Wedding Favourites offered a 15% off discount code for robes and I jumped on the deal. However, living in Canada I was charged $28 through the site for S&H and then was charged an additional $30 through UPS for customs. Ultimately probably not worth it if you're in Canada, unless you're willing to pay $60 in additional fees. That being said, the shipping time was quick and I received my package in less than a week.

I love everything about Wedding Favorites! As a bride, it has helped me stock up on a few gifts for my bridesmaids at an affordable price. I couldn't be happier with the quality and how fast everything shipped! Will definitely be ordering again in the near future :)

Super easy to navigate, figuring out sizing was a little bit harder than most websites but I went with what I'm use to ordering and my items fit pretty much like a glove! Perfect place for a bachelorette party!

Website was easy to navigate plus, I came looking for one thing and ended up finding a whole lot more to go with it that matched. I just wanted the succulent robes for my bridesmaids and this website had multiple sizes including the child's size which I didn't even think about wanting before but it is perfect. Not to mention the matching succulent design bridesmaid trinkets that can be purchased too.

My overall experience was great except for the exchanging of the bathing suit if the product wasn't open. Just looked at the receipt and saw that I got the wrong size for me, the bride! Sort of bad customer service. You should make exceptions for people especially if they ordered a lot of stuff from your company, over $300 and only one thing was wrong. Also, they special package their product as I saw when taking the stuff out to find the receipt so they would know if it was opened or not. Sort of disappointed on that part. Other than that, great experience!

I ordered from wedding favorites for both of my best friends getting married. We are throwing them a surprise mini bachelorette party because they both had to cancel their weddings due to COVID-19. The first package I ordered was either stolen or lost and when I contacted our post office they said they couldn't do anything other than reporting it stolen. I reached out to Wedding Favorites and their customer service was AMAZING. They reshipped my gifts and I got them 3 days later with no additional fees. I 100% suggest ordering from them - I can't wait to order more things for future events

It was great love the items everything looks great!! The only thing that I was dissatisfied with were the boxes I thought they would be bigger so I wasn't able to fit all the gifts in them which kinda ruined the suprise but other than that I loved the items that I got.

When I ordered the toasting flutes, the gold rimmed one was not on back order, it must have gone on back order after I ordered it. When I hadn't received my package within two weeks I called to find out the package was being held until the gold rimmed glass was back in stock. I would have appreciated being contacted that the item was now out of stock and being held especially because I needed it by a certain date. Luckily the woman who helped me on the phone was able to switch the glass out for another one in stock and get the order processed and I got my package on time.

When placing my order, I forgot to put in my promo code. I called customer service and they asked me to email them the promo code so they could apply it to my order and refund the difference. When I didn't hear back from them for over 2 weeks, I called customer service again and they were extremely helpful. She was able to process my refund while on the phone and she 'rushed' an item that was damaged in my first order. I got the refund and the new product within 48 hours of my second call to customer service. I felt like the products I purchased were decently priced and were perfect to give to my bridesmaids as gifts!

Quick and simple to order. Due to COVID-19 my daughter's wedding has been postponed...so we are revamping the whole wedding and taking these vows to the beach. So grateful it's not a long wait time.
