it took nearly 3 weeks to receive this order, I order on Thursday prior to Easter. The length of time it too was ridiculous. I understand it is difficult at the moment. However, I ordered from another online retailer, the same day and received my goods the following working day. The dress was a birthday gift which needed to be mail, because i received it late, the birthday gift was late.

I bought vouchers for my daughters birthday because she is a Frugi number one fan. She used them to buy herself a Frugi dress and is delighted.
It was easy to do, I received them in plenty of time go be able to gift them to her on her birthday so I am delighted

The clothes are great quality and cute!!
The whole experience of ordering is easy and straightforward.
I love that all the packaging is biodegradable / recyclable too!

Ordered on the 9th April. Still haven’t received my items..

After ordering I sent back an exchange. I have Received that?????

Emailed customer services and didn’t get a reply for over a week, email Frugi family on Facebook and was abruptly told it wasn’t customer services....

Frugi isn’t a personal anymore and it’s really disappointing!

Purchased the note book to make a journal of the “lockdown” for my five year old.
It’s great quality and perfect for what I need.

The baby grow is for my baby due in July so I haven’t had a chance to use it yet, however, it’s lovely quality as usual. Looks as though It’s going to be fairly true to size and hoping for it it will be my baby’s “coming home” outfit.

The changing bag is wonderful, I wasn’t sure about the material looking at the photos it seemed to be a bit plastic looking however it isn’t at all it’s a lovely soft material and looks really nice as well! I didn’t even realise it came with a wet bag so that was a lovely surprise. It’s all packed ready for the new baby and I’m really excited to use it assuming everything goes well with the birth ????

I ordered two snuggle fleeces for my toddlers. Love them!!! Bright colours and they’re super soft. Very generous sizing (my kids are both average for their ages) and I have no doubt they’ll fit both for upwards of a year.

The only downside is how long delivery takes. It’s not cheap anyway, but anytime I’ve ordered anything it takes upwards of a week to get here. Obviously at the moment that’s unavoidable with CV19, but it is frustrating when you’re spending a premium for the product but the delivery costs and timescales let it down.

I had issues with 2 items in the bundles being completely the wrong size. This was resolved swiftly by the CS team (email answered in less than 2 hours), replacement items despatched the next morning and with me the day after.

I have had great experiences with Frugi in the past but Little Warehouse Wonders is not one of them. The sizing of the items was ridiculous. Not 3-6 months. Everything looked stretched way out it’s original size. Unless my boy is going on massive growth spurt in the next month.

I purchased warehouse bundles and one item was faulty and damaged beyond wearability. Although I understand that these items are seconds/returns/sample items I expected my child to be able to wear them.

I was offered the opportunity to exchange the whole bundle but I had no issues with any of the other bundle clothes (minor cosmetic imperfections were all otherwise acceptable), apart from this item which was defective beyond repair. I would have usually expected better customer service requiring this specific issue when I contacted them on this occasion. I love Frugi and purchase a lot from their site and brand for myself and my daughter.

I was delivered the wrong size product the first time, which was rectified quickly however when the replacement arrived it was also mainly the wrong size and by this point I couldn't be bothered so left it.

I recently ordered a present and wanted the gift box option. When I realised it hadn't been added to my order i contacted customer service who said the only way I can add it is to cancel and reorder. I checked the items were in stock and then reordered within half an hour of my email from customer service. In that time one of the items had increased three-fold. I was unable to send my original gift and customer service were non-apologetic. I have previously ordered from this company but will be reluctant to do so again.
