We used Wellington Wise to sell our house, right from the first time they came to our property their service was first class. Simon, Kerry, Tom, Jeremy and Jemma made what is a very stressful time very simple and worked hard on our behalf. I could not recommend them highly enough. Please keep up the excellent work.

We purchased our house through WellingtonWise (St Ives branch) and found their whole team to go above and beyond in their customer service and integrity, particularly Sarah Kerr, who supported us through some very tricky negotiations, and Jeremy Scott, whose professionalism, dedication and efficiency ensured a much smoother and quicker exchange than we could have hoped for.

I have used Wellington Wise on a number of occasions and the service received has always been superb, they have always worked in my best interest to get the best price for my properties and have always communicated with me throughout any transaction without me having to chase them. I highly recommend this business.

My husband and i have recently put our house on the market with Wellington Wise. We had many other estate agents over to value and possibly market our property. WW far outweighed all the others. Professional, friendly and incredibly efficient and organised. This is the first time we have sold a house, they have guided us in the process and have followed up every viewing with a phone call to myself and e mails to confirm viewings. We are very impressed and confident this service will continue to the end.

I can honestly say that the service Ihave received from Wellington wise has been exceptional feom beginning to end. Always friendly, professional, helpful and efficient no matter who you speak to within the company and no matter what the query. I don't have a negative to comment on at all I would definately recmomend them without hesitation.

My boyfriend and I were buying our first property which is quite a daunting experience, the staff at Wellington wise were great at communicating with us and keeping us in the loop with what was happening. We had questions for our vendor and they dealt with the quickly and got back to us as soon as they had answers.

Shane was the only person to offer a drink to us out of 5 estate agents that we visited on Friday morning 22/6/2018.He was also very helpful in the conversation we had about the properties types we were looking for. He also cared about our needs and requests, very helpful.

Kerry was one of the most engaging estate agents we have dealt with over a period of more than 40 years! She was knowledgeable about the property with ideas about the possibilities that could be undertaken.
we were kept informed about times for appointments and she followed up as promised after the viewing.

I found the Royston Wellington Wise team to be very proactive in selling my property.
They have a very efficient viewing system and always gave feed back after each viewing.
The professional photography and video tour played an important part which helped show the property to its full potential.
Being local it was very easy to call into their office and I found everyone to be very friendly, polite and professional at all times .
I would definitely recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

We recently sold our house and bought a new house with Wellington Wise, and they were outstanding on both fronts. We were particularly keen on using them for our sale because they are the only agent that seem take photography seriously, and in my opinion that's absolutely critical in any sale. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and communicative throughout both the sale and purchase processes. Particular thanks to Kerry, Jeremy and Richard who went above and beyond to get everything over the line when having to deal with incompetency from others in our chain. The best agent in our area, would highly recommend using them.

Requested our house on the market late one afternoon. The next morning first thing all photos complete and house on the market. Sold within a week and a deal was reached on our purchase as well as sale. Top quality service!

I accepted an offer from a buyer 11 days after engaging Wellington Wise to sell my apartment, and the agreed price was only £3,000 below the guide price. This was a relief after a sale arranged via another estate agent fell through. Wellington Wise staff have alleviated the natural anxieties I've had since that previous let down and I have found their efficient friendliness very reassuring indeed.

Shane and his colleagues provided excellent service marketing and carrying out viewings with regular feedback. They house was sold in a short period of time. Very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone who wants to market their property in that area.

After a buyer was found my sale was passed onto their Sales Progressor, Jemma Woodroff who immediately contacted me to introduce herself, she was courteous and polite and I immediately warmed to her with her confident and friendly approach. Having previous experience in the estate agency business myself I knew selling a “Leasehold” property would not be straight forward and I was expecting trials and tribulations and having to make lots of phone calls chasing the Agents and Solicitors, how wrong was I!. Jemma contacted the buyers solicitors, buyers and my own solicitors on a regular basis nipping any potential problems in the bud and she updated me each time and towards the end of my sale we spoke on a daily basis. When she promised to contact me she would, without fail, even if there was no news. Jemma took time from the beginning to note down my exchange deadline date and did everything she could to make sure this was met and today we exchanged Contracts and complete tomorrow! Jemma made me feel so at ease during this sales process and seriously surpassed my expectations and I can’t thank her enough! Wellington Wise look after her she is worth her weight in gold! ????

Yes we would recommend Wellington Wise to others and use them again in the future.
Both the staff in the office and the two agents we met were very helpful and had a good knowledge of the property we were interested in. They were also thoughtful of the vendors needs and wishes whilst trying to obtain a sale.

A great team - second to none on the High St. Wellington Wise have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the selling process. All the staff are very friendly, give excellent advice and kept us well informed during the selling process. We would definitely use them again.
