I recently purchased a solid silver ring, with fingerprint laser engraving and inscription inside the band from the team at Wedding Rings Direct. Here's my unbiased review. From the very start the team, my main contact was with Kim and Tom, were tremendously helpful. They are a very friendly bunch of people and kept me constantly updated about the progress of the ring. I fouled up slightly with the first fingerprint I provided, totally my fault, and they very quickly sent out a second kit for me. My advice: make lots of fingerprints on the sheet of paper provided, it gives them a good chance then of doing an excellent engraving, and boy did they ever! The ring itself was a solid silver ring for my wife on our silver wedding anniversary, and she was thrilled to bits with the ring. She's not a showy sort of person but *everyone* she has come into contact with has been shown the ring and is awestruck by how great and unusual it looks. The ring itself is solid, but without being chunky, and the engraving inside the ring is so crisp and clear you just know it will last down through centuries as a family heirloom. In future if my family, my friend and my colleagues are looking for a ring, and they don't just do wedding rings, I will be pointing them in the direction of Wedding Rings Direct, and they won't regret it, not one little bit. Trust me, I'm a doctor! Disclaimer: I have absolutely NO links to this company. I am merely a very satisfied customer who would like to think that others would appreciate an unbiased review.

We had our wedding rings made by them 7 years ago now..... Forget how strange the outside of the premises looks, as the service and product quality is excellent.

I had an issue a couple of years ago with a diamond fell out my ring setting, and I lost it, I was very nervous as live overseas now to resolve with it with them.
I have to say they made life very easy, plus sent the ring back to me via secure insured courier, (I dropped it in on a UK visit) and only charged me a very nominal fee for the Diamond.

100% I would recommend to anyone and for sure when (if, he he) we hit our ten year anniversary, we will be back to have an eternity ring made for my wife wit them to match her set.

Anthony & the team really went above and beyond in their care, wisdom and levels of customer service towards me...

I had no idea what type of wedding band I’d need; Anthony went through every shape, size, width and mental possible, he really listened to my needs and made brilliant suggestions based on my tastes. He spent over an hour with me giving his time, wisdom and expertise...
My ring arrived last week and it is just perfect.

Because of my experience my partner has just ordered his wedding band through WRD and received the same brilliant customer care.

Beautiful rings at affordable prices.
Incredible levels of care...
I honestly cannot recommend this team highly enough.

We both received our rings and my husband to be, is happy with his MY ring however is 2small I did get in touch with you about returning mine for a refund as I have another ring now! we are getting married on Friday the 31st August 2016 so I didn't have time to waste, I sent you an email asking for a return request BUT you did NOT get back to me! SO that is why I have rated 3stars for my experience!!! BUT I still expect you to send me a return label as I requested...Also the delivery charge just over £24 x 2 for rings that arrived is the same package I think is a total nerve! Thank YOU.

I was unsure of what to expect, but once I made my initial enquiry, Helen supplied a quote for bespoke rings. It covered every detail, some I didn't think of too. Once I confirmed everything and the rings were being made, I had a thought to surprise my fiance with before and after photos of the rings. Mika was very helpful and sent me the photos once they were finished. The following day, the rings arrived and we even more beautiful than the photos. Great team effort, perfect result. You should try them.

Great service very simple to use it, does help to buy a ring sizer first so you have an idea of where to start from. After that great idea to have a sample sent first just to check it’s right. All in all great service.

Anthony was very attentive and helpful and you could tell he really had my best interest at heart. I also found the ring was very reasonably priced compared to other shops and I ended up with the PERFECT ring for me. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!!!

You can attend to your special day without haveing your rings with you, even when you order them one month in advance.
Very risky! They don’t guarantee that the rings will be delivered before you wedding day.

I wanted to do two customised wedding rings for my ceremony and I contacted many jewellers and I kept receiving the same response from them as the model I was asking for was too complicate. Then, I found wedding rings direct webpage and asked them if they could do it. They did a very good job and I am very happy with the result. The cost was reasonable too.
I definitely reccomend them!

Well what can I say other than amazing, from making a phone call to ask about sizing and engraving before my purchase to the arrival of the ring took only 5 days!!! I couldn't believe it. I sent my online order and a day later I received a call just checking about my engraving request, which I thought was brilliant, I received emails at each processing point letting me know what was happening which put my mind at rest as this is my partners wedding ring needed for the beginning of September. I then received an email 4 days after purchase to advise that my order would be delivered to me by 1pm the following day signed for delivery to which I wasn't charged for so this was a total surprise to me and once it arrived it was so much better than the photos could show we are both so pleased with it so Thank you wedding rings direct you are amazing and knowing what a perfect fit and how much my partner loves it has made the experience even better. I can't recommend you enough and would definitely purchase from you again
