I ordered a Sony HDTV 36XS955 and a matching stand from this vendor on 1/4/05. My card was charged on 1/5/05 for the entire order. On 1/7/05 the stand was delivered but no TV. I called and was told that the TV was due to go out that day and I should receive a confirminig e-mail later that day or the next business day. After receiving no such e-mail I called back two business days later and was told the TV might go out the next day but to call to check. When I called the next day I was told it would not be available until the next week (all this time their website showed the product in stock). I cancelled my order and requested a prepaid DHL label to return the matching stand and asked for a full refund, which they siad I would get. They sent the prepaid return DHL label and I sent the stand back. After confirming the TV stand arrived back to their warehouse and after waiting another three days for a refund I e-mailed and sent a letter again requesting a refund. The next day, after no response, I called requesting a refund and got voice mail. After receiving no return call or e-mail, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Good thing I kept all the records. Bad company.

I purchase a canonEOS Digital Rebel 6.3 I bought the Exective Kit
total price 1334.95. They still have not completed my order for a few items. I have discovered that I was charged twice. I ordered on my Master Charge then cancelled the order. I called and was told that If I would place the order agin on my Discover Card they would get it here for Christmas apparently they did not ccredit my Master Card. I reall don't know what to do they won't answer the phone or emails. HELP

I purchased a dvd recorder from this merchant on 1/12/05. They had no problems charging my credit card on 1/13 for the purchase. On 1/26 I followed up with an e-mail to them checking on the status. I received a response stating I should contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I replied back asking them what that was supposed to mean.....was the order going to be delayed, was it not in stock or should I cancel the order. No response after two more e-mails and a phone call which of course no one answered only a voice response saying the mail box was full. Talk about being in limbo. Called my credit card company this afternoon and disputed the charge and also sent Wells Digital an e-mail telling them to cancel my order. Now I'll probably receive it and go through more hassle trying to return it. This has been my worst on-line ordering experience.

We looked online for a dealer who carried the new Nikon 70 and an 8mm fisheye lens. We found these guys from another sites link. We need this camera ASAP for a photo shoot in 3 days, so we paid an additional $120 for overnight shipping, still not here. i've emailed, no responce, i've called and get the same answering machine. I dont think anyone really works here. I agree with the rest, youre better off going else where. This place is a joke.

PS- I also checked their Better Buisness rating and their lisence has been revoked! they have a number on the BBB site that you can call instead of the recording. The guy answered the phone like he didnt know whaty I was talking about, but he told me to dial the number again and gave me an extention. The operator was friendly, but I promptly cancelled my order

I purchased a new Fuji S2 Pro digital camera from Wells Digital(One of their authorized agents 1Expression) on June 30, 2004.
Instead, I received a used camera on August 20, 2004. I complained to the agent and the agent (1Expression) got an RMA number from Wells Digital to have the camera replaced by them. I had a lot of problems with UPS since they required information Wells Digital did not provide. With all the delays, I ended up sending the camera to Wells Digital on November 4, 2004 (RMA Number RAC80350831MC, UPS tracking 1Z98Y62W689094490). To this day (January 27, 2005) I have sent Wells digital 6 e-mails and made 5 phone calls (Left voice messages for Meredith since no one answered) and sent over 12 e-mails to their agent 1Expression without a single reply. I ended up paying $1820.90 Canadian for a camera I do not have. I do not recommend purchasing from this company as they may send you a used item as new or take your money and leave you with no product as they did with me. I do have all the necessary documents and e-mail copies if you need to view them.

I ordered a Nikon D70 on January 8,2004 and later discovered that Wells Digital charged my credit card the next day. 7 days after ordering (the earliest delivery date shown on their invoice), I tried to track my order using their order tracking link. It didn't find my order and I suspect it doesn't work at all.

Sensing trouble, I began leaving messages on the customer service answering machine (I never was abled to speak to anyone) which were never answered. They also didn't respond to follow-up emails. I then tried calling Wells' sales phone number only to get another answering machine that said the message box was full and hung up on me.

I canceled the order and I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company. I would never buy from this company again and I would advise anyone else not to buy from Wells Digital. The camera was never delivered.

promissed plsama TV ($3,600)within 7 days. came and went. no ansnwers to calls, no answers to messages left, no answers to emails. almost a month later now. Had to submit a claim with Wachovia for reversal of charges, still waiting. This Seller should not be rated as a reputable seller! This seller should not be listed AT ALL by the price comparison web sites!

I purchased a Sony TV (KD-36WE955) & TV Stand from WellsDigital on 12/6. They charged my Visa that day. Since then, I have left 2 phone messages and sent 4 emails. I finally spoke to a person on 12/20 and was told that there must be a snafu at the wharehouse. That it would take a little time to discover the status of the order. That I should receive an email confirmation by today in regards to the status.

I have sent an email to them stating that if I do not have a shipping tracking number by EOB today, I will contest the charge with VISA and report them to the BBB for FRAUDULENT business practices.

Buyer beware here!!!!
They seem nice enough, but are more interested in keeping your $$$ than providing the customer with a product and service for the money spent.

I placed an order for a Canon A80 on 12/11 and requested 3-day expedited delivery. Aside from the automated response following placement of the order, I have heard absolutely nothing from these folks. Order tracking was down much of the time, the phones are unanswered by a live body and 5 days after I sent in the order, the product is somewhere in limbo. I just sent them a formal request to cancel this order. They can proceed at their own peril, as I will not accept any deliveries from Wells Digital. A completely unsatisfactory purchasing experience.

I orderd a tv back at the beginning of january, and made payment for over $2,500.00 only to get run agound about the warhouse problem claim, now for the past 2 days they are unreachable, i called to make a claim with the AG's office, i payed with a mastercard debit card, hofully they back again fraud on there debit cards also, it could take over a year to settle through court.


Grrrr, i want to drive over there to carry out a beat down, but im all the way over in missouri, lol, what fun we could have.
maybee theyll refund my money, but at this point im not too optomistic, optimystic, optimistic?

We have contacted the Delaware Attorney General's Fraud and Consumer Protection Division and filed a complaint against Wells Digital. They were very interested in our story.

We are a state agency. We sent them a check for over $2,000.00 in December, 2004. They cashed the check and have not sent the merchandise. We were given the old story; "It turns out that the items weren't in stock, but they would be in next week and ship immediately".

Well, nothing ever arrived.

Now, no one is answering the local phone number and all the voice mail boxes are full on the 800 number.

IF YOU SENT THEM MONEY AND DID NOT GET YOUR ORDER OR A REFUND, PLEASE CALL THE AG'S OFFICE AND FILE A COMLAINT AS WELL.

I ordered my digital cameras on May 3, I called in to comfirmed the next day, they said they had it and I would be receiving it in a week or so by UPS. I called after one full week, they said they were upgrading their system so it would be a little delay. That's fine. Finally last Friday May 14th I called again, first they told me my cameras would get here on Monday 17th, then I called again 10 minutes later to find out the tracking number but a different representative told me it would come from the manufacturer, and it would get here on Tuesday. Now today, it's Tuesday and it's about 3:30pm, I still haven't seen my cameras. I have been trying to call them up but no one answered, and I dialed 1 for sales, not only no one answered, but their voice mail was also full. Be aware of this company people..............

I ordered a Camera lense on April 28,2004. They charged my credit card the same day. After repeated calls to customer service I was able to leave a voice mail message. They sent an e-mail response,on May 26, to the effect that they did not have the item in stock and were having trouble finding the item. Therefore I canceled the order, however they did not give me a credit and I had to go back to my credit card company and dispute the charge. I would never buy from this company again and I would advise anyone else not to buy also.

Ordered a Sony DVD player on Fri 11/26/2004. Called on Monday to confirm order. They gave me order # and said it would likely ship within a few days. (by the way, they charge your credit card before they ship) Their website will let you lookup your order but it will never show you any real information, like status. Called back 1 week later (after unanswered customer service emails). They said they would check w/ the warehouse and send me a status email. That was 1 week ago, they will not answer customer service phone # and will not answer email. All you get is voicemail. I want to cancel but cannot contact. I have disputed charge with my credit card company and sent them a cancellation email. I'm out of options.

I really wish I can give this company a good rating, since the price was great and the customer service was very polite but they did not ship my order for 2 weeks!

I placed the order on Sunday night, called them the next morning to confirm the order as requested. Customer service person was polite, didnt even push for any overpriced accessories. They told me I would get a UPS shipping confirmation soon, and it would reach my door the end of the week, so I was like okay. My credit card was charged that same day.

It was Thursday and I didnt get any UPS email yet, so I called and they now said I would get it early the next week. Thats fine with me.

It was week #2, Tuesday, no shipping email whatsoever. I called them, and they spent a lot of time talking to the manager, so on and so forth. The guy then told me they had directed the order to a distributor and somehow there was a delay in shipment, but they now had the item in stock locally and can ship it overnight. I was like great, and he apologized.

Friday, no shipping confirmation, no news whatsover. I called in and canceled my order.

It's a week after Friday now and they haven't reimbursed my credit card charge. If they don't do it by the end of billing cycle (in a few days), I'm going to my bank and file a complaint.

Good luck dealing with this company. Personally, I would look elsewhere.

I ordered a Sony TV stand from Wells Digital. The day I placed the order, my credit card was charged the full purchase + shipping amount - and that was the only and last response I have had from this vendor! Never did I receive any kind of conformation, shipping or tracking information. The product never appeared. I called and emailed several times -- still no repsonse. Finally I called and emailed to cancel the order (of course) --- still no response of any kind! From my experience and in my view, Wells Digital is not a real vendor at all, but only a scam operation which takes one's money and scuttles off into the night. This is the worst online vendor I have ever encountered. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I order two cameras on May 14, 2004. They charged me few days later but I never received those cameras. I was not able to catch anybody on the phone for over a month. The have rarely answer my e-mails also. Suddenly somebody answered the phone so I was able to cancel the order. The person on the phone was nice and assured me that I would get the money back in three days. But I didnt. I wrote couple of emails asking what was going on. After two weeks I finally got the credit. I definately not recommend WellsDigital.

Ordered a Sony Digital camera DSC-f717 from wells digital great camera great price no preasure to buy anything extra and recived a tracking number within 48 hours and item was delivered in about four days overall it was a very good buying experience from wells digital despite negitive reviews.
