes directly to the manufacturers - this maybe be true - I highly doubt it, but without a payment being completely process I don’t think their stupid to order my stuff. I told them fine - I’m perfectly fine keeping the product and asked them to price match and they said oh we only do price match before ordering the product? How is that possible if you don’t take orders over the phone????
After 2 attempts of calling yesterday and today I was told that they are still tying to reach the manufacturer to cancel the order. Pure BS
This just clearly shows bad customer service and inaccuracies on their story. It’s sad that this place has gone downhill. Shame on you!

It’s been 1.5 weeks already and my order is still in process. Called in... I were asked to be more patience and give them about 24-48 hours more. And, it’s still in process. This is CRAZY! I did pay for my shipping too.
